The 43.6m/143'1" motor yacht 'Alegria' by the Italian shipyard Benetti offers flexible accommodation for up to 10 guests in 5 cabins and features interior styling by French designer Zuretti.
Motor yacht Alegria boasts a wealth of convivial spaces, perfect for luxury yacht charters with families of friends, offering ample opportunities to kick back and relax, or enjoy the water on the yacht's array of water toys, the choice is yours.
Guest Accommodation
Families will particularly love Alegria thanks to her child-friendly setup. Built in 2010, She offers guest accommodation for up to 10 guests with a layout comprising a master suite, one VIP cabin, one double cabin and two twin cabins. There are 8 beds in total, including 1 king, 2 queen, 4 singles and 1 pullman. She is also capable of carrying up to 9 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht charter experience.
Onboard Comfort & Entertainment
A charter on Alegria is comfortable and convenient thanks to the provided amenities, notably a gym with all the latest equipment to maintain your fitness routine.
Whatever your activities on your charter, you'll find some impressive features are seamlessly integrated to help you, notably Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to stay connected at all times, should you wish. Guests will experience complete comfort while chartering thanks to air conditioning.
Performance & Range
Alegria is built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure. Powered by twin Caterpillar engines, she comfortably cruises at 12 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 15 knots with a range of up to 3,000 nautical miles from her 63,000 litre fuel tanks at cruising speed. An advanced stabilisation system on board reduces the side-to-side roll of the yacht and promises guests exceptional comfort levels at anchor or when underway.
Onboard Alegria has a range of toys and accessories to keep you and your guests entertained on the water throughout your stay. Take to the sea on the Jet Skis offering you power and control on the water. Also there is a wakeboard so guests can show off at speed. Additionally, there is a Transparent kayak - a tranquil and relaxing way to pass the time. If that isn't enough Alegria also features fishing equipment, scuba diving equipment, paddleboards and snorkelling equipment. When it comes to Tenders, Alegria has you covered - with two tenders, including a 8.53m/28' Boston Whaler Tender.

Spacious and Luxurious Living

Here, a bar area containing more sofas and stools with stylish décor sets the mood for relaxed cocktails or after-dinner drinks. Bookcases throughout both decks allow guests to indulge in some literature, warmed by sunlight pouring in through the large windows, while the chess table is perfect for enjoying an evening game with panoramic views of the setting sun.
Decadent Accommodation
In keeping with the living areas, the five staterooms on board this motor yacht are elegant and luxurious. The stunning, full-beam, main-deck master features semi-circular panoramic windows, offering spectacular views as well as a private terrace with a sunbed, sofa, and drinks table for private alfresco meals. Soft lighting and plush furnishings enhance the beautiful design, while the huge marble en-suite with spa tub is nothing short of decadent. The VIP, queen, and two twin staterooms both feature en-suites and entertainment systems.
Alfresco Life
A luxury charter is not complete without some time enjoying the climate and topping up the tan. The aft main deck aboard ALEGRIA offers a comfortable seating area with tables for relaxing in the sunshine, while the aft upper deck is arranged as an informal dining area. The sun deck offers yet more outside areas, with large sunpads and loungers for sunbathing, or a shaded sofa to escape the midday heat. In the evenings, guests can enjoy Champagne in the last of the day’s warmth in the outdoor bar and drinks area, or soak in the on-deck jacuzzi as the sun sets.
Leisure and Activities
Despite her traditional style, ALEGRIA does not disappoint with the modern luxuries and amenities that one would expect from a high-end charter yacht. Her well-equipped toybox will entertain even the most active. The lower deck features a large swim platform, and Wave Runner Jet Skis, fishing gear, Sea-Doos, wakeboards, and kayaks offer plenty of options to enjoy the waves, while a 2016 28-foot Boston Whaler tender, bikes, scooters, and mopeds are great for exploring ashore. Stabilizers at anchor and underway make for extremely comfortable cruising, allowing guests to relax aboard, perhaps with a movie on the state-of-the-art audio-visual system or a game on the bespoke wooden football table.

Completed Hakvoort Yacht ALLEGRIA
Built by the Hakvoort shipyard in 2004 ALLEGRIA features an impeccable interior designed by renowned designer Glade Johnson. ALLEGRIA embraces the best of soft contemporary and traditional elements. From top to bottom, stem to stern, guests have the feeling of limitless options for recreation, dining and relaxing. With four spacious decks, ALLEGRIA allows for a variety of experiences.
ALLEGRIA sleeps ten to eleven guests in four beautifully appointed staterooms. Located on the main deck, the full-width master suite offers luxurious privacy. The master includes a study area, in addition to a walk-in closet and dressing room. The stunning master bath, overflowing with diaspro marble, features a large Jacuzzi, rain shower and etched glass. Accommodations for eight additional guests are on the lower deck in three VIP suites and one twin stateroom with Pullman, all with ensuite bathrooms. The guest quarters also house a treadmill and other exercise equipment. All four guest staterooms feature fine marbles as well as cherry and maple burl woods and are equipped with state-of-the-art entertainment and music systems.
Moran Yacht & Ship negotiated the build contract for ALLEGRIA, wrote the technical specifications and managed the entire build process for the vessel. Our team was by the owner’s side from concept well through completion.

Built by the prestigious Italian shipyard Benetti, motor yacht ALEGRIA (hull BV 14) is a beautiful Benetti Vision 45 vessel, launched in 2010. Superyacht ALEGRIA has been magnificently penned by bespoke Stefano Righini. Up to 12 guests can remain on board while cruising, and the accommodation sleeps a total of 10 guests in five en-suite staterooms, with a crew of nine to keep everything running smoothly on board.

The main deck aft provides a sofa along the stern with a table and two armchairs to create a casual lounge shaded by the upper deck overhang. Two stairways lead down to the lower deck swim platform for access to the tender and water toys.
The upper deck aft is lined with sofas and has two drinks table to make it an ideal outdoor extension of the skylounge and dining area. The bow can be accessed via the Master suite and is a private outdoor terrace providing a sunbed and C-shaped sofa and drinks table for alfresco meals taking in panoramic views.
The sundeck provides a forward C-shaped sofa and two drinks tables in the sunshine, while amidships in the shade is the wet bar followed by the alfresco dining area to seat all 10 guests. The aft section in the sunshine is furnished with curving sofas on both sides that merge into the sunbed along the stern, and the port side also has a drinks table while a large circular Jacuzzi is positioned in the centre.
The lower deck layout places the crew accommodation, mess and laundry forward, followed by the guest accommodation amidships, the engine room aft and the tender garage with water toys storage in the stern.
On the main deck the Master suite is forward with the galley and main foyer amidships, then the large main salon separated into two areas. The upper deck places the helm station forward followed by the Captain's cabin and then the skylounge, the hub of entertaining. Within, there is a wet bar forward and centre, an L-shaped sofa and drinks table to port and an aft-facing curving sofa, armchair and a drinks table to starboard. The formal dining table is aft and consists of a circular table to seat 10 guests, surrounded by glass sliding doors for excellent views and lighting and the chance for a more alfresco dining experience.
Built in composite, luxury yacht ALEGRIA is ABS classes as well as MCA compliant. She can achieve a top speed of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots, using twin Caterpillar C32 Acert diesel engines, with a range of 4,000 nautical miles.

At this year’s International Multihull Show at La Grande Motte, we had the chance to meet Xavier Embroise , who has recently become owner of a Fountaine Pajot Alégria 67, his fourth and largest boat to date.
It made a great opportunity to find out more about Xavier’s story and the reasons that led him to choose a catamaran from the French shipyard Fountaine Pajot . He talks about his love affair with the Alégria 67 and the three fundamental criteria that guided him in his choice, between sailing equipment , design and living space for the crew and everyone on board. Catamaran Alégria 67: interview with the owner & boat tour
A thoughtful choice, but one made from the heart…
Xavier Embroise, a keen yachtsman and former offshore racer, wants to use his new yacht for various purposes. In this interview, he explains that purchasing the boat has been the fruit of a “long process” and that he plans to use the yacht to share some good times with family and friends. But first and foremost, he plans to put it to commercial use, offering cruising experiences around Corsica and Sicily and then, the Caribbean during the winter season.
Mr. Embroise highlights three fundamental criteria that guided his choice. Firstly, marine performance : “a light displacement” and a generous sail area, with a 130 m² genoa and 150 m² gennaker , to satisfy sailing enthusiasts . Secondly, comfort on board: a spacious, calming living area, capable of accommodating up to eight passengers without being cramped. Thirdly, the possibility of offering a real premium service on board, particularly in terms of gastronomy, by having a chef on board. This boat also has enough space to offer a complete wine list, a real asset according to Xavier Embroise, who will be able to satisfy all his guests’ requirements. And therein lies the strength of the Alégria 67 , offering both real marine performance and the opportunity for the crew to enjoy a genuine luxury cruising experience .
All this is made possible, on the one hand, by the DNA of Fountaine Pajot catamarans , which are above all seakindly, and, on the other, by the diversity of living spaces offered by the Alégria 67 . The option of having the galley “down”, in the passageway, or a galley “up”, in the saloon, means that the boat can be adapted to suit the owner ’s different desires and the uses to which the boat will be put. The large number of berths – from 4 to 6 double cabins depending on the layout options – as well as the two crew cabins in the forepeaks, mean that every scenario can be envisaged, and every need met.
A generous flybridge , a Jacuzzi forward, and a huge aft cockpit are just some of the features that make sailing aboard the Alégria an exceptionally comfortable experience .
Customising his catamaran, a real asset
Mr. Embroise rounds off the interview by underlining the customisation and attention provided by the Fountaine Pajot yard , which has enabled him to create a boat that reflects his tastes and expectations. “We wanted a boat that suited our needs. With the support we received from the shipyard, we were able to go for fittings and decor that were close to our hearts. The Fountaine Pajot yard was particularly attentive to each of our requests so that we could achieve this result.”

The Amaryllis being towed past the former mansion of Henry Flagler, built in 1902 By John Jannarone and Alan Hatfield The 257’ superyacht Amaryllis apparently owned by exiled Russian oligarch Andrey Borodin was towed past Palm Beach, FL on Friday morning, according to a visual account by CorpGov . The yacht, whose owner is frequently cited as Mr. Borodin by enthusiast publications, moved slowly through the Lake Worth lagoon where bridges were raised for its passage. A towboat with flashing lights about 150 feet ahead pulled the Amaryllis , built by German shipyard Abeking & Rasmussen in 2011. While CorpGov could not officially confirm Mr. Borodin as the owner of the vessel, his wife, socialite Tatiana Korsakova, has posted dozens of Instagram photos and videos aboard the Amaryllis. A yacht broker interviewed by CorpGov confirmed that Ms. Korsakova is indeed aboard the Amaryllis in the photos and videos. CNN has published an extensive list of seized vessels, which were taken in harbor cities including Mallorca, Spain and London. Very large yachts often choose to be towed because bridges are required to raise for them, according to the yacht broker. The former Bank of Moscow chief was granted political asylum in the UK in February 2013 after fleeing what he alleged to be politically-motivated fraud and embezzlement charges. Mr. Borodin would go on to be tried and convicted in abstentia in Russian Court in 2018, but not before managing to enlist a number of prominent American lawmakers to lobby Washington for a U.S. visa. Despite Russian extradition requests to the UK government, Borodin’s controversial attempts to make large donations to the NHS, and the uncovering of an assassination plot against his life, the fugitive banker remains overseas, having been granted access to his Swiss bank accounts and having made several notable London real estate purchases during his time in exile. Mr. Borodin is widely listed as a billionaire, but his total wealth remains difficult to confirm accurately, with the governments of Switzerland and the Bahamas having been asked to help the Russian government in its legal case. In 2012, Borodin purchased the UK’s then-most expensive home, an 80-hectare 18th-century estate in Oxfordshire, for upwards of $217 million. In 2017 he was granted access to personal Swiss accounts holding a reported $378 million. The Amaryllis was purchased for a reported $120 million.
