The 53.9 metre motor yacht Bella , listed for sale by Burgess, has had a €1 million price reduction.

Bella was built by New Zealand superyacht yard Sensation Yachts in steel and aluminium to ABS class with exterior styling by Jon Overing and delivered in 2006 with a full refit in 2019. MCA compliant, her François Zuretti interior has a subtle, understated theme combining Anigre and Sapele woods. A unique feature is a spiral staircase from the flybridge to the lower deck, bathing the area in natural light.

The views from the large windows in the sky lounge are stunning and, with its full bar, entertainment systems and large comfortable seating space, this area is designed for casual entertaining as well as relaxation. The main saloon features a full bar, a Yamaha grand player piano, entertainment systems and extensive seating. The formal dining area comfortably seats 12 guests while, for the more active guests, the sun deck of this yacht for sale offers a full gym with professional equipment and a six person spa pool.

A very popular charter yacht, Bella has accommodation for 12 guests in six cabins consisting of a master suite, four doubles and one twin cabin, all with en-suite bathroom facilities and extensive entertainment systems. She comes with a full complement of water sports equipment including a 10.6 metre Cabo Express tender, a pair of three-person Yamaha Waverunners, snorkelling gear and much more.

Emma Stone Wins Her Second Best Actress Oscar for ‘Poor Things’

Stone, who portrayed Bella Baxter in the Yorgos Lanthimos-directed film, was visibly overwhelmed in her acceptance speech.

Last year’s Oscar for best actress went to a universe-hopping laundromat owner who at one point appears to have hot dogs for fingers . Naturally, this year had to go even stranger.

The award went to Emma Stone for her performance in the Yorgos Lanthimos-directed “Poor Things” as Bella Baxter, once dead but resurrected by a mad scientist, who implanted the brain of her unborn child into her skull.

The result is a full-grown woman with the impulses of an infant, until she progresses into a child testing boundaries and searching for independence in a world where men are accustomed to dictating women’s lives.

Stone, who was visibly overwhelmed in her acceptance speech, shared a conversation she had with Lanthimos, who is a frequent collaborator.

“The other night I was panicking, as you can kind of see happens a lot, that maybe something like this could happen,” she said, “and Yorgos said to me, ‘Please take yourself out of it.’ And he was right because it’s not about me. It’s about a team that came together to make something greater than the sum of its parts.”

The victory is Stone’s second for best actress: she won for her turn as a striving Hollywood performer in the 2016 musical “La La Land.”

In the fantastical, absurdist world of “Poor Things,” Stone’s Bella Baxter is charmingly blunt, brash and intent on being free to experiment. In one memorable scene at a restaurant in Portugal, Baxter launches into a wild and silly dance, inspiring her lover (played by Mark Ruffalo) to furiously try matching her vigor.

“She’s drinking up the world around her in such a unique and beautiful way that I just dream I could,” Stone, 35, said in an interview with The Times in November.

This past year was something of a crossroads for Stone’s career as she made a sharp turn away from the kind of mainstream roles that made her famous (“Easy A,” “The Help”). On TV, Stone starred alongside Nathan Fielder and Benny Safdie in “ The Curse, ” a satire of a home renovation show filled with little absurdities that almost rival the duck-headed bulldog in “Poor Things.”

Baxter’s unusual character arc provided Stone a unique actor’s playground as her character learned how to walk and talk, discovered her sexuality, learned the deepest horrors of humanity, and sought to forge her own life as an adult.

“I felt like I kind of lived with her for a long time,” Stone told Vanity Fair . “Yorgos and I still talk about how we miss her now.”

Freshman Bella Freitas ends St. Mary’s overtime woes and sends Spartans back to Division 1 girls’ hockey finals

FRAMINGHAM –– St. Mary’s hadn’t won an overtime game in four years. In their last five extra sessions, the Spartans went 0-4-1.

Freshman Bella Freitas changed that with one sizzling wrist shot.

Freitas scored 3:43 into 4-on-4 overtime to send No. 2 St. Mary’s back to the Division 1 championship game, defeating No. 11 Archbishop Williams, 2-1, at Loring Arena. The Spartans (22-3-1) will meet top-seeded Notre Dame Hingham (17-4-2) at TD Garden on Sunday (9 a.m.).

Freitas, a freshman from Everett, received a touch pass from freshman Alyssa Norden, a Peabody resident, and took off through the neutral zone. On a one-on-one, Freitas reverted to an inside-out move that she missed high with earlier in the game. On the second go-round, Freitas picked her spot and fired.

“I saw that little area below her glove, which is where I shot,” said Freitas.

With 13 new players from last year’s team, which lost 4-1 to Shrewsbury on Causeway Street, the Spartans have relied on fresh faces and Freitas has answered the bell in every way.

“Like a great player does, she elevated her game when we needed her to,” said St. Mary’s coach Frank Pagliuca.

Freitas connected with Norden to open the scoring in the third period, side-stepping a defender and firing a shot that Norden redirected under the bar and in for a power-play goal. Seventh-grader McKenzie Lima-Tower equalized minutes later for the Bishops (12-11-2), capitalizing on a rebound on the far post after hard work by junior Caroline Batchelder.

Senior Gianna Tringale, a Danvers resident, was impeccable, making 39 saves. The Bishops provided incessant pressure, but Tringale battled the entire way.

“Gianna was outstanding,” said Pagliuca. “We needed some senior leadership. She stepped up and elevated her game. That was the best game she’s played by far this postseason. She did a great job making some huge saves.”

“I trust my team,” said Tringale. “I know that we can do it.”
