- This role offers a fantastic chance to join a professionally run programme that boasts incredible longevity across all departments and an excellent crew culture.
- The programme is family-focused with plenty of watersports for the younger guests, alongside a lovely owner who enjoys seeing the crew get involved in activities.
- They are looking for someone with a minimum of 1 season’s experience in the industry. You’ll also ideally have your YMO and / or YR in hand and experience driving large tenders, however this is not a deal breaker.
- Any Carpentry experience would be highly regarded. Qualified shipwrights who are new to the industry will also be considered.
- On offer is a salary of €2,800 – €3,200 DOE with 60 days leave per year.
Deckhand – 80m Private – World Cruising

About the Estate:
- Principal Use: The villa is used by the principal for relaxation three times a year, each visit lasting one month. The property is not used for parties.
- Rental: The estate is rented to private clients 3-4 times a year with bookings made well in advance.
- Developments: Currently, a theatre and recording studio are under construction.
- Staffing: Approximately 11 staff members when guests are in residence, including chefs, housekeepers, gardeners, an assistant manager, and an activities manager. The team reduces to 8 staff when the estate is not occupied.
Role Overview:
As a Villa Co-Manager, you will work alongside an experienced local Co-Manager who is enthusiastic about welcoming additional support. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the estate’s day-to-day operations, including planned maintenance and contractor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estate Management: Ensure the smooth running of the estate, focusing on planned maintenance.
- Contractor Coordination: Work with existing contractors for services including generators, electrical systems, HVAC, air conditioning, AVIT, pool maintenance, salon upkeep, and kitchen management.
- Maintenance: Provide first-fix options when possible. No dedicated maintenance staff are employed.
- Communication: Handle daily calls and weekly emails with the Principal to report on estate conditions and address any issues.

- This is a busy program so you must have yachting experience (ideally on a bigger vessel) to be considered for this role.
- Lovely boat with a nice opportunity for someone to be part of a fast-paced program where they can grow under the Head Chef.
- The vessel has an interesting itinerary that goes away from the traditional milk run.
- The galley runs with 3 chefs onboard. You will be responsible for crew food off-charter and will assist with guest food on trip. The Head Chefs are lovely!

- A 70m World Cruising M/Y is looking for a Deck / PT to join them at the end of January.
- This is an incredible opportunity to join a fantastic programme with a bucket-list, dual-season itinerary that ventures off the beaten track.
- The successful candidate will have at least 6 months industry experience and hold a Personal Training Qualification. You must also have previous PT experience and be able to plan and run personalised and tailored training programmes.
- The vessel has an incredible crew culture, led by both the HODS and owner who prioritise crew well-being. The crew are all active and out-going and enjoy doing activities together in their downtime.
- On offer is a salary of €3,000 along with a 4:1 rotation and additional benefits to be discussed during our initial call.
Deckhand – 100m Private – Dual Season
- Experienced Deckhand required for a Private Dual Season / World Cruising 100m+ New Build
- The vessel will primarily be dual season, spending time between the Mediterranean and Caribbean, however it will also go further afield.
- This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious vessel with fantastic HOD's and a great owner who is friendly and likes to interact with the crew.
- The ideal candidate will have 18 months+ experience on a vessel over 60m along with proven longevity, and ideally have your YMO in hand.
- Due to the vessel's upcoming Shipyard period, you will ideally have good product knowledge and have previous shipyard experience.
- There is an excellent crew culture onboard, made up of an active crew who all love to do crew activities! Therefore, they would like someone positive, energetic and hard-working – someone who can fit seamlessly into the team.

- We are looking for a candidate that has experience in a senior role but perhaps looking to take on their first HOH role. The salary is on the lower side so we are hoping to find a candidate that is looking for the opportunity to step up, take on more responsibility and get the HOH title
- Day to day you will oversee your HK team and report to the Interior Manager
- You will be responsible for toiletries, provisioning etc
- This is a HOH role but should you want service exposure, this can be accommodated
- Guest on, the role can be quite demanding with larger numbers of guests but in terms of cabin use, it's generally only 5-10 guests staying on board

- You will work alongside the other Chief Stew in this time, so you get everything set up together
