LIONHEART yacht interior

The LIONHEART yacht features a lot of intricate details in its design that make her stand out from other comparable vessels on the market.

The interior of this yacht had exceptionally high-quality materials used in her construction, which gives her an elegant look and feel throughout all the different spaces on board.

The design house Green & Mingarelli is responsible for the luxurious interior design of LIONHEART.

The LIONHEART yacht can welcome 12 guests in her six cabins as well as a crew of 30 members of staff.

The interior of the yacht features a beach club, a beauty salon as well as expansive health and wellness facilities that include a spa, a hairdressing salon, a gym with a personal trainer, and a massage room with a masseur available at all hours.

The different floors of the yacht are connected by an elevator, and of course, the yacht has several pools, two of which are located on the upper decks.

A grand staircase is situated in the center of the yacht, which gives the vessel the likeness of a luxury hotel. The interior is furnished with exclusive furniture with dark wood and cream upholstery.

The yacht features several sizable chandeliers and other extravagant lighting fixtures. Everything about the interior of LIONHEART is lavish and luxurious, flaunting the US $150 Million price tag that this incredible vessel bears.

Specifications

The LIONHEART yacht is 90 meters (296 ft) long with a beam of 14.4 meters (47.3 ft) and a draft of 7.5 meters (24.9 ft). She was built by Benetti Yachts in Livorno, Italy, and launched in 2016.

At the time, LIONHEART was Benetti’s flagship and the largest yacht they had ever produced, overtaking NABILA (later TRUMP PRINCESS owned by Donald Trump).

Her gross tonnage lies at 2,990 GT, reaching cruising speeds of 15 knots and maximum speeds of 16 knots.

She is definitely not the fastest yacht in her size category, but her caterpillar engines are reliable and robust.

LIONHEART has an immense aluminum superstructure, and her hull was constructed from premium steel. Her traditional teak decks nicely contrast her white exterior.

The LIONHEART yacht is values at US $150 million and has annual running costs of US $10-$15 Million. She is not currently available for charter or for sale, although Green’s other yachts are.

The exterior of the LIONHEART yacht was designed by Stefano Natucci, who was also responsible for LIONESS V, Green’s previous yacht by Benetti.

Natucci has designed a total of 45 yachts, the LIONHEART yacht being the largest of his past projects.

The yacht is fitted with a sophisticated stabilizer system that ensures a comfortable experience for guests when at anchor or underway. She has a total of four decks featuring generous outdoor spaces.

The front of the bow has room for a small helipad where aircraft can land to pick up or drop off guests.

The top deck has an outdoor bar and jacuzzi, and behind the flybridge, there is a large pool.

All decks have luxurious outdoor seating with cream upholstery which is also the color of the crew uniforms aboard the LIONHEART yacht.

At the aft, the yacht has a sizable beach club and extendable swimming platform where water toys can be launched.

She also has several smaller, shaded decks with ample space for dining or parties. On both her port and starboard sides, Lionheart has small balcony decks which are attached to two of the suites.

Toys and equipment

The LIONHEART yacht carries several tenders, although her most memorable is a VanDutch 55 named Lioncub.

This tender has a black and white photograph of a lion painted on its side, making it stand out from traditional tenders and attracting yacht spotters.

LIONHEART also has a Pascoe Limousine, a Pascoe Beachlande, and a Pascoe Outboard Shuttle giving her passengers a wide selection of transportation options for shore leave or excursions.

Although exact details aren’t known, the yacht carries a large number of water toys, including jet skis and water bobs.

With a large swimming platform at the back of the vessel and an attached beach club with a lounge area, a luxury that might be desired is available to her guests.

Additional information

Construction for LIONHEART began in 2012 after the owner Green commissioned his third yacht from Benetti .

The two previous vessels were also named LIONHEART but have since been renamed LUMIERE and LIONESS V.

LUMIERE was built in 1999 and has a length of 49.9 meters (164 ft). Green sold her when he obtained LIONHEART V in 2006, and she is now available for charter.

LIONESS V has a length of 63.5 meters (208 ft) and was replaced by LIONHEART in 2016, 10 years after her launch.

Interestingly all three vessels can welcome the same number of guests, and only their amenities and length changed over the years.

LIONESS V is still owned by the Green family, more specifically Tina Green. This yacht is available for charter.

Sir Philip Green could face court wrangle over yacht

The Pensions Regulator said it was "relentlessly" pursuing the best outcome for retirement scheme members hit by BHS's collapse.

Wednesday 23 November 2016 16:56, UK

Philip Green has been holidaying on his Lionheart yacht in the Mediterranean

Sir Philip Green's superyacht could be the subject of a court wrangle as part of efforts to recover a pension fund shortfall following the collapse of BHS, MPs have been told.

Lesley Titcomb, chief executive of the Pensions Regulator, said it was "relentlessly" pursuing the best outcome for 20,000 retirement scheme members left in limbo by the episode.

Labour MP Frank Field, chairman of the Work and Pensions committee, pressed Ms Titcomb on whether former owner Sir Philip's yacht Lionheart could be seized as part of the process.

The yacht - reportedly worth £100m - became the focus of public anger after Sir Philip went cruising on it in the summer after BHS collapsed with the loss of 11,000 jobs and leaving a £571m pension scheme deficit.

Ms Titcomb said any seizure of the boat would be a matter for the courts to decide.

Sir Philip Green reacts angrily to questions from Sky News

The regulator does not have the power to seize assets but it could back trustees of the Pension Protection Fund - which takes over defunct retirement schemes - to "recover that debt through the courts and the court would determine how that would be achieved".

Asked if that meant it was for the courts to decide on whether the boat should be seized, she said: "That is correct."

Ms Titcomb added: "I would like to assure the BHS pension scheme members that we are pursuing the best possible outcome that we can secure for them relentlessly."

The regulator earlier this month said it had stepped up its probe into BHS after it had yet to receive a "credible and comprehensive" offer to resolve the pension fund members' future income.

Ms Titcomb declined to reveal before MPs how much Sir Philip had offered.

The regulator has sent warning notices to Sir Philip and his family holding company Taveta as well as Dominic Chappell and Retail Acquisitions.

Mr Chappell is the former bankrupt whose Retail Acquisitions vehicle bought BHS last year from Sir Philip for £1.

Lionheart … Fortunately, Philip Green has two other yachts: Lioness and Lionchase.

Can we seize (Mr) Philip Green’s superyacht to fill the BHS black hole?

Frank Field MP has written to the Pensions Regulator to ask if the Arcadia boss’s assets can be seized. Will it change Lionheart’s name to Pensiony McPensionface?

Name: Lionheart.

Age: Like new, one careful owner.

Appearance: Giant, floating cycling helmet.

What is it, some kind of art installation? It’s a superyacht.

What makes a yacht a superyacht? By definition, it has to be longer than 24m, roughly the length of a tennis court. Lionheart is 90m.

I’m no sailor, but that sounds like a megayacht. Possibly. Lionheart also boasts a swimming pool, a helipad, three lifts, six luxury cabins and a crew of 40.

How much for one of those? About £100m.

And this one is taken, is it? Yes. It belongs to Sir Philip Green .

Who is Sir Philip Green? Do you mean Mr Philip Green, non-titled CEO of the Arcadia Group? Although MPs have voted to strip Green of his knighthood, action can only be taken by a special committee. He remains a sir, and a yacht owner. For now.

For now? Is he thinking of selling up? Not exactly. But Lionheart could be seized.

Seized? Am I hearing right? Green is being asset-stripped? Labour MP Frank Field has written to the Pensions Regulator to ask if “assets other than cash” can be used to fill the £571m pension fund gap left when BHS collapsed last spring. Green had sold the company a year earlier for a pound.

But I thought he had promised to fix everything. He told MPs he was working to find a solution, but last month it was revealed he had failed to make an acceptable offer. Labour MP David Winnick promptly labelled him a “billionaire spiv” .

It does seem odd, cruising around in a megayacht with all this going on. Lionheart was dubbed the “BHS Destroyer” by tabloids last summer, a name presumably selected over Pensiony McPensionface.

If they take his boat, how will Green navigate the Mediterranean? Fortunately he has two other yachts, Lioness and Lionchase.

Let’s seize those as well.

There seems to be a question over the Pension Regulator’s powers – in particular whether it can pursue offshore assets. Green’s wife – who has an estimated £2bn stake in Arcadia – is a resident of Monaco.

Let’s have them anyway. OK.

Do say: “The rain in Spain falls mainly on the helipad.”

Don’t say: “ Yo no soy marinero, soy capitan .”

Sir Philip Green relaxes aboard new £100m superyacht Lionheart as first 20 BHS stores prepare to close

Sir Philip Green relaxes aboard Lionheart

  • Updated 12:56, 18 Jul 2016

Surrounded by plush cushions, gleaming sofas and green plants, Sir Philip Green takes in the view from his family's new £100million superyacht.

The billionaire was pictured relaxing on the 300ft vessel, dubbed Lionheart, in Malta, hundreds of miles away from the MPs investigating BHS's collapse.

Dressed in a grey, V-neck t-shirt, he was joined on the deck by his spouse, Tina - nicknamed 'Lady Greed' by critics - who wore a colourful bikini top and sunglasses.

Earlier, Lady Green had been seen walking aboard the yacht in the beaming sunshine, after flying to the Mediterranean to receive delivery of it.

Then, she had been pictured strolling onto the enormous vessel with a panting white dog under her arm, leaving her bags on the shore behind her.

It is believed that Sir Philip later joined her aboard Lionheart.

The couple's daughter, 24-year-old ex-Made In Chelsea star Chloe, was also seen relaxing on-board the yacht, dressed in a pretty, red outfit.

In addition to its glamorous decking area, Lionheart features three lifts, a helipad, hot tubs, a swimming pool and luxury cabins for 12 guests.

It is undoubtedly the crown jewel of the Green family collection of expensive playthings, which already includes two other superyachts and two private jets.

Lady Green, who is the sole owner of Lionheart, runs her own business in Monaco advising oligarchs on interior design.

Her expensive tastes are likely to be reflected in every detail on the yacht, where the family will entertain friends such as supermodel Kate Moss and TV mogul Simon Cowell.

The new images come as Sir Philip Green is upping his efforts to assist MPs in their investigation into the collapse of BHS.

The politicians are preparing to publish a damning report into the retailer's demise in the coming weeks.

lionheart yacht owner philip green

The Topshop tycoon has written an extensive letter to the business and pensions committees defending his ownership of the department store chain, with their findings due to be published on July 24.

In it, Sir Philip outlines more than £400 million of investment into BHS and claims that he pushed for a "sustainable solution" for the firm's troubled pension scheme.

He also says that he offered to help bankroll to the tune of £5 million a rescue bid for BHS from fellow billionaire and Sports Direct owner Mike Ashley.

"The purchase would include buying all of the stock, for which Mr Ashley offered to pay £10 million," he said.

lionheart yacht owner philip green

"This amount was not acceptable to the administrators. It appeared that £15 million to close the deal would work and I therefore offered the additional £5 million to help the business be sold as a going concern."

However, Work and Pensions Committee chairman Frank Field said: "Sir Philip is aware we are writing our report and is suddenly volunteering all manner of last-minute assistance."

A Westminster insider also told the Press Association: "The committee gets the feeling that Sir Philip, having tried to exert his control over the process, is now understanding that the report will be damning and is attempting to vindicate himself by sending over large swathes of documents."

Sir Philip's reputation has taken a battering since BHS collapsed in April, leaving behind a £571 million pension deficit and putting 11,000 jobs at risk.

The billionaire, who owned the retailer for 15 years until 2015, has come under fire for taking £400 million in dividends from the company and then selling it to former bankrupt Dominic Chappell for £1.

In response, Sir Philip said: "Frank Field never ceases to surprise me. I was merely responding to the questions in a letter that he signed."

The new pictures also come as the names of the first 20 BHS stores set to close on Saturday have been revealed - including shops in Peterborough and Southport.

lionheart yacht owner philip green

Around 580 staff will be affected by the closures, although administrators say they will try to find temporary work for them in other BHS branches nearby.

However, the future looks bleak for those remaining 143 stores as last ditch efforts are made to find a buyer.

The 20 branches are due to shut next Saturday because stock levels have fallen so low.

Sir Philip Green’s super-yacht quarantined in Monaco over coronavirus outbreak

Lionheart_Monaco_2017

The $150 million and 90-meter-long super-yacht Lionheart has been docked at Monaco’s Port Hercule for over a week. Two crew members tested positive for coronavirus.

The impressive luxury vessel belongs to Sir Philip Green, British billionaire and owner of Topshop, and his wife Lady Tina Green, who is a Monaco resident. The Lionheart is the biggest yacht ever built by historic Italian yacht-maker Benetti and was bought by Sir Philip Green for an estimated 150 million dollars. The yacht has space for 16 crew members and can welcome up to 12 people.

lionheart yacht owner philip green

At the time, the purchase of this yacht raised public concern in the United Kingdom. The supe-yacht was bought by Green one year after the British tycoon sold BHS clothing stores to a little-known investor for £1.

Philip Green’s retail business has been hard-hit by the pandemic and in April it was announced that he had taken government money to pay for staff during the Coronavirus lockdown. Over the last 4 years, his wealth has drastically diminished. Forbes estimates that from $5,9 billion in 2016, Philip and Tina Green are now worth a “mere” $2,2 billion.

“After maintenance in Italy, the boat returned to Monaco. We were meant to go on a cruise with my family. It was my responsibility to have the whole crew tested before leaving. We then discovered two cases — one asymptomatic and the other with a sore throat. The two have been confined to the cabin ever since,” Lady Tina Green told the local newspaper Monaco Mati n . She added that everyone was well.

According to Monaco Matin , 14 boats have now been asked to quarantine by Monaco’s government since the start of the pandemic . Their status is indicated by a yellow flag hoisted on the mast. The Lionheart question should be solved quickly enough. According to local media, all of the new tests conducted on the yacht’s crew at the beginning of the week came back negative.

Philip Green docks in Spain: British tycoon’s €142m superyacht complete with helipad, jacuzzi and more drops anchor in Mallorca

CONTROVERSIAL British fashion tycoon Philip Green has docked in Mallorca.

He has brought his boat, Lionheart, dubbed ‘the most luxurious yacht in the world’ to Palma.

The 90-metre yacht worth an estimated €142m and complete with a jacuzzi, helipad and spa, is docked at Club de Mar.

Commissioned in 2012, the ship is the third yacht of millionaire Green.

Built by Benetti Yachts, the steel superstructure was completed in 2016 with a gym, swimming pool and even garage for cars.

It can sail at speeds of up to 17mph, or 15 knots.

The retail tycoon behind brands including Top shop, Miss Selfridge and Wallis is believed to be worth around £910 million.

His image was badly tarnished when he sold his ailing BHS chain for £1 to Dominic Chappell, a former Spanish-based bankrupt with no retail experience.

The company failed a year later with the loss of 11,000 jobs and a giant €600m pension fund was plundered and he was ordered to top it up with his own money.

A parliamentary probe concluded he had systematically milked BHS and described the hole in the pension fund as ‘the unacceptable face of capitalism’.

Arcadia became a private company and was delisted from the London Stock Exchange. He unsuccessfully sought to acquire Marks & Spencer in 1999 and 2004.

At its peak, Green's Arcadia Group owned the clothing retailers Topshop, Topman, Wallis, Evans, Burton, Miss Selfridge, Dorothy Perkins and Outfit. BHS was part of Arcadia from 2009 to 2015. Arcadia had more than 2,500 outlets in the UK, concessions in UK department stores such as Debenhams and Selfridges, and several hundred franchises in other countries. After high street sales fell in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Arcadia entered administration and ASOS acquired the Topshop, Topman and Miss Selfridge brands in 2021.

Le Corbusier’s triumphant return to Moscow

lionheart yacht owner philip green

The largest Le Corbusier exhibition in a quarter of a century celebrates the modernist architect’s life and his connection with the city.

Given his affinity with Moscow, it is perhaps surprising that the city had never hosted a major examination of Le Corbusier’s work until now. However, the Pushkin Museum and the Le Corbusier Fund have redressed that discrepancy with the comprehensive exhibition “Secrets of Creation: Between Art and Architecture,” which runs until November 18.

Presenting over 400 exhibits, the exhibition charts Le Corbusier’s development from the young man eagerly sketching buildings on a trip around Europe, to his later years as a prolific and influential architect.

The exhibition brings together the different facets of his talent, showing his publications, artwork and furniture design alongside photographs, models and blueprints of his buildings.

Irina Antonova, director of the Pushkin Museum, said, “It was important for us to also exhibit his art. People know Le Corbusier the architect, but what is less well know is that he was also an artist. Seeing his art and architecture together gives us an insight into his mind and his thought-processes.”

What becomes obvious to visitors of the exhibition is that Le Corbusier was a man driven by a single-minded vision of how form and lines should interact, a vision he was able to express across multiple genres.

The upper wings of the Pushkin Museum are separated by the central stairs and two long balconies. The organizers have exploited this space, allowing comparison of Le Corbusier’s different art forms. On one side there are large paintings in the Purist style he adapted from Cubism, while on the other wall there are panoramic photographs of his famous buildings.

Le Corbusier was a theorist, producing many pamphlets and manifestos which outlined his view that rigorous urban planning could make society more productive and raise the average standard of living.

It was his affinity with constructivism, and its accompanying vision of the way architecture could shape society, which drew him to visit the Soviet Union, where, as he saw it, there existed a “nation that is being organized in accordance with its new spirit.”

The exhibition’s curator Jean-Louis Cohen explains that Le Corbusier saw Moscow as “somewhere he could experiment.” Indeed, when the architect was commissioned to construct the famous Tsentrosoyuz Building, he responded by producing a plan for the entire city, based on his concept of geometric symmetry.

Falling foul of the political climate

He had misread the Soviet appetite for experimentation, and as Cohen relates in his book Le Corbusier, 1887-1965, drew stinging attacks from the likes of El Lissitsky, who called his design “a city on paper, extraneous to living nature, located in a desert through which not even a river must be allowed to pass (since a curve would contradict the style).”

Not to be deterred, Le Corbusier returned to Moscow in 1932 and entered the famous Palace of the Soviets competition, a skyscraper that was planned to be the tallest building in the world.

This time he fell foul of the changing political climate, as Stalin’s growing suspicion of the avant-garde led to the endorsement of neo-classical designs for the construction, which was ultimately never built due to the Second World War.

Situated opposite the proposed site for the Palace of the Soviets, the exhibition offers a tantalizing vision of what might have been, presenting scale models alongside Le Corbusier’s plans, and generating the feeling of an un-built masterpiece.

Despite Le Corbusier’s fluctuating fortunes in Soviet society, there was one architect who never wavered in his support . Constructivist luminary Alexander Vesnin declared that the Tsentrosoyuz building was the "the best building to arise in Moscow for over a century.”

The exhibition sheds light on their professional and personal relationship, showing sketches and letters they exchanged. In a radical break from the abstract nature of most of Le Corbusier’s art, this corner of the exhibition highlights the sometimes volatile architect’s softer side, as shown through nude sketches and classical still-life paintings he sent to Vesnin.

“He was a complex person” says Cohen. “It’s important to show his difficult elements; his connections with the USSR, with Mussolini. Now that relations between Russia and the West have improved, we can examine this. At the moment there is a new season in Le Corbusier interpretation.” To this end, the exhibition includes articles that have never previously been published in Russia, as well as Le Corbusier’s own literature.

Completing Le Corbusier’s triumphant return to Russia is a preview of a forthcoming statue, to be erected outside the Tsentrosoyuz building. Even if she couldn’t quite accept his vision of a planned city, Moscow is certainly welcoming him back.

The spiraling 246m high Evolution Tower is located on plots 2-3 of Moscow-City high-rise business district on Presnenskaya Embankment of Moscow river. New multi-function center occupies the territory of 2.5ha in area, 2ha of which is a landscaped terraced civic plaza, the integral part of the new city piazza, the central open public space of Moscow-City business downtown.

ivic plaza includes 10m high ceremonial stairs (leading from embankment and pedestrian Bagration Bridge to the higher terraced levels) as well as landscaped areas with green lawns, trees, water features, travellators and feature lightboxes.

Evolution Tower

Location: Moscow, Russia

Typology: High-Rise, Office, Mixed-Use

Years: Construction 2011-2014

Status: Built

Height: 246m

Design team: GORPROJECT  (2011-2015),

RMJM Scotland Ltd

(original concept 2005-2007)

Under the piazza levels the 2-storey retail mall connects the Evolution Tower with metro station and pedestrian bridge over Moscow river, thus integrating the new development into the large Moscow-City district, the Europe's newest and most ambitious high-rise cluster (7 of 10 highest European skyscrapers ae located here), housing over 4 million square meters of office and retail areas with associated transport and engineering infrastructure.

The Evolution Gallery mall houses food court and 6,000m2 family entertainment and educational center for various children activities (the first center of that kind in Moscow).

The 82,000m2 office tower has 52 levels rotated 3 degrees each floor with overall twist reaching 156 degrees clockwise. With world’s largest innovative cold-bent glazing the tower façade provides seamless floating reflection that rotates the panoramas of Moscow skyline vertically, where the reflected clouds moving up enhance the dynamic visual impact of the twisted tower, an unprecedented optical effect in the world architecture.  The Crown with supporting steel structure made of two twisted arches provides the helipad at the very top as well as the open observation roof decks at Levels 51-52 featuring the best panoramas of Moscow riverside with views towards the historical center.

From the very beginning the developer and architects have set an ambitious task to create a recognizable and symbolic tower, the new icon of contemporary Moscow.  The sculptural DNA-shaped twisting tower symbolizes the evolution spiral with the white façade ribbon wrapping over the roof in a form of 90-degree twisted infinity symbol, which speaks of philosophical concept of evolution and celebrates the development of human civilization. From spiraling onion domes of St. Basil to the iconic Tatlin Tower concept the Russian architecture was obsessed with idea of spiral. The simple and innovative design was based on principles of twisting square-shaped floor plates with vertical structural RC frame supported by a central core and 8 columns with continuous beams and 4 spiraling columns at the corners.

The proposed structural scheme with cantilevered continuous RC beams and cantilevered floor slabs  picking up the overhangs from the twisted floor plates appeared to be simple, efficient and economical. The complex sculptural tower façade envelope was built using the innovative cold-bent glazing with flat double glazed units cold-formed in 3D within the aluminum frame under its own weight to avoid stepping in geometry. This approach appeared to be both more energy-efficient and more cost-efficient solution in comparison to the stepped curtain wall units previously applied in some twisted unitized facades.

The multifunctional architectural glass by Guardian significantly reduces the solar gain whilst providing the double glazed unit thermal performance equal to standard triple glazed unit normally used in Moscow to withstand harsh winter conditions. The use of innovative TWIN elevators by ThyssenKrupp saved 2 shafts within the core (10 TWINs instead of 12 double-deckers in the original concept) and contributed to the overall project sustainability with lesser power consumption per passenger. Other sustainable design features include green roofs over the retail mall and integrated coil floor heating under landscaped civic piazza levels using the return water in winter to melt the snow and ice for the safety of pedestrians. The reinforced concrete formwork by PERI, including self-climbing ACS formwork specially designed for the twisting corner columns, allowed to achieve the impressive speed of RC frame construction of 6 days per floor due to perfect site logistics by Renaissance Construction as main contractor.

All innovative design solutions and optimizations secured the delivery of this fairly unique skyscraper within the project plan and almost within the budget of the standard ‘benchmark’ high-rise building. This turned out to be a major achievement of the design and construction teams.

The organic twisting silhouette dominates on its background of extruded glass towers greatly contributing into the overall composition of the high-rise Moscow-City cluster. The development delivered a significant open public space on the landscaped roof of the retail mall, thus providing the perfect mix of business uses with public and social activities of the civic plaza and the mall with its food court and core family entertainment function. The synergy of that mix with large underground car-park complemented by the direct link to the metro station and pedestrian bridge as means of main public transportation secured the successful project completion with the recent entire tower acquisition. Bold shape and timeless aesthetics as added values brought by its unique architecture materialized in a commercial success of this project with the tower being fully acquired for corporate headquarters even in the context of oversupply in the Moscow office market. The outstanding quality of architecture and its fine detailing, state of the art building services and communications of Class A office Tower together with the highest level of transport accessibility  (direct access to metro station from the lobby, large car-parking, proximity to boat pier and helipads) make this property very attractive for tenants and visitors. The beautiful riverside panoramas from offices are complemented by green roof and water features of the large 2ha terraced civic piazza as the main recreational outdoor space with direct link from the office tower lobby.

The highest quality of façade cladding, glazing, vertical transportation and MEP equipment from leading European and international suppliers provided the truly Class-A office environment with the luxury of minimalist spirit in the architecture of the new landmark on the Moscow skyline. Even before its completion the sculptural spiral of Evolution Tower, more often appearing in commercials, posters and magazines, became a new icon for modern Moscow as the symbol of its business ambitions and fast development. The Evolution Tower also became the monument to the courage of its developer (Snegiri Group) and investors, who built the great deal of trust with architects, engineers and contractors by investing their efforts and funds in a challenging adventure of designing and building the unique and innovative skyscraper for the capital of Russia.
