Most receivers can only go up to 184 (if you have a Sirius radio) or 223 (if you have an XM radio). Some new cars have receivers that can recieve channels in the 300s, but most people have older receivers that can't get any of the 300s channels. My car only goes to 184 so I'm excited when Yacht Rock is moved down to the lower channels.

However Yacht Rock is deliberately supposed to a shallow playlist - it's a parody of so many cultural aspects of that era, and is supposed to be a fun niche and occasional / seasonal format.
