The Hillarys Yacht Club Angling Section cordially invites you to join the Harbour Classic Fishing Competition hosted by Hillarys Yacht Club. This fun, community-based fishing event is open to the public - anglers and non-anglers alike. The competition is set up so that anyone, young and old, who enjoys dangling a line in the water has a chance of a substantial species prize. After having some fun out fishing; join us at the club for a few refreshments on the boardwalk as the judges weigh the catch in preparation for the prize ceremony. Door prizes and prizes for early entry are also up for grabs! It's time we got back out and have some fun so let’s go fishing! Register now on the event website .

Located in the Hillarys Marina, Hillarys Yacht Club overlooks the beautiful waters of the Indian Ocean.

Renowned for its range of social and competitive activities, the Club offers sailing, diving, angling, powerboating, kayaking, paddleboarding, social events and on-water training courses. It also has superb facilities for boating enthusiasts with 107 floating pens and 163 fixed pens ranging from 8 metres to 20 metres. Pen options include annual club rentals and long -term leases with subleases and the Club also offers professional boat lifting, rack storage, service and repair work.

Hillarys Yacht Club welcomes all new enquiries for Membership, with a raft of Membership opportunities to suit all prospective Members from Full, Senior, Junior, Country and Corporate.

For those looking to hold a function, the Club has several great dining and function options, including a second storey restaurant, function room and ocean view bar that showcases some of the best views a long the northern suburb coastline. It is available to hire for members and the general public, and a dream venue for anyone wishing to celebrate a wedding, celebration dinner, corporate conference or other special occasion.

OSPREY is a fine example of a very hard-to-come-by 2016 Hunt Harrier 26 powered with the optional Yamaha 300hp outboard motor with only 215 hours. Lift-kept with custom sun covers, she shows beautifully with her Stars & Stripes blue hull, Oyster White boot stripe and black bottom. In 2018 the Yamaha outboard motor was painted to match the gelcoat and a faux teak transom was applied, nice custom touches done by the Hinckley Company. Properly maintained and serviced (full outboard motor service, with computer check and compression test, March 2022) make OSPREY a true ‘turn key’ offering. This is a great opportunity to acquire a nearly-new Hunt Harrier 26 in time for Spring!

MOSCOW, November 19. A drone flying to Moscow has been downed by air defense systems in Elektrostal in the Moscow Region, no one was hurt, Moscow’s Mayor Sergey Sobyanin said on Sunday.

"In the Elektrostal municipal district, air defense forces repelled an attack by a drone, which was flying toward Moscow. According to preliminary data, its fragments fell down incurring no damage. No one was hurt," he wrote on his Telegram channel .

According to the Moscow mayor, emergencies services are working on the site.
