The gulet yacht M/S Flas VII, built in 2002 and fully renovated in 2013 , is designed to sleep a maximum capacity of 17 passengers, with 1 grandmaster & 3 master cabins with king-size beds & 1 master cabin with a queen-size bed, 1 cabin with a double and twin bed ideal for a couple with a young child or for 3 kids to share, and 2 cabins with twin beds. It is ideal for large families or groups of friends with both couples and singles.

Her ancient design is complemented by spacious fore, side and aft decks, up to date nautical equipment, outdoor dining facilities, cushioned lounging areas, sun mattresses, tenting to protect from the sun. The elegant interior features 8 cabins with high ceilings, a/c, generous storage space, and a roomy “en suite” bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and vanity.

Cruises become more fun with the offering of Snorkel and water-ski equipment for all ages, 2 kayaks, flotation devices, and fishing equipment.

Gulet Flas 7 is 34 meters long and completely renovated in 2013. She has 4 Master, 1 Double, 2 Twin, 1 Triple Cabins, thereby accommodating 17 guests, all in air-conditioned cabins. Each cabin has a separate WC and shower unit.

There is a spacious cushioned seating area, dining table and dining area at the rear of the boat. There is a separate dining table in saloon and your meals are prepared in a fully equipped separate kitchen. Flas 7 Gulet has enough sunbathing mats and space for all guests. There are a TV, DVD and music system in the saloon.

There are separate cabins for the 5 crew accompanying you on your cruise. The Crew organizes all meals, cleaning, maintenance, and daily activities during the cruise. Safety and comfort of our guests is an absolute priority and the crew has been trained to ensure that. They retire to their own cabins once there are no more jobs or when you need privacy.

Most of the gulets are rented on a WEEKLY basis from Saturday to Saturday, especially during high season (June-July-August-September). Smaller gulets with lower capacity can be rented for shorter periods. In May and October, which is called the Low Season, charters can be done for any period.

The time of boarding is after 3.00 pm on Saturdays and disembarkation is by 10.00 am following Saturday.

If you wish to exercise your right to cancel the reservation, the following cancellation conditions apply, depending on the date interval in between approving and canceling a charter agreement;

a) If cancellation is done 90 days prior to arrival, the deductible will be 20% of the total charter price  

b) If cancellation is done between 89 and 30 days or less prior to arrival, the deductible will be 50% of the total charter price

c) If cancellation is done 29 days or less prior to arrival, 100% of the total charter price will be required

Built in 2013, we have entirely renovated the Flas 7 Gulet for your comfort. It offers accommodation for 17 guests in air-conditioned cabins, Flas 7 Gulet yacht has 4 Master, 1 Double, 2 Twin, 1 Triple cabin. Each cabin has a separate WC and shower unit.

The aft deck features a large cushioned seating area, dining table, and dining area. There is a separate dining table in the living room, and the crew prepares your meals in a fully equipped separate kitchen. Gulet Flas 7 provides sufficient sunbathing cushions and space for all its guests. There is a TV, DVD, music system in the Hall.

Separate cabins are available to accommodate 5 staff who accompany you throughout your journey. The crew, consisting of captains, cooks, sailors, and service personnel, organizes meals, cleaning, maintenance, and daily activities throughout the tour and retreats to their cabins when they do not have a job for guests’ comfort.

BOOKING PROCESS:

1-  See how many persons you will be, what size of boat and how many cabins you need.

2-  Look at your budget and decide if you like to hire a Standard, Standard-Plus, Luxury or Super-Luxury boat.

3-  Choose the location, itinerary and sailing period. (usually the trips are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday)

4-  Send us an e-mail with that information, so we can make the best offer for you.

5-  After finding your perfect boat, we will send you a signed 'Yacht Charter Egreement' which you will sign, scan and send to us.

A down payment of 50% is required for complete the booking.

Once the agreement is signed, the down payment has to be done within one week. (7 days)

This can be transferred to our bank account or with a credit card via 'Mail Order Form'

Now your booking is confirmed. The rest of the amount will be paid at your arrival on board in cash.

BOOKING TERMS:

• All bookings are subject to availability. Your private boat reservation can only can be confirmed, when the down payment has been done.
• A private charter agreement will be sent to you, once you make a desicion on one of the boats. A down payment of 50% has to be done within one week (7 days) The remaining 50% will be charged in cash, at your arrival on board.
• Payments can be done in cash, bank transfer or credit card. (credit card down payments are done with a mail order form)
• You can change the dates of your cruise, only if the boat has availability for the requested dates. In this case the down payment will be valid.  Notice of a request for date change, must be received by  your-yacht.eu  in writing, via e-mail.
• You can totally cancel your trip by any reason. An administration fee will apply for cancellations. Please check the list below.  Notice of a request for cancellations; must be received by  your-yacht.eu  in writing, via e-mail.
• Cancellation 90 or more days prior to your departure: 25% of the deposit will be funded and rest will be refunded.
• Cancellation 89 to 60      days prior to your departure: 50% of the deposit will be funded and rest will be refunded.
• Cancellation 60 or less   days prior to your departure: 100% of the deposit will be funded as a administration fee.

CHARTER CONDITIONS:

• Depending on sea and weather conditions, the captain has the right to make necessary changes to the tour itinerary, to ensure the safety an comfort of all guests.
• Check in and boarding starts from 14:00 0'clock on your first day. Check out time is until 10:30 o'clock on your last day, service finishes after breakfast.
• During the charter, the engines will mostly be used. If the guests wish so; sails can be opened depending on the weather conditions.
• All private yachts and gulets are unique and different from each other. Therefore every vessel has it's own standard (super luxury, luxury, standard plus, standard) and it's own features of specifications, technical equipment etc. Please check the individual specifications of your boat on  www.your-yacht.eu  If your boat has power generators, air condition, water sports or other technical equipment please check the terms of use for those equipment. They may be limited to a certain time each day.
• The petrol for the boat is included in the price for up to 4 hours cruising per day. Petrol for water sports is not included in the price.
• Greece belongs to the Schengen area. Guests holding a non-european passport, may need a visa on tours to the Greek islands. Please check your individual situation.

Her ancient design is complemented by spacious fore, side and aft decks, up to date nautical equipment, outdoor dining facilities, cushioned lounging areas, sun mattresses, tenting to protect from the sun. The elegant interior features 8 cabins with high ceilings, a/c, generous storage space, and a roomy “en suite” bathroom with a toilet, shower, sink and vanity. The interior also has wide corridors, and a salon (living room) with a stocked bar, cushioned seating areas and a table for indoor dining.

Cuisine onboard a gulet is a pleasure. A skilled chef, whose expertise ranges from haute cuisine to regional specialities, guarantees satisfaction for even the most discriminating palate. Seafood is served Mediterranean style and organically grown fresh herbs, vegetables, and fruit of all seasons.

Swimming off from or just dreamily floating around the yacht is certainly one of the most enjoyable experiences of your voyage. Additionally, you can sail, water ski, snorkel, kayak, fish, play board games, cards, or even go on moderate to strenuous hikes with the captain. Other activities can also be arranged, such as parasailing, jet-skiing, scuba diving, paragliding, plus numerous additional water sports (at extra cost). Naturally, relaxation is a key part of the voyage, and we offer a library of magazines and books to peruse. A DVD library and DVD player is also on board stocked with film classics, children’s, and foreign films. The stereo system has indoor and outdoor speakers and iPod connections for even more personalized listening pleasure.

Shore excursions along the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts are fantastic opportunities to experience sights and sites otherwise not so easily accessed. Combining Turkey’s Turquoise Coast and the nearby Greek Dodecanese Islands offers two different cultures and extensive outings choices that easily meet individual or group interests. Both have lively resorts, traditional sleepy villages, authentic local cuisine, sightseeing, shopping, nightlife, and ancient site explorations. Some trips require vehicles, while others are walks or optional hikes. Guides can also be booked or the captain will ably help you explore on your own. Of course, you may also decide to stay aboard and just relax. One of the best sides to luxury yacht (gulet) voyages is the freedom to enjoy your own preferences.

Comfort on board

Cell phone coverage and free WiFi connection for up to 4 GB is available onboard. Over and above that, the rental price for an external modem, which we can arrange, costs approximately 50 Euro per week.

AIR CONDITIONING

Air conditioning may run continuously in Turkish ports. Greek ports do not provide enough voltage necessary for air conditioning so generators are used until midnight. (Harbor regulations forbid generator noise after this time.) For safety reasons, even if the yacht is completely isolated in a cove, the generator cannot be left on for 24 continuous hours, as the engine room must be manned while the generator is in use.

The privately-owned fleet comprises four luxury gulet yachts accommodating between 8 and 17 guests. Each of their boats has been custom built in Bodrum’s famous shipyards and has its own exceptional design and character. • Empty Leg Fees: departure and arrival harbours are Bodrum and Gocek. If a different harbour is preferred, a fee covering the expenses for time and cost of transit will be charged.

Find out when is best to visit

January, February, and March are fairly cold months in Turkey, although temperatures do warm up by March. Snow is not uncommon in January and even February, especially in the interior around Cappadocia. Because of the low temperatures, this is a quiet time to visit Turkey, so you are likely to have the sites more or less to yourself.

The temperatures in these spring months are moderate, making this an ideal time to visit the many ancient ruined sites dotted around the country. April is also peak tulip season, and the parks and gardens of Istanbul are bursting with color; although it can be rainy during April too. As this is such an ideal time to visit Turkey it is also the most expensive for hotels in places such as Istanbul and Cappadocia. However, many of the hotels along the Turquoise Coast are still closed.

The temperatures in these spring months are moderate, making this an ideal time to visit the many ancient ruined sites dotted around the country. The parks and gardens of Istanbul are bursting with color; although it can be rainy during April too. As this is such an ideal time to visit Turkey it is also the most expensive for hotels in places such as Istanbul and Cappadocia.

The summer months, from mid-June through to mid-September are very hot, perfect for relaxing on the beautiful Turquoise Coast and swimming in the Mediterranean. However, these high temperatures make exploring Turkey's ancient heritage quite uncomfortable, as there tends to be little or no shade at the plethora of ancient sites. This is also peak season for cruise ships, making coastal resorts and the more popular ancient sites such as Ephesus very busy. Cappadocia, by contrast, tends to be quieter over the summer months, and beautifully carpeted with wildflowers throughout, making this a great time for hiking.

Early September is still hot, but from the middle of the month, onward temperatures begin to cool, although sea and land temperatures are still warm, creating similar conditions to the spring months but with shorter days. The luxury sailing yacht M/s Flas VII is designed to sleep a maximum capacity of 17 passengers, with 1 grand master & 3 master cabins with king size beds & 1 master cabin with a queen size bed, 1 cabin with a double and twin bed ideal for a couple with a young child or for 3 kids to share, and 2 cabins with twin beds. It is ideal for large families or groups of friends with both couples and singles. Her ancient design is complemented by spacious fore, side and aft decks, up to date nautical equipment, outdoor dining facilities, cushioned lounging areas, sun mattresses, tenting to protect from the sun. The elegant interior features 8 cabins with high ceilings, a/c, generous storage space, and a roomy “en suite” bathroom with toilet, shower, sink and vanity. The interior also has wide corridors, and a salon (living room) with a stocked bar, cushioned seating areas and a table for indoor dining. Cuisine on board a gulet is a pleasure. A skilled chef, whose expertise ranges from haute cuisine to regional specialties, guarantees satisfaction for even the most discriminating palate. Seafood is served Mediterranean style, and organically grown fresh herbs, vegetables, and fruits of the season ensure the finest flavor.

Swimming off from or just dreamily floating around the yacht is certainly one of the most enjoyable experiences of your voyage. Additionally, you can sail, water ski, snorkel, kayak, fish, play board games, cards, or even go on moderate to strenuous hikes with the captain. Other activities can also be arranged, such as parasailing, jet skiing, scuba diving, paragliding, plus numerous additional water sports (at extra cost). Naturally, relaxation is a key part of the voyage, and we offer a library of magazines and books to peruse. A DVD library and DVD player is also on board stocked with film classics, children’s, and foreign films. The stereo system has indoor and outdoor speakers and iPod connections for even more personalized listening pleasure. 

Shore excursions along the Aegean and Mediterranean coasts are fantastic opportunities to experience sights and sites otherwise not so easily accessed. Combining Turkey’s Turquoise Coast and the nearby Greek Dodecanese Islands offers two different cultures and extensive outings choices that easily meet individual or group interests. Both have lively resorts, traditional sleepy villages, authentic local cuisine, sightseeing, shopping, nightlife, and ancient site explorations. Some trips require vehicles, while others are walks or optional hikes. Guides can also be booked or the captain will ably help you explore on your own. Of course, you may also decide to stay aboard and just relax. One of the best sides to luxury yacht (gulet) voyages is the freedom to enjoy your own preferences.
