Combining the food and swim stop of the Catamaran BBQ Boat (see below), with the party attitude of the Original Boat Party (see above), this is the event that has everything – and an ideal option if you’re keen to get the beers in whilst the sun shines. Take a splash in the Mediterranean, line your stomach with Spanish paella and tapas and then enjoy sinking cold beverages as live DJs spin the tunes.

3. Catamaran BBQ Boat (€50)

If jumping off the boat into the warm Mediterranean sea is your top priority, then select this 3-hour catamaran cruise, which sets sail several times a day during summer weekends. After about an hour, this beautiful vessel, which holds 60-90 people, will throw anchor and you can splash around in the water with floats, toys and snorkels to your heart’s content. Then its time to fire up the BBQ for a feast of sausage, burgers and plenty of veggie options and enjoy a refreshing beer or two, or sangria if you prefer. ( Note: you can only drink max. 2 beers/sangrias and only after the swim stop… I would suggest looking at the other parties if you prefer a more boozy event!)

Unwind and reset for the week with our chill cruise along the Barcelona coast. Hit the Med Sea with your bubbles and your besties and enjoy two hours (three and four-hour charters available on request) on the water, with music, snacks and fruit, and a bunch of beer, wine and cava. Really good value for money. You get to see all of Barcelona on very well designed routes. I only did the red route as ran out of time which was excellent but the green route looked good too.

It’s pretty hard to find the stops to get on the bus. The audio tour is average but has the same song for all 2 hours between comments it got pretty annoying. Varying the music between comments would be nice and more commentary and information would be nice too. But it’s an ok overview of the city.

Kind of an uneven experience with this tour. While on the bus, everything was pretty good, but the guides are not very clear on how to get to places when you hop-off. We spent alot of time wandering in the hot sun looking for places described. Also, buses tended to be overcrowded and did not come as often as needed. We saw 3 of another tour company’s buses before ours showed up
