We travelled in this coach for about 2hrs and it was extremely uncomfortable. Our first stop was the sheikh zayed grand mosque around 12, and we stood out in the heat and then walked over to the entrance of the mosque through the mall. When we arrived the tour guide told us the the opening slot time was 3 which indicated he had no clue what he was doing and was extremely unorganised. The second stop was outside some buildings, and then after took us to a Pakistani/Indian restaurant which was overpriced. At this point when we went back the coach had fully broken down and the ac stopped working. We all waited around in 40 degrees heat for 1hr with the other tourists who also had younger kids until transport was organised. We then had to walk to some gallery which was not on the itenary. Another issue was that it stated on the package that we will have ‘entry to the Qasr al Watan palace, garden and public spaces within the area’. I specifically called trip advisor and they stated the tickets will be provided but the tickets were not provided showing false advertisement on the website tour page. We had to pay an extra 320 aed for our family to have access to the Qasr al Watan palace which was utterly inconvenient. We then went back to the sheikh zayed grand mosque around 8 at night but wanted to go earlier and pray. I want to request for a full refund back as this was by far not the standard we were looking for and honestly a waste of a day for a holiday. Firstly, the dune bashing lasted only 20 mins (of which 5 mins was a stop to take photos). Secondly, completely excluded sand boarding although this was included in the price (when questioned, we were given a lame excuse). Then the so called camel ride lasted a maximum of 1 minute! If you want a longer ride, be prepared to pay extra! Thirdly; Shisha was meant to be included but this turned out to be yet again a paid extra! The food was not nice and chicken undercooked. You will need to fill out a set of documents – basically that you are fit and waive any claim in case something goes wrong. There is a set of small lockers, but I would recommend to only bring the bare minimum. Note that you can keep your cell phone and glasses (hey, you want to see everything during your ride!). For the glasses, they attach an elastic security to ensure you don’ t loose them. Next, they guide you to a bus that drives you to the building where the fun will start. You are escorted to the elevator, where the driver smiles with compassion and presses the 42nd floor button. One more floor to go (with stairs) and you are 170m high and have a wonderful view on the marina, palm,… Some people in the group seemed a bit less convinced and had to motivate themselves to continue. All is very organized: they will first take a few pictures of each individual, next you get the safety gear installed, followed by a short interview (recorded on the GoPro) that is later on attached to your helmet. When it is your turn, you are secured, lay down on some ‘bed’ to attach you to the zip line, the bed is lowered and… it’s fly time. • 72 hours prior booking is required
• Boarding time : 6:45pm
• Cruising time : 7:30pm to 10:00pm
• Days of Operations: Sunday to Saturday
• Tables will be on sharing basis
• Bar counter served on board (additional charge)
• Entertainment shows will not be available during holy month of Ramadan and on other Islamic occasions
• Price mentioned is for per person
• *In case of bad weather, the yacht will not go up to Atlantis
• Subject to availability
• In case of bad weather, Dutch Oriental reserves the right to change or cancel the cruise date/time, the guest will be contacted by cruise customer service team to reschedule the tour
• The dinner cruise may operate in Lotus or Desert Rose depending on the availability FAQ
• What are the timings of Cruise? Boarding starts from 6:45 PM onwards, and the cruise departs at 7:30 PM
• Can I pay at the boarding point? The discount code mentioned on the website is valid only if booked online on bookmytour.ae
• What happens in case I missed the cruise? In the event of no show, the booking will be marked as absent and 100% charges will apply. Heavy traffic can be expected in the Dubai Marina so please ensure you arrive on time.
• What is the cancellation policy? To get refund (less card charges)  cancellation has to be done 48 hours before the tour time. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the tour, you will be charged 100%

The luxurious 220ft Lotus mega yacht has luxury exterior and modern design. The yacht consists of several decks. On the upper deck there is a party zone with an alcoholic bar and a dance floor. On the main floor there is a lounge area with a luxurious restaurant and a 42,000-liter pool with a jacuzzi. On the lower deck there is a small cinema with 25 seats.

Picturesque views

During the cruise you will visit the largest artificial island in the world Palm Jumeirah. Along the way, you will see Dubai Marina, Jumeirah Beach Residence, the famous Dubai Ferris wheel, 5-star Atlantis resort (if the weather is good). Don't forget to bring your camera, you will definitely want to take some photos.

Buffet and entertainment

The main treats you will find in the dining area. Taste the best dishes of the traditional Arabic cuisine and world cuisines. A large choice of snacks, juicy fruits, desserts and hot dishes - here everyone will find a treat to their liking. What aromas are hovering here! Many of the chef's dishes will be prepared in front of you.

During the dinner, the guests will enjoy an entertaining musical performance and national Tanura dances. Tanura is an ancient national Egyptian dance performed only by men. Dancers in long, multi-colored skirts, symbolizing the sun, circle around their axis for a long time. The dance symbolizes the continuous movement of the world. The artists will be happy to invite you on stage to join the performance. It will be fun for both children and adults!
