The Renter can not invoke 'bad weather' and request a refund as reason for cancellation unless the Captain or the Boat Owner agrees to it. For captained charter, the Captain will make the decision if the weather conditions are dangerous to get out on the water. Cloudy skies or a slight chance of rain are not grounds for cancellation or rescheduling. If a cancellation or rescheduling due to bad weather is necessary, either the Renter or the Boat Owner must send an email to [email protected] stating the reason. Yacht charter Long Beach in an attractive 90′ attractive party yacht. This lovely yacht can be ideal for corporate parties, private parties, or weekend getaways to Catalina. It features stadium seating and has great stability to support your pleasures floating atop the sea. The more than memorable design proves this would be a wonderful venue for any occasion.

90′ Motor Yacht Up to 125 Guests Yacht charter Long Beach | Catering is required on this vessel with 60 guests minimum per charter on Saturdays, all other days 50 guest minimum. Guest count can be lower however the fees charged will be for a minimum of 50 or 60 guests. Parking is validated and guests are advised to arrive 30 minutes early for parking. Up to four guests may board the vessel 30 minutes to decorate. The cruise is for 2.5 – 3.5 hours with 30 minutes of setup time for your event. Self Catered events are required to book for 3.5 (4) hours. The DJ must bring his own compact equipment and set-up upstairs. The downstairs deck is our dining room. comfortably seats about 90 guests all at once. We have 15 tables that are 30″ round and seat 4-5 guests each. The Buffet, with unlimited food, is open for two hours on a 2 1/2 hour charter and open for three hours on a 3 1/2 hour charter. Photo booth rentals must fit thru the entry doors. Most are separate flat panels with a camera unit that is assembled aboard the yacht and are allowed.

BURIAL AT SEA

Available for private charter for clients to conduct a burial at sea for up to 111 passengers. Morning departures are required for calm wind and sea conditions. The charter fee includes the ship, captain and crew for a morning departure. The approximately one hour cruise will take you off the coast where you may conduct a ceremony and scatter the ashes.

There are additional fees if bar service is requested or if food is to be brought aboard ship and for other departure times. We reserve the right to upgrade to larger vessel at our discretion. We suggest that you place the ashes in biodegradable paper (ie: tissue paper or paper bag) and place it in a basket. Weight the basket and cover it with flowers (we will provide approximately 10’ of line to attach to the handle). When the Captain stops the ship off the coast, you may then lower the weighted basket into the sea. The flowers will float to the surface as the weighted basket sinks and the paper bag will open and disperse the ashes into the sea. This method not only allows for a serene ceremony atmosphere, but also employs the use of only biodegradable items that are environmentally safe to be left at sea.

The client is responsible for compliance with all applicable government regulations and filings. All charter dates & departure times are subject of availability. To book your burial at sea on the vessel of your choice, please call our office.

Welcome to Party Yacht Ibiza, the most hip & vibrant party yacht in entire California

The second level offers a rooftop-style outdoor lounge with a partially covered sitting area and an open-air space. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy the sea breeze, sunshine and a fun day on the water. Four large Bose outdoor speakers with separate receivers deliver high-volume sound as needed. You can connect your own music via Bluetooth to both levels’ sound systems. We recently added a DJ booth with professional DJ mixer & speakers & lights at upper level, free for use. If you plan to hire a DJ, please have your DJ to bring their own laptop and turntable(controller)

My girlfriend and I were looking to throw a great “boat party” and found Kevin & OnBoat crew online. Throughout the entire process, Kevin was extremely accessible and pleasant. He even helped move his boat closer to us so that our group could easily attend. When we arrived, the staff was extremely nice and welcoming. We had a bartender, Roman, who ended up spicing up the party while serving guests drinks. There was music playing the whole time, on both floors. We had a group of ~60 people and there was plenty of space. The party was a huge success. Each and every one of our guests thanked us for having them aboard. 10/10!

Best venue for my wife’s B day party, the yacht is very spacoius for 60 guests, the speakers are making ground quake, bartenders are mingled with us very well, the whole team is professional,respectful, I strongly recommend this yacht and the team, it is so much fun for a big group considering the price you paid, best value

We held a birthday party and ordered the full Ibiza bar for our guests. There were two bartenders one ‘experienced’ and one who said it was their first day. The new bartender worked diligently, whereas the ‘experienced’ bartender kept complaining to my guests. She began to complain to my guests that they weren’t making enough and when people didn’t increase their tips, told the trainee to not pour as fast.

I had a great time celebrating my birthday and retirement party last night. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

I threw my husband a surprise 30th birthday party on the yacht and it was amazing! We had about 60 people and it was super comfortable. Many friends have motion sickness but it was not a problem on this boat. The crew was AMAZING and the price is unbeatable! Found a DJ that worked on this boat before and the vibes were immaculate! Highly recommend!

We had my daughter’s wedding reception aboard Ibiza. Captain Mogul did an awesome job of piloting us around the Long Beach Harbor area. Bar manager Sandy was terrific with her cocktails, drinks and great personality. Deckhands Gabriel and Jose made sure everything was in order during our yacht cruise. Stewards Tanner and Miles made sure all the food was properly placed and passed out to our guests.

It was a wonderful experience under the “Harvest Moon” on September 29th, 2023. I’m sure all that attended will remember this wedding reception for the rest of their lives.

Depending on the location and the time of year it is possible to see humpback whales, blue whales (summer to fall), grey whales (winter to spring), minke whales, bottlenose Dolphins, seals, sea lions, pelicans, and more.

Can I decorate the yacht for my boat party?

Guests are welcome to decorate the boats, as long as no damage is incurred with the decorations.

Where will my yacht charter party go?

All charters are based on customers wishes and their location departure.

Are children included in the guest count?

Yes, children are included in guest counts. Children below 13 year old are also required to wear life jackets on yachts.

What type of clothing should I wear on a yacht charter party?

Ideally guests should dress comfortably. Layers are advised as it can be windier and colder on the water than on land. Don´t forget your sunscreen and sunglasses.

What to wear to a boat party at night?

On an evening yacht charter party it is important to dress warmly. While the boats do have interiors that can keep deduce the wind factor an evening on the water can be chilly. So it is best to dress in warm layers.

Can I wear high heels to a party on a yacht?

High heels can be worn on some boats. On large party boats with 30+ guests it should be fine. It is not practical on the smaller boats as you will be walking around on different levels and materials and it can be dangerous. A better solution would be a pretty flat, a fancy sandal, or a short mule if you must.

What do I need to bring to a boat party?

For a boat party on a yacht it’s best to bring whatever will make you comfortable. Some guests like to bring an extra sweater, favorite snacks and drinks, sunscreen, sea sickness pills, and if it's a birthday party a gift for the host.

How soon in advance do I need to book a yacht for a party?

Our bookings are based on a first come first serve basis. To make sure your preferred date and time is available it's best to confirm the date and time as soon as possible.

How do I start a yacht party?

Gather everyone together and share a toast to get the party started. Then play the music and let everyone mingle around in the different corners of the boat. This will make a boat party come to life.

Am I expected to tip the captain and crew?

Gratuity is not included in the price and while not required it is always greatly appreciated. Any tips provided are split between the captain and crew.

Can I bring food and beverage aboard for a boat party?

Guests are welcome to bring food and beverage aboard.

Are refreshments included for a yacht party?

Refreshments are not included in the pricing. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drink.

Is there a place we can go to swim during a yacht party?

We can offer swimming from our San Pedro & Long Beach departure locations.

What is a bareboat charter?

- A bareboat charter is a vessel that is leased by the owner to another person (a “charterer”) for a period of time without a captain or crew; - A bareboat charter is a vessel that is considered a recreational vessel and may not be subject to Passenger Vessel inspections by the United States Coast Guard; - Once the charterer takes possession of the vessel, the charterer becomes entirely responsible for the safe navigation of the vessel and its passengers; - The owner of the vessel is generally not responsible for any collision, personal injuries, and wages for the crew - The charterer is responsible for the vessel’s crew, fuel, insurance, any maintenance and repairs, and any liability associated with use and possession of the vessel; - The charterer must have the option of selecting and paying crew and may discharge the master or any crew member without referral to the owner; - The owner may require general levels of proficiency for the crew that is retained based on federal statutes; and - Charterers and passengers are solely responsible for making sure they understand and agree to the terms of any bareboat charter agreement.

Yes. We use a system called Cognito to ensure that payment information matches the renter's identity. We also require renters taking out a captained boat to be at least 18 years old and on a bareboat to be at least 25 years old.

Is listing my boat on Boatsetter free?

Yes! Listing a boat is completely free. We only take a commission when your boat is rented. We only make money when you do!

What if I'm not comfortable having a renter drive my boat?

If you are not comfortable having a renter drive your boat, we have an expansive network of licensed and experienced captains. Once your boat is listed, you can filter through our network of captains and favorite captains in your area that you would like to operate your boat.

No alcohol, open containers or outside food is permitted. No illegal drugs or controlled substances, including prescription drugs and marijuana, will be tolerated. Using marijuana on the water is illegal, regardless of medical condition(s). The use and or possession of illegal drugs or controlled substances is absolutely prohibited by the US Coast Guard.

Yacht Company holds a zero tolerance policy related to illegal substances aboard all vessels and anyone who is caught participating or processing any such items will not be allowed to board and substances will be confiscated.

If you are thought to be under the influence of, or caught participating in, illegal substances on board, you will be quarantined until the boat can safely return to dock - the cruise is subject to end for all guests immediately upon doing so; no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

PURCHASE POLICY

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES FINAL: There are NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made.

Credit Card & ID:

You must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket and a valid Government Issued Photo Identification (along with your e-tickets that have been emailed to you via Eventbrite when your order was placed): the name on both the credit card and ID match the name on your purchased tickets, in order to gain entry to the event. If the name on the Credit Card and/or ID does not match the tickets, or if you do not have both the credit card used to make the purchase and government issued identification, you will be denied entry to event without a refund.

Covid Policy:

No credit or refund will be issued as a result of the ticket purchaser or any person in the party contracting COVID-19 or a variant alike. By purchasing tickets to a VIP Nightlife Event, you understand and agree that tickets are non-refundable and you are assuming the risk that you may not be able to use tickets purchased if you contract COVID-19 or variants alike. You further agree that you will not attend any VIP Nightlife event if you currently have symptoms of COVID-19, have been exposed to COVID-19 prior to attending and/or have tested positive for COVID-19 and have not completed the CDC recommended quarantine period. Be advised attendees may be required to show proof of vaccine and/or a negative test result. As the rules for events vary by location and change often, please check your local listing and respective government authorities for any applicable rules that may apply to you. You will not receive a refund if you are unable to attend an event due to any non-compliance with local rules, event guidelines, vaccine status, or failure to provide a negative test result. However, VIP Nightlife may allow you to transfer your tickets for any reason to another person by having the ticket purchaser email customer service within 24 hours of the event [email protected] with a copy of the original ticket purchaser's photo ID and credit card used to purchase the tickets along with the email address and name of the customer to whom the tickets will be transferred. Please be advised that VIP Nightlife may not be able to honor all requests for transfers if they are made outside of business hours or too close to the time of the actual event.

If you encounter a problem at the event, you must file a complaint with Promoter within 5 calendar days following the date of the event; failure to contact Promoter within the 5-day period will be a complete waiver of your right to request compensation whether monetary or otherwise. By placing an order, you are confirming that you received this policy and are agreeing to abide by the clauses within. This Purchase Policy is a binding contract between you and event Promoter.

Event Booking:

By purchasing a ticket, package or reservation you're entitled to entry to event you're purchasing it for. At the time of your order, Eventbrite will place an order for your ticket(s) in the Promoter’s ticketing system, reducing the number of tickets available for the chosen event. Before purchasing your ticket(s) we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event(s) you wish to attend, as there are no refunds. Each event has a definitive date, start time and end time. If you do not show up to the event, you understand that you are forfeiting your ticket(s) and therefore your ticketing fee (the entirety of what you paid) will not be returned to you. If you do not attend your event, you're still 100% financially liable for your purchase. If you cannot attend event, you will not receive refund.

Event Cancellations:

If the event is canceled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket.

No Refunds:

Unforeseen circumstances beyond promoter’s control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions, natural disasters, waiting in lines, extended waits in lines, family emergencies, medical emergencies, employment issues including layoffs, traffic, parking, public or private transportation issues, etc. If you purchased for the incorrect date, location, event, etc, promoter is not obligated to provide a refund, credit, exchange or transfer. If cancellation or transfer request is approved, promoter reserves the right to charge a $10 administrative fee for its time, in addition to charging a $10 restocking fee per ticket if tickets are placed back on sale. Promoters, Venue Owners, Venue Management, Security, Event Staff, and other agents of the event, have the right to refuse entry to any ticket-holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion , including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, failing to comply with the rules of the venue, incorrect attire, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security, and other restrictions. Ticket-holder is aware that the Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice, which are not grounds for a refund. Ticket-holder is aware that amenities promised by Promoter are not guaranteed, and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: VIP amenities, drink specials, drink tickets, gifts, express entry, special areas, celebrity guests, etc. Dissatisfaction with any aspect of the event is not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: music, DJ(s), decorations or lack thereof, party favors or lack thereof, beverages or lack thereof, alcohol selection, bar staff, food availability and selection, fellow patrons/attendees, venue staff, event staff, security, performances, ambiance, amenities, venue, check-in process, seating or lack of seating, wait in lines, emergency closures of event, emergency return of boats or yachts, delayed commencing of events, early ending of events, public amenities such as fireworks or public performances or the lack thereof, line of sight of public amenities such as fireworks or public performances being blocked by trees, buildings, boats, people, and/or other things, etc.

Release of Liability:

By purchasing the tickets through Eventbrite, you hereby release and forever discharge Promoter from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance at, and voluntary participation in, the event(s), including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of the event’s Promoter. By purchasing the tickets through Eventbrite for this event, you hereby release and forever discharge event Promoter, and their officers and agents, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and participation at the event(s). It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of Promoter of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.

By Purchasing tickets for this event, ticket purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless event Promoter, said entities officers, owners, employees, and agents, from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of or by reason of complying with this Indemnity Clause. Collections & Legal Action Against Debt:

Once you make a purchase, if those funds are removed from the Promoter's account and given back to you, you owe the Promoter that money back, plus applicable fees as outlined below. If you owe money to Promoter, Promoter reserves the right to take legal action against you and/or send you to collections for the recovery of said debt. If you are sent to collection or there is legal action taken against you, you are fiscally responsible for any and all legal costs and fees, directly associated and/or indirectly associated, with recovering the debt owed by you. Promoter's collection’s agencies reserve the right to negatively affect your personal credit score until your debt is paid. Once an account has been placed in collections, the only way to get yourself out of Collections is to pay the debt owed by you to the collections agency.

Arbitration Agreement:

In the event there are any legal disputes against Promoter, by agreeing to this Purchase Policy, you agree that such disputes will be arbitrated. You further agree that the location of arbitration will be set in Los Angeles County, California.

Newcomers looking to unseat longtime commissioners on Brunswick Co. Board

BRUNSWICK COUNTY, N.C. (WECT) - The Brunswick County Commissioner races for Districts 3 and 5 consist of seasoned Republican candidates challenged by newcomers inside their own party.

Incumbent Pat Sykes is seeking re-election in District 3, facing Republican Jwantana Gardner Frink.

If reelected, this would be Sykes fourth term as commissioner. Sykes has focused her campaign on addressing the county’s high property taxes, ensuring clean drinking water for residents, and ending clear cutting in the county.

Her challenger, Frink, is a self-described conservative small business owner with deep roots in the Brunswick County community. A former Southport Board of Alderman, Frink has campaigned on keeping taxes low, but improving infrastructure to meet the county’s growing population.

The winner of this race does not have a challenger in November.

In District 5, incumbent commissioner Frank Williams is seeking a fourth term on the board.

A Brunswick County native, Williams has campaigned on improving infrastructure by improving the county’s water and sewer systems and advocating to update the county’s storm preparedness plan. He is also an advocate for affordable housing in the county.

Williams is challenged by Republican Erik Tammaru, a conservative former policeman and ordained pastor from the Washington D.C. area. Tammaru has advocated for a slowdown in growth to allow infrastructure to catch up with the county’s population. He is also an avid supporter of local law enforcement and protecting the area’s wetlands.

The winner of this race will face Democrat Jonathan Damico in November.

Some Info to Know

Dress Code: Costumes are not required but strongly encouraged. All masks will need to be removed prior to entering for verification of your ID. No weapons will be tolerated including toy: swords, knifes and or guns regardless if they do not appear to be real or not. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone or confiscate any props to a costume that may deem inappropriate or dangerous.

Age Requirement: Must be 21+ to participate. Prices may increase based on supply & demand. All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges.

Parking: Paid parking is available at the Aquarium Parking structure, located at 100 Aquarium Way, Long Beach, CA 90802. The structure is on the water side of Shoreline Drive between Chestnut Place and Aquarium Way. There is also parking at the Pike Outlet Parking Structure.

VIP Nightlife and Hornblower Cruises & Events are not responsible for any parking lots. Please DO NOT Drink & Drive. Use Ride Share Apps: Lyft or Uber.

Please Note: This party cruise is expected to follow CDC Guidelines with social distancing and masks if & when necessary. All staff will have necessary PPE for excellent clean service. If event is canceled due to Covid-19, you'll be refunded.

No alcohol, open containers or outside food is permitted. No illegal drugs or controlled substances, including prescription drugs and marijuana, will be tolerated. Using marijuana on the water is illegal, regardless of medical condition(s). The use and or possession of illegal drugs or controlled substances is absolutely prohibited by the US Coast Guard.

Yacht Company holds a zero tolerance policy related to illegal substances aboard all vessels and anyone who is caught participating or processing any such items will not be allowed to board and substances will be confiscated.

If you are thought to be under the influence of, or caught participating in, illegal substances on board, you will be quarantined until the boat can safely return to dock - the cruise is subject to end for all guests immediately upon doing so; no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Proof of Full Vaccination is NOT required to board vessel.

Masks must be worn for all indoor spaces; including ordering at a bar or dancing; regardless of vaccination status.

Face coverings may be removed for all outdoor spaces; and when actively eating or drinking.

Purchase Policy

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL SALES FINAL: There are NO REFUNDS, NO CANCELLATIONS, no credits, no exchanges, and no transfers after the order has been made.

Credit Card & ID:

You must present the original credit card used to purchase the ticket and a valid Government Issued Photo Identification (along with your e-tickets that have been emailed to you via Eventbrite when your order was placed): the name on both the credit card and ID match the name on your purchased tickets, in order to gain entry to the event. If the name on the Credit Card and/or ID does not match the tickets, or if you do not have both the credit card used to make the purchase and government issued identification, you will be denied entry to event without a refund.

If you encounter a problem at the event, you must file a complaint with Promoter within 5 calendar days following the date of the event; failure to contact Promoter within the 5-day period will be a complete waiver of your right to request compensation whether monetary or otherwise. Purchase Policy:

By placing an order, you are confirming that you received this policy and are agreeing to abide by the clauses within. This Purchase Policy is a binding contract between you and event Promoter.

Event Booking:

By purchasing a ticket, package or reservation you're entitled to entry to event you're purchasing it for. At the time of your order, Eventbrite will place an order for your ticket(s) in the Promoter’s ticketing system, reducing the number of tickets available for the chosen event. Before purchasing your ticket(s) we urge you to confirm the title, time and location of the event(s) you wish to attend, as there are no refunds. Each event has a definitive date, start time and end time. If you do not show up to the event, you understand that you are forfeiting your ticket(s) and therefore your ticketing fee (the entirety of what you paid) will not be returned to you. If you do not attend your event, you're still 100% financially liable for your purchase. If you cannot attend event, you will not receive refund.

Alcohol, Seating, Food:

Each event features a ‘cash bar.’ There is no seating or food; unless otherwise stated in the event listing. If food is provided; then it is a ‘first come, first served basis,’ unless the event listing and or ticket description clearly states that it is available for a specific time period or for the entire event duration. If the event description states there is food for any period during the event, and there is no food available when you choose to eat, please know that the venue is replenishing the food. If you have waited for an extended period of time and the food has not been replenished, please contact venue management at the event for an estimated time that the food will be ready for you. If there are periods of time when food is not available for you due to the venue replenishing said food, no matter how long the wait(s), such is not grounds for a refund. Please contact us with any questions.

Event Cancellations:

If the event is canceled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket.

No Refunds:

Unforeseen circumstances beyond promoter’s control will not be grounds for a refund, including but not limited to the following: local or national weather conditions, natural disasters, waiting in lines, extended waits in lines, family emergencies, medical emergencies, employment issues including layoffs, traffic, parking, public or private transportation issues, etc. If you purchased for the incorrect date, location, event, etc, promoter is not obligated to provide a refund, credit, exchange or transfer. If cancellation or transfer request is approved, promoter reserves the right to charge a $10 administrative fee for its time, in addition to charging a $10 restocking fee per ticket if tickets are placed back on sale. Promoters, Venue Owners, Venue Management, Security, Event Staff, and other agents of the event, have the right to refuse entry to any ticket-holder, without a refund, for any reason at their discretion , including but not limited to: disorderly behavior, failing to comply with the rules of the venue, incorrect attire, intoxication, venue capacity, breach of security, and other restrictions. Ticket-holder is aware that the Venue and Talent are subject to change without notice, which are not grounds for a refund. Ticket-holder is aware that amenities promised by Promoter are not guaranteed, and are not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: VIP amenities, drink specials, drink tickets, gifts, express entry, special areas, celebrity guests, etc. Dissatisfaction with any aspect of the event is not grounds for a refund, including but not limited to: music, DJ(s), decorations or lack thereof, party favors or lack thereof, beverages or lack thereof, alcohol selection, bar staff, food availability and selection, fellow patrons/attendees, venue staff, event staff, security, performances, ambiance, amenities, venue, check-in process, seating or lack of seating, wait in lines, emergency closures of event, emergency return of boats or yachts, delayed commencing of events, early ending of events, public amenities such as fireworks or public performances or the lack thereof, line of sight of public amenities such as fireworks or public performances being blocked by trees, buildings, boats, people, and/or other things, etc.

Release of Liability:

By purchasing the tickets through Eventbrite, you hereby release and forever discharge Promoter from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance at, and voluntary participation in, the event(s), including claims for personal injury, or damage to personal property, or any other claims for negligence on the part of the event’s Promoter. By purchasing the tickets through Eventbrite for this event, you hereby release and forever discharge event Promoter, and their officers and agents, from any liability or claims for damages that may arise as a result of your attendance and participation at the event(s). It is hereby understood that the purchase of tickets by you and your participation in the events shall not be construed as an assumption on the part of Promoter of responsibility, liability, or control of the events.

By Purchasing tickets for this event, ticket purchaser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless event Promoter, said entities officers, owners, employees, and agents, from and against all claims, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees arising out of or by reason of complying with this Indemnity Clause. Ticket purchaser, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, hereby release, remise, and forever discharge event Promoter and its entities owners, officers, employees and agents, from all manner of actions, causes of actions, suits, debts, judgments, executions, claims, demands whatsoever, known or unknown, in law or equity, which ticket-holder has ever had, now have, may have, or claim against event Promoter.

Collections & Legal Action Against Debt:

Once you make a purchase, if those funds are removed from the Promoter's account and given back to you, you owe the Promoter that money back, plus applicable fees as outlined below. If you owe money to Promoter, Promoter reserves the right to take legal action against you and/or send you to collections for the recovery of said debt. If you are sent to collection or there is legal action taken against you, you are fiscally responsible for any and all legal costs and fees, directly associated and/or indirectly associated, with recovering the debt owed by you. Promoter's collection’s agencies reserve the right to negatively affect your personal credit score until your debt is paid. Once an account has been placed in collections, the only way to get yourself out of Collections is to pay the debt owed by you to the collections agency.

Arbitration Agreement:

In the event there are any legal disputes against Promoter, by agreeing to this Purchase Policy, you agree that such disputes will be arbitrated. You further agree that the location of arbitration will be set in Los Angeles County, California.
