Pass Christian Yacht Works – USA – Caribbean Sea

Pass Christian Yacht Works is a full service facility for small and large boats up to 100 tons in weight.

They are one of the few facilities able to service larger yachts, and they are 20 minutes by boat to the Bay St. Louis Bridge/Gulf of Mexico.

19 acre facility began development in early 2015. Fcility came about because of the owner’s desire to provide the Gulf Coast with a much needed facility where we could meet the needs of boat owner’s and further develop the passion of those on the Gulf Coast for life on the water. Pass Christian Yacht Works is owned by local Pass Christian resident, Jimmy Strickland. Jimmy is on site on the property every day overseeing the operations and ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.

Overlooking the mississippi sound in pass christian, ms, our 10,000 square-foot clubhouse features a large restaurant and bar with panoramic views of the water; perfectly suited to hosting our members' parties and functions. covered wrap-around porches offer our members and their guests full-service outdoor dining-great for dinner with the kids after a day of swimming and sailing., our large waterfront pool hosts our swim team as well as presents the perfect place for cooling off on a hot summer day, our members-only marina features fifteen slips with water and electrical service, which are offered on an annual lease basis. we also have a one-ton boat hoist and reserved dry storage spaces., we invite members of all gulf yachting association clubs to visit us, current conditions, contact us:.

The Pass Christian Harbor offers both commercial, and pleasure craft slips on both sides of the Harbor.

• Three public boat launches w/ vehicle and trailer parking
• Fishing Pier that is open to the public
• 8’depth west harbor, 10’ depth east harbor
• Secured gated piers with security camera’s throughout the harbor
• 24-hour staff with security and vessel checks daily
• Four public restrooms

The Park Commission and the Beautification Department have put in place a permit requirement for all parks. Permits are required for all events that are held in the parks. Please fill out the Permit and Hold Harmless Agreement for your event. It needs to be approved, fees collected and then a copy of the permit and agreement will be mailed back to you. The permit and agreement needs to be completed and approved no later than one business week before the event. Please have the permit and agreement on hand during your scheduled event.

You can view and print a copy of the permit and agreement online, then bring it by, or mail it in.

Transient slip rental is available at a daily rate of $1.00 per foot of length of your vessel plus 7% Mississippi state sales tax with a $25.00 plus tax minimum.

SLIP RENTAL RATES ARE BASED ON THE GREATER OF THE LENGTH OF THE VESSEL OR SLIP SIZE

Pleasure in-state $3.50 Senior over the age of 65 years $3.17

Pleasure out of State $4.00 Senior over the age of 65 years $3.60

Commercial in-state $3.00 Senior over the age of 65 years $2.72

Commercial out of State $4.00 Senior over the age of 65 years $3.60

Pre-Pay discount of 10% discount off the slip rental if you pay at least six months in advance but not the utilities. Cannot be combined with the senior rate.

We offer no live-aboard at this time.

Pass Christian utility fee includes: water, sewer pump out, electricity, Wi-Fi (Coverage may vary), trash/dumpster service, oil waste removal.

Pass Christian Utility fees are billed as followed:

• Pleasure utility fee is $1.00 per foot based on the documented length of the vessel with a $30.00 minimum fee.
• The commercial utility fee is a flat rate of $30.00.

Total amount due will include 7% Mississippi Sales Tax.

Payments can be dropped off at  the dropbox at the Harbor Masters Office located at 115 S. Market St (just northwest of the Pass Christian Yacht Club in the light blue building); the Water Department located at 200 W. Scenic Dr. or mailed to the address below:
