A five-star experience, I must say! Captain Bertrand was an incredible host, a true bon vivant, and an absolute master in the kitchen. We snorkeled, paddleboarded, and swam in stunning locations, far from the  crowds. We were even fortunate enough to encounter some tortues sauvages along the way. The boat is in excellent condition, and the crew members are exceptionally accommodating. I highly recommend it if you are seeking a private charter with great value. C'est magnifique!

• Caribbean Carnival - Tour to Isla Mujeres, Playa Tortugas, Blvd. Kukulcan km 6.5, Kukulcan Boulevard, Zona Hotelera, 77500 Cancún, Q.R., Mexico In case you do not need transportation, select the option “Tour without transportation”. So you can get to our marina Caribbean Carnaval by your own means, is located at kilometer 6.5 of the hotel zone. The appointment is at 09:30 AM (every day from Monday to Sunday). The tour starts at 10:00 AM.
• We offer round-trip transportation service to all our travelers that are staying in hotels at Cancún, and some hotels at Puerto Morelos (and surroundings). If your hotel doesn't appear listed, contact us, so we can manage your transportation service.
• Not wheelchair accessible

After paying for the entire tour your asked to pay like $40 per person for some unknown reason. That wasn't cool. The free lunch was enough for a toddler and it taste horrible. They send a bus to pick you up from your hotel, and take you to the destination. The ride was approximately 1 hour. We did the zip lines, ATVs, swan in the Cenote and had a nice lunch. Van picked us up for our resort in Playa del Carmen and it was about 40 minutes to the location. Once you get there it is about 10 mins down a dirt road so it was a bit of a bumpy ride. This was due to our planned trip being canceled thru another booking agency. They sent confirmation via email that would grab us by 130, which they did after picking up other customers. Took 30 min to get there from our hotel which was the closest one Hilton off 307. Got there and they explained everything from start to finish. There was an additional tax charged when we got there for $146.00. Not a big deal and another review mentioned it. They tax you for everything. Our hotel only uses and promoted certain companies, which is why they told us there was no available tours left. I got the last laugh as this place was awesome! Absolutely loved the speed boat and the snorkelling, Favio was our guide and he have good instruction and explained do’s and don’ts and was very friendly and helpful. We did the Mayan experience at the beginning and although it was good I felt it was a bit prolonged and was more to get photos and videos for you to buy afterwards. It was very fun to ride an ATV through the jungle and swing on the zip lines. The truth is that me and my friends are into extreme adventures, so after this We decided to immerse ourselves in the cenote for a while to cool off and in the end we ended up riding a horse which was a little scary so in the end the adventure was somewhere between extreme and terrifying but we had a lot of fun.
