MASCOT 28 - well-maintained, Danish-built motor sailboat seeks new skipper. This Mascot is being sold cheaply to the do-it-yourself man who should expect the cost of new teak in the cockpit. Mascot 28 was built in 140 units and was first introduced in 1979. The boat is ready to sail, the bottom has been completely sanded down, primed, and painted, and professionally polished in 2022. This very popular motor sailboat would be a great choice as a first boat if you want comfortable cruising for the whole family. Since the Mascot 28 only has a draft of 1.30 meters, it is ideal for canal sailing and can easily access all smaller harbors and races. This offered example is very well-maintained and ready for this year's summer trips. The boat has a fixed wheelhouse with steering wheel control but can also be operated with a tiller aft in the cockpit. Trim and lines for the sails are led aft for easier handling. From the cockpit, there is access to the aft cabin with two berths and storage space, as well as to the salon, where 2-3 additional sleeping places can be arranged. In the forward peak, there is another double berth and good storage space. A bathroom with a sink and a new toilet is also located aft.
