Choice of in side table or high top table or patio - we chose patio on a mild Florida evening. Server was outstanding - really showed pride in work and interest in us as customers. Place was clean. Drinks were quick and very tasty - look selection of wine too Our table had grouper bites for appetizers which we loved - a bit like coconut shrimp, w dipping sauce. The fries were killer! Dinner choices were meatloaf, Cubano sandwich and steaks. - all very good We had two of the desserts and they were two of the best desserts I've had in recent months Easy reservation and outstanding meal :)"

Wci opens second community in tampa's westshore marina district, inlet shore features three- and four-story luxury waterfront townhomes, noelle fox , neighbor.

After quickly selling out its first community in the popular Westshore Marina District, WCI has opened Inlet Shore, a new luxury waterfront townhome community. Inlet Shore will feature 68 three-story townhomes, 40 four-story townhomes with scenic views of Tampa Bay, and a private pool with cabanas.

“Inlet Shore at Westshore Marina District offers an upscale waterside lifestyle in the heart of South Tampa,” said Mike Bachman, Director of Sales of WCI Communities. “These luxury townhomes offer residents the unique opportunity to live in a vibrant new community that is gated and offers quick, convenient access to downtown Tampa and St. Petersburg, both of which are only 6 miles away.”

Inlet Shore’s three-story townhomes feature GE® stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, tile flooring and balconies. Floor plans range from 2,173 square feet to 2,410 square feet, with three to four bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. These homes are for sale at prices from the $500s.

The community’s four-story waterfront townhomes will overlook Tampa Bay. The open-concept floor plans range from 2,581 square feet to 2,698 square feet and include three to four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, an elevator and a private rooftop balcony with spectacular views. The four-story townhomes are pre-selling, with prices from the $800s.

Inlet Shore is located near WCI’s other Westshore Marina District community, Inlet Park. WCI began selling Inlet Park’s three-story luxury townhomes in December 2018 and the 35 homes there have already sold out.

“The success of Inlet Park highlights homebuyers’ interest in living in the Westshore Marina District,” said Bachman. “The combination of high-quality residences and convenience are proving to be a hit.”

The Westshore Marina District is a new 52-acre master-planned community overlooking one of the largest yacht basins in Tampa Bay. Upon completion, the district will include three community parks, waterfront trails, a 150-slip full-service marina, and 60,000 square feet of boutique retail and dining. Recently announced retailers include CRU Cellars, Crave Spa, Salon Color Bar and Duckweed Urban Grocery.

Westshore Marina District project takes shape with another acquisition

TAMPA — One of Tampa Bay's prime waterfront areas took another major step toward redevelopment Friday as WCI Communities bought 2.35 acres in Westshore Marina District.

WCI, Lennar Corp.'s high-end subsidiary, paid $2.5 million for the land on which it will build 35 townhomes. They will be adjacent to the 396 rental apartments planned by the Related Group.

The townhome project "will be the first for-sale offering, and with the WCI brand it indicates a level of product that we think is a great benefit to the site," said Beck Daniel, an executive of BTI Partners, master developer of Westshore Marina District. "This is the first thing that the retail buyer can look at and say, 'This is an opportunity for us to buy.'"

WCI, which developed the nearby Westshore Yacht Club, is under contract to buy another 9.5 acres of waterfront land by the end of the year. Tentative plans call for additional townhomes.

In all, BTI has sold or put under contract $40 million of land in marina district, on the Tampa side of the Gandy Bridge near the intersection of Gandy and Westshore boulevards.

Miami-based Related has yet to start construction on the 8.5 acre tract it bought for $11.81 million in February. But Daniel said work appears to be "imminent" while his own company proceeds with infrastructure improvements including roads and paving.

Ultimately, the marina district may include up to 1,750 residential units, a 200-room hotel, shops, restaurants, office space, up to 240 boat slips and a 1.5 mile waterfront park.
