Below deck sailing yacht: what happened to jenna after season 1.
Jenna MacGillivray appeared on Below Deck Sailing Yacht during its premiere season. Since then, her life has changed significantly.
- Jenna and Adam are no longer speaking and have unfollowed each other on Instagram since their breakup after Below Deck Sailing Yacht.
- Jenna has been doing charters in Mexico, The Bahamas, and Florida, and recently spent time in Rhode Island. She also started a podcast called Wild Loner.
- Jenna got married to Dave Cartmill in the summer of 2023 and now works in social work in Canada. Despite a difficult first season, she remains a favorite cast member and may return to the show.
Jenna MacGillivray joined the cast of Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 1 as the chief stew, and it's time to talk about what she's been up to since the show. After going to the Parsifal III in Greece, she was introduced to her fellow crew members and taken with one of them. Despite Adam's last failed "boatmance" with Malia White on Below Deck Med , she and Adam Glick were interested in each other. While she may have hit it off with Adam, Jenna was also friendly with the rest of her crew. As fans await Below Deck Sailing Yacht season 5 , it's time to catch up with Jenna.
Early in the charter season, Jenna began to butt heads with her second and third stews, Madison Stalker and Georgia Grobler. Jenna wasn't much of a coddler when it came to her stews and would often be quite hard on them if they weren't doing their jobs up to her standards. However, Georgia made peace with Jenna, while Madison wasn't so forgiving. When it was time for the reunion, Madison was still upset about how Jenna treated her throughout the season. As one of the best reality TV shows , it's unsurprising that the Below Deck franchise's inaugural season was filled with drama.

Jenna and adam are no longer on speaking terms after bdsy.
After departing the yacht in Greece, Jenna left with Adam, and the two traveled around the country together in a van. Unfortunately, Jenna and Adam had broken up by the BDSY reunion . The two were still speaking then, but their status has changed. During an appearance on Another Below Deck Podcast , the chief stew admitted that she and the chef are no longer on speaking terms. The former couple even went as far as to unfollow each other on Instagram. Jenna may still be searching for true love, but that doesn't stop her from working hard in the yachting industry. After taking a short break in British Columbia amid the COVID-19 pandemic, Jenna headed to Florida.
Jenna Got Married After BDSY
According to her @jennathemac Instagram, Jenna did a few charters in Mexico, The Bahamas, and Florida. However, she recently spent some time in Rhode Island and could have also done a charter there. Aside from Jenna's several charters, she also started a podcast called Wild Loner . Excitingly, Jenna also tied the knot in a beautiful wedding to Dave Cartmill in the summer of 2023 . While she keeps up her independent spirit, she now works in social work in Canada.
Since appearing on Below Deck Sailing Yacht , Jenna has thrived in her new career and married the love of her life. Even though she had a difficult first season, she is remembered as a favorite cast member. If she comes back to the show, she may redeem herself. Luckily, if she ever returns, there's little chance of her getting distracted by a chef.

In the caption of her engagement announcement, Jenna referred to her fiancé as the "best person."
As BDSY fans will remember, Jenna's boatmance with Chef Adam Glick was a central storyline on Season 1 of the Bravo series, but the pair broke up after the charter season wrapped up (but before the reunion aired in June of 2020).
Though her relationship with the chef did not work out, Jenna has clearly found a lasting connection with her now-fiancé. Who is Jenna's husband-to-be, and what has she been up to since viewers last saw her on the show? Keep reading to find out.

'Below Deck Sailing Yacht' alum Jenna MacGillivray is engaged. Who is her fiancé?
Following her public romance with Chef Adam, Jenna noted on her Instagram feed in September of 2021 that she didn't want to "post pics of the men in [her] life that she date[s]."
That changed with her now-fiancé, Dave.
The chief stew first shared a photo with Dave, on the app in February of 2022, though it's unclear when exactly the two started dating. Dave's own Instagram feed is set to private, so not much is publicly known about his life and career.
About six months after Jenna went public with Dave, she confirmed that the two were set to wed.
"It took me a long time to find true comfort and happiness with myself independent of anyone else. I'm forever thankful I loved myself enough to stay alone long enough to wait for the best person I could have ever imagined for me," Jenna wrote in the caption of her Aug. 13 post on Instagram. "Exploding."
After Jenna confirmed the exciting news with a snapshot of her and her fiancé and a photo of her emerald-cut ring, several stars from the various shows in the Below Deck franchise sent along their warm wishes in the comments' section.
"Omg congratulations!!!!!! So so happy for you!!!!" Jenna's BDSY Season 1 co-star, Ciara Duggan, wrote.

Below Deck Med deckhand Colin Macy O'Toole added a "Congrats girlie!" comment under the post, and BDSY Season 2 personality Dani Soares shared a simple "Congratulations," along with two red heart emojis.
Jenna's former boss (and the captain of Parsifal III ), Glenn Shephard, added, "So happy for you guys."
It does not appear that Jenna's one-time co-star and now-ex, Chef Adam, has publicly commented on the news.
What is Jenna from 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht' doing now?
Though she didn't return to the show for Seasons 2 or 3 of BDSY (Daisy Kelliher has been the chief stew on those seasons), Jenna has kept fans updated about her life on her Instagram page.
Once her time on the show wrapped up, Jenna did a lot of traveling, and she has shared the details of her various adventures on her Instagram profile. She did work on another boat in the Bahamas, and she co-hosted the Wild Loner podcast until the spring of 2021.
Now, the Canadian may be getting ready to plan her wedding!

Why Below Deck Sailing Yacht Didn’t Bring Jenna MacGillivray Back After Season 1
The first season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht had Bravo fans hook, line and sinker. It took the original premise of Below Deck and intensified it into a more confining space. Oddly enough, though, none of the crew (save the captain) returned for the highly anticipated Season 2, which premiered on March 1. Fans were left wondering, why was chief stewardess Jenna MacGillivray not brought back?
Ahead of the Below Deck Sailing Yacht Season 2 premiere, Captain Glenn Shepherd and executive producer Jill Goslicky revealed in an AMA on Reddit why Jenna MacGillivray did not come back. What it, essentially, boils down to is exactly what MacGillivray was accused of not having last season: professionalism . Goslicky said,
The short is answer - we absolutely wanted Jenna to have the staying power of Kate and Hannah. In our dream scenario, every cast member we bring on board is such a hit they carry on for seasons and seasons. I also genuinely loved working with Jenna - she gets a lot of flack on social media, but she truly was great to work with. I think if I’m being truly honest… Jenna got swept up in a boatmance… and I think in that way, she didn’t allow herself to shine and show how amazing she truly is.
The relationship between chief stew Jenna MacGillivray and chef Adam Glick on Below Deck Sailing Yacht was the key drama of the season. They would often make out in front of the crew and talk smack in private about them. Though it was often a little over the top, and not to mention nauseating, it made for great reality television as they isolated themselves from the group.
Captain Glenn Shephard reflected,
I think the situation with Adam [Glick] - they would have been better postponing getting involved until the season was done. If I can see everything happening between Adam and Jenna in real time, I would probably tell them to tone it down and focus more on work than their personal lives.
The assertion that Jenna MacGillivray’s boatmance is the reason why she didn't return for Season 2 sounds more like MacGillivray's own reason. Fans were critical of her emotional entanglements while working, but they no doubt have always loved a stone-cold chief stew with an attitude. Hannah Ferrier and Kate Chastain set this precedent on Below Deck .
Jill Goslicky said that when the Below Deck producers and Bravo discuss bringing back previous crew members, the main question is: “Do they have compelling reasons for their story to continue on in the show?” Jenna MacGillivray has the most compelling reason out of the whole first season crew to come back on the show. At the reunion show of Below Deck Sailing Yacht , fans awkwardly learned that the two lovebirds were no longer together.
A similar occurrence happened on Below Deck: Mediterranean . Stewardess Aesha Scott got hot and heavy with Jack Stirrup on Season 4, only for fans to find out about a brutal breakup that involved cheating with an ex-girlfriend. But she had the last laugh when she came back for Season 5! Then again, Scott maintained a hero's role throughout her season, not MacGillivray's villain one.

Jill Goslicky teased that there is still potential for a Jenna MacGillivray comeback story. She hinted at the fact that many times crew will take off and return in a later season.
As for Below Deck Sailing Yacht , the new season just started, with promises of drama , cheating, and COVID complications . Tune in to Bravo on Mondays at 9pm EST to watch.

Here’s What the Cast of Below Deck Sailing Yacht Is Currently Up to Now
Are Jenna and Adam still together?
From a spontaneous proposal failing spectacularly to a joke about being breastfed as an adult, Sailing Yacht was as much a dramatic success as the other franchises. It also left fans wondering about what's happening to the crew since the show wrapped. Did chief stew Jenna and chef Adam stay together? What's going on with Georgia's music? And most important—is Captain Glenn really as cool as we think he is?
Here's what the cast of Below Deck: Sailing Yacht is up to now:
Jenna MacGillivray
When the Canadian stepped onto the Parsifal III, fans got exactly what they hoped for in a chief stew—a no-nonsense leader who also had a romantic spot in her heart for the chef in the galley. Though her relationship with Adam Glick proved to be tumultuous, the two dated for some time after the season wrapped, even taking some time to road-trip together.
These days, Jenna is enjoying some time off from yachting, but given her recent IG pics, she's excited to come back to another charter season.
Madison Stalker
Wherever Madison went, drama always seemed to follow the second stew during season one of Below Deck: Sailing Yacht . In between epic meltdowns (including a major one between her and Jenna over her lack of enthusiasm for her job), she left the boat a better person and leaving fans ready to see more from their new favorite cast member.
Judging by her Instagram account, she's taken a break from yachting (perhaps until next season of the show).
Georgia Grobler
As good of a third stew Georgia was on deck, fans were more invested in her budding music career and growing feelings for a very taken Paget. She proved she was great at her job and could make a career out of yachting.
While it's unclear whether she stayed in the yachting industry post- Sailing Yacht , Georgia's working on music, premiering new music videos on IGTV during the quarantine.
Below Deck Med fans were so excited when Adam joined the crew as the chef for Sailing Yacht . While he abided by the preference sheets this time around, he also began a rocky romance with chief stew Jenna, making most of the crew members wonder if he was there for his job or the girl.
Since the show wrapped, Adam's busy onshore, cooking, and traveling with his adorable puppy. Oh, and Adam has a web series, Stoked , where he travels across the country to meet with local chefs and learn about their regions... all while over a campfire.
Paget Berry and Ciara Duggan
If there was any couple to root for from the entire Below Deck franchise, it's Paget and Ciara. The duo made a great team on deck, and mostly kept their relationship to a minimum on cameras—a first for Bravo! As they were the most familiar with the Parsifal III, the couple was the most reliable, and fans loved seeing their relationship continue blossoming post-filming.
These days, the couple has a lot to be excited about—they're now engaged. While they're soaking up their romantic bliss, they're also still working in yachting, although it's sadly on separate boats.
Byron Hissey
As the chief engineer of Parsifal III, Byron was clearly there to just do his job. But, given how he was the only cast member to have a wife and child back home, he also became the dad of the group, taking care of the other crew members.
Since filming wrapped, it looks like Byron is back on a boat doing exactly what he does best—fixing and making sure the engines run smoothly.
Parker McCown
Relatively new to the yachting industry, fans are more likely to remember the deckhand for his enraged rant about being breastfed by his mother. While he didn't necessarily have all the skills to make it as a deckhand, he definitely had a soft spot for his ex-girlfriend Kaiti, whom he eventually left Parsifal III to go back to at home.
It looks like the decision to leave the show worked out for Parker, as he's now engaged to Kaiti and writing some tunes while onshore.
Chris Miller
As Parker's replacement for the latter half of the season, Chris proved a great deckhand and an asset to the team, all while battling an injury.
These days, Chris seems to be taking some time off from yachting to travel across Europe.
Captain Glenn Sheppard
Captain Glenn was tough, fair, and not afraid to have a good time, which both crew and guests very much appreciated.
Thankfully, his reality TV experience hasn't turned him off yachting forever. Glenn is still the captain for Parsifal III and traveling through the Mediterranean.

Where Are Jenna and Adam from Below Deck Sailing Yacht Now?
American reality television shows have a way of getting us hooked to people’s lives. There is something so enthralling about getting to be a part of someone’s story and having a glimpse of what it would be like to walk in their shoes. While many complain of these shows being partly scripted, others don’t mind the romance and drama at all! Such is the case with Bravo’s latest spin-off ‘Below Deck Sailing Yacht’ that gives us a sneak-peek into the behind-the-scenes of a luxury sailing yacht during a charter season in Greece. The show follows the professional and personal dilemmas of the crew members and the manner with which they handle complicated relationships, high-pressure situations, sailing crisis, and obnoxious guest demands.
Jenna and Adam: Below Deck Sailing Yacht Journey
Chef Adam Glick, who is an old cast member of the show featuring on ‘Below Deck Mediterranean’ twice, is joined by the new Chief Stewardess Jenna MacGillivray. When the two meet for the first time, sparks fly! Since the very first episode, the two are seen flirting heavily and not being able to keep their eyes off each other. Due to the pressure of planning an impromptu wedding, a stressed and drunk Jenna ends up making out with Adam.
With their professional relationship becoming more and more personal by each passing day, the couple’s intense sizzling chemistry comes to the forefront and is noticed by other crew members. They are not too happy about it as it affects their work when the couple engages in a fight. Even though Adam and Jenna’s romance continues to blossom, they are hit with a few challenges.
View this post on Instagram A post shared by Jenna MacGillivray (@jennathemac)
Adam and Jenna are continuously arguing about the speed of their relationship. While Jenna wants more from him, he seems reluctant. Jenna has a long list of ex-boyfriends and it seems like she is running out of patience. Adam, too, is not new to workplace romance as he has been involved in love triangles in the past seasons.
Jenna’s insecurity shoots up when she witnesses guests flirting with Adam. Adam’s jealousy and anger, too, poses a threat to their relationship when he comes to know that Jenna and their colleague, Georgia, had hooked up with the same guy in the past. But, Georgia manages to sort things out between the duo, and they quickly kiss and make up. Even though Adam and Jenna officially hook up on-screen and their sexual tension finally comes to fruition, Madison and other crew members are mad at the couple for sleeping together in the master guest cabin!
Even though their relationship is filled with drama and romance, the two have constantly been confusing the viewers with their mood swings. The off-and-on chemistry has been keeping fans at the edge of their seats with Jenna and Adam screaming their heads off one second and then cuddling the next.
Are Jenna and Adam Still Together?
Even though the show is still going on, it was filmed months ago. So fans are already wondering if the couple’s hot steamy romance will last or not. Adam has been keeping a low-profile on Instagram and doing a great job of hiding any spoilers. But, he recently said in an interview that his dynamic with Jenna has always been complicated and it still kind of is. He doesn’t know what is in store for the future, but they still talk every day. He confessed that their relationship has always been filled with lots of feelings and emotions, so it is hard to keep it stable. He also said that his job in the season was very frustrating and claustrophobic, and it was Jenna who would pop in from time to time to cheer him up. So, he appreciates that.
On the other hand, Jenna is a bit more open to sharing. She recently took to Instagram and dedicated a long post to Adam, wherein she said how grateful she was to have shared this journey with someone like him, be it a friend or lover.
According to Jenna’s posts, it seems like the duo is still together but working things through. She also confessed in an interview that she meets Adam regularly during weekends. The duo also met up with the crew for a reunion in Los Angeles, recently. She also shared that Adam went through a lot because of her but he evolved massively on the season.
For now, the two are leading different lives and probably attempting a long-distance relationship. While Jenna has been working full-time in Ontario, Adam has been traveling across the country for the filming of his new show ‘Stoked’.

A new Below Deck series is upon us! And that means a whole new Below Deck crew, too. Well, mostly. Viewers will recognize a familiar face in Below Deck Sailing Yacht ‘ s galley, the one and only Chef Adam Glick who spent two seasons on Below Deck Mediterranean . New to the franchise but already making her mark is chief stew Jenna MacGillivray, and Decider caught up with them for lunch at Felice 56 in New York City today to discuss what’s ahead for the new franchise .
Adam and Jenna dish on their fellow crew members, their new captain, and all the adventures ahead on the new series.
Decider: Yay, new franchise!
Adam Glick: Yeah, needed to happen. Fill out the whole year [with Below Deck shows].
How was it being part of a new franchise for you?
AG: It was great, absolutely epic. First of all, having the opportunity to be able to come back. I think this particular franchise is gonna blow the other ones out of the water, no pun intended. Full pun intended. Honestly, we are cooler. Everything we’re doing is more badass, it’s harder, it’s more difficult, it’s more challenging. The guests are the same, the level of working is the same, the preferences are the same, the bitchiness, it’s all there. Only it’s like an addition onto what you’ve already seen. Anything that you thought was dramatic and badass before, it’s that on crack.
Jenna, how was the experience for you, was it what you thought it would be?
Jenna MacGillivray: Yeah, I think it exceeded my expectations in terms of the crew. So many of the crew I really got along well with. The captain was great and overall it’s pretty similar to the boats that I’ve worked on before, so I was happy to go back to that. I had just been on a motor yacht and going back to a sailing yacht was great.
Captain Glenn said some very nice things about both of you when I talked to him. Do you guys feel the same, do you like him too?
JM: Oh yeah, love him.
AG: Yeah we love Glenn.
He seems very laid back, especially compared to some of the others.
JM: Yeah, he’s super laid back. But he knows when to get stern, and he’s very safe as a captain but he’s also really lighthearted. And that’s kind of a sailboat mentality, right? You’re still manning a boat that could kill you so you’re serious when the time’s needed, but when not, he’s happy and good.
We see in the first episode that the rest of the boat was a little bit of a shitshow, was the galley a mess too?
AG: Oh yeah, it was a fucking disaster. Like really, really bad.
Did you take a day to get it together?
AG: Oh yeah. I mean, you’re still cleaning days after. You’re like, ‘Ah, still haven’t done the oven.’ There’s so much you have to do and eventually you’re like, ‘Well, I’ll finish this charter, then I’ll do that. And I’ll finish this charter then I’ll do that. And we’re gonna go a whole charter without this today.’ [Pointing to Jenna] She has the same problems, and everyone does, the deck has the same problem. This is such a tight, tight, tight schedule.
We see in the trailer a little bit, there are items flying all over the place: did you get hurt at all?
AG: No, no major injuries.
JM: No, I bashed my leg a couple times but I’m just clumsy.
AG: Let’s just say that the odds of getting hurt are substantially higher. I’ve got knives flying around, I’ve got shit flying around, it could be really dangerous.
JM: There’s more of a sport aspect to it.
AG: Yeah, there’s a moment of sport where you’re pulling lines and this thing’s happening; that doesn’t happen on any of the Below Deck s. It’s just all drama the whole time. Now there’s actually a sport moment, like, ‘Oh this is badass.”
Jenna, the way you introduce yourself to the stews is by saying you don’t want to intimidate and you don’t think that you’re a bitch. Did that change at all over the course of the season in having to manage them?
JM: I never want to intimidate anyone or make them feel bad but I have a certain threshold that can be broken and I felt like that was broken a number of times. I have a job to do and my primary focus at all times is the guests’ satisfaction. So if that’s being met and the guests are happy, I’m happy. And sometimes that comes at the expense of somebody’s feelings and that’s okay. If you have an issue with it I’m always happy to talk about it, but I think my issue is that sometimes during the season, people will prefer to talk behind my back rather than confront me about it. I lose respect for somebody in that. I am a good communicator, I like talking rationally, so if somebody can’t speak to me I feel like that’s on them instead of me.
Live footage of us the second we see mimosas at brunch. 🥂 #BelowDeckSailing 😉 pic.twitter.com/W0x9qBdWxb — Bravo (@BravoTV) February 1, 2020
You do have an epic moment in the trailer where you seem to be in a hot tub and you’re just pouring wine in your mouth.
AG: The finished look at the camera, she like growled at the camera.
That’s a meme waiting to happen.
JM: I know, I want them to meme me. But I will say that I like doing little schticks when I’m drunk or not drunk, so that was me playing. But from the trailer I did look pretty drunk. I’m gonna have to see how drunk I actually was.
Adam, was there anything you swore to yourself that you would do differently this time?
AG: Yeah, a million things.
And did you do them differently?
AG: No, I never do. I think I’ve learned my lesson. No regrets. You do what you do normally and just kind of hope for the best, honestly. No one’s perfect and we all have faults and we all do things but guess what, none of you were recorded when you were doing it. So, welcome to my life.
Any romance that we’ll see this season?
JM: I’ve heard a rumor that some people on the crew dabble and we’ll have to wait and see who that is.
How about Ciara and Paget’s relationship, did any of their drama get into the interior as well?
JM: They were good. They’re pretty mature. I would call them my friends.
AG: Yeah, they’re some of the cast members that I would still communicate with, go out to dinner with. Ciara for her age, she acts like she’s 35.
JM: I always joke that she’s twelve but she’s very mature. She’s awesome.
That probably helps the two of them in their relationship.
AG: It does, yeah. It’s amazing that she’s so responsible and they’re very loyal to each other.
JM: They’re just good people in general. Like, really good people.
AG: However, they do bicker like, incessantly.
JM: Oh yeah, and a couple times that that happens, it’s the best thing ever to watch. I love it. I’m like, “Go Ciara!”
View this post on Instagram These stews are on a roll. 😂 Can Chief Stews @Kate_Chastain and @jennathemac keep their balance and their cool? 🤔#BelowDeckSailing A post shared by Below Deck (@belowdeckbravo) on Jan 25, 2020 at 12:06pm PST
Jenna, how long did it take for you to learn to manage the other stews, Madison and Georgia?
JM: I like to be a little bit hands-off because I’m not working with 15-year-olds, they are supposed to have some experience. I don’t want to be a micromanager so I left them to their devices in the beginning and then pretty soon after you see some things that are not going super well. So it really did take me quite a while to achieve some of my personal goals of having them actually learn things and be passionate about it and I think that’s in general about yachting. People that don’t have passion for the actual job shouldn’t be there and that happens a lot and that’s difficult.
Can you manage Madison with candy? Some people can be pretty motivated by sweets and she seems to be one of them.
JM: I’m actually unclear as to what Madison’s motivations are.
Adam, in the trailer you say that you’re the same grumpy, dickhead, asshole: are you?
AG: I just want viewers to know that when I’m working I’m a very different person. I think we all are. We all take on a different role and particularly in a sailing yacht, chartered, with cameras, I mean fucking business. I like things run my way. Until it’s crew night out, then I’ll start smiling, I’ll have fun. I have that ability but don’t fuck with me during the charter.
JM: I think you might have smiled a few times in the galley throughout the whole season.
AG: Yeah, I was smiling, I was laughing, I was having fun.
JM: You sang to yourself.
AG: I would sing every now and then. The point is you’re gonna see a lot of it because I’m working and that’s the key difference that I wanna drive home to viewers: that’s me in the highest stress of my life. Just prepping people for what they’re gonna see. Remember that because I’m not walking down the street with my dog, enjoying the day. Like, that’s as bad as I get.
How is Tex, good?
AG: He’s amazing. He’s with my parents right now.
But I think from like a cooking standpoint, all my food was spot on. She and I work like bread and butter. Nothing like Hannah, night and day. She and I worked great together and it shows in my food, it shows in my presence in front of the guests. No real crew drama other than the typical chef saying, “Get the fuck out of my galley!”
You are good at that. How about the guest requests, did they want a lot of Greek food?
AG: Yeah, we had a Greek night almost every charter. Maybe every other one. It was very popular so my Greek food got dialed in pretty good. I didn’t mind it, it’s not my specialty but pulled it off. We would do huge spreads, whole tables, it was pretty fun.
JM: You did well.

Were there theme parties too?
JM: Yeah. I love theme parties, too. Corfu was a little bit difficult to get supplies but yeah, I can’t even remember all them but we had quite a few, and they were good for the most part.
And beach excursion things too? A lot of those?
JM: Yeah, which are my least favorite. Which you’ll hear about because I bitch and complain about it.
All three ladies from the interior department were in one cabin. How was that?
JM: Um, hell.
AG: She would talk about that every day.
JM: I was really pissed off. Typically as a Chief Stew when there’s all new crew joining, I would be responsible to say who’s in what cabin. But because we have Ciara and Paget who were already on the boat and it was like their little home and when I came on, it was like, this is what’s happening. So it was predetermined and that was a little bit, I guess beyond my control at the time. I didn’t want to step on any toes and you want to respect people that have been there, but I definitely tried to change cabins at one point but it was difficult. Also, Glenn has a cabin with Byron, he doesn’t have his own cabin.
Adam, I’m guessing this was a nice change with Glenn versus what you were used to with Sandy?
AG: For me, yes. I loved it, I loved working for Glenn. Listen, I love Sandy. She’s awesome, she’s an awesome person. I don’t like working for her. Glenn on the other hand, didn’t give a fuck what I did. He could care less. He just knew that the guests were happy, that’s all that mattered.

We see that Paget and Ciara have the pictures of themselves up in the boat, did you guys want to put pictures of yourselves on the wall too?
JM: No. I didn’t care. I was too busy to think about pictures.
Did Kate Chastain give you any advice at all during the journey?
JM: I don’t think she gave me any advice. I’m not a person who ever likes advice and I think that she is probably similar to me in the way that we’re both type A personalities and she would just know I’d probably hate that. I would assume that she has that common sense to know that, and vice versa. I’ve asked her for a couple tips but yeah, she’s just been a support, so that’s nice.
Anything else that you guys are looking forward to people seeing this?
AG: Basically everything that you’ve seen on previous Below Deck shows you’re gonna see again in our show all bottled up into one with adventure — which is something that none of the other ones have.
JM: One thing that’s my favorite part is I feel like we have such a cool, sarcastic, witty banter with most of the crew.
AG: Our crew are, they’re smart, they’re witty, they’re not like dumb, well a couple of them are but for the most part we talk and we joke. I think you’re gonna see it in the end product because these are real people talking about real things.
JM: It’s that camaraderie and I think that’s part of sailing too. I feel like there were certain people who fit into that and certain people who did not fit into that and they suffer as a result.
Are we gonna learn if Parker is still breastfed by his mother?
JM: Oh yeah, you will find out.

Below Deck Sailing Yacht's Jenna Pens Emotional Apology to Georgia, Madison, and Parker
"It was not my intent to belittle or hurt people in any way," Jenna MacGillivray said.
Jenna MacGillivray has been doing some reflecting while watching this season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht .
How to Watch

The chief stew opened up in a lengthy note on Instagram on April 21 in which she expressed remorse for how she acted during some moments this season. "It’s rare that I don’t get along with people. So doing this season was stressful to have conflict. I’m going to keep this short and simple. And I’d appreciate it if people took my words as truth, and not just an attempt to get favour," Jenna began her message, which also featured a photo of her out of uniform, sitting on the deck of the Parsifal III with a drink in hand, her back to the camera. "I apologize for some of my behaviour. It was not my intent to belittle or hurt people in any way, but I understand that’s what happened to some people, as a result of my actions."

She went on to say that, in watching the season back, she has realized that some of her behavior was interpreted differently by others than how she intended. "No one is perfect. And when people say, 'I hope you’re watching and self reflecting,' I am," Jenna wrote. "Some of the show is hard to watch. It’s different for me because I know my intentions, but I certainly understand on all boats there are varying personalities and I am not easy for everyone."
Jenna said that she now realizes she should have been more attentive toward her interior team of Madison Stalker and Georgia Grobler while she was so focused on her relationship with Adam Glick and the charter guests. "I came in guns blazing. I wanted to give the best experience to the guests, and I understand that at times that meant I wasn’t focused on the girls. I should’ve spent more time. And that is a regret of mine," she said. "I was focused on Adam. And just managing everything to the best of my ability and sometimes I failed."
Below Deck Sailing Yacht's Jenna Says Drama with Madison Felt 50 Times Worse Than What We See on TV
Jenna ended her note by apologizing for some of the things she said to Georgia and Madison during the season, as well as Parker McCown , who expressed that he was offended by the chief stew's jokes about his mom still "breastfeeding" him before resigning due to the ongoing tension with some of his crew members. "I wanted to have fun with everyone. And I understand sometimes my words came across in a harsh way. And for that I am sorry. To Georgia, Madison, and Parker. I will never say any of you weren’t working your asses off. There were dynamics that were at times difficult," Jenna wrote. "So again. I am sorry. I would never want someone to feel like s--t because of me. And that’s the truth."
