Hyper-Lift Hull! The 2021 Xpress H22B is a lightweight, easy-to-tow welded aluminum boat. With many additions by the present owner, it is truly a fisherman's dream boat. On this boat, you can fish anywhere and walk around easily. The boat's Yamaha 175 HP four-stroke engine powers it, which is perfect for the bay boat. With a 25-inch shaft, anglers fishing on waters have a competitive edge. A skeg protector has been added to the engine shaft, protecting it from a possible bottom hit and adding performance while cruising. The boat's hydrodynamic hull is designed to cut through the water, providing a smooth and efficient ride. The maker refers to the design as Hyper-Lift Hull technology, which allows the boat to deliver enhanced performance and increased fuel efficiency. The design has a shallow draft that allows navigating in shallow waters. Another addition is a keel protector in case you get too close to the rocks. The large front casting deck provides ample space for multiple occupants, allowing for comfortable fishing. It also has a mount for two pedestal breakdown seats, one of which was added by the present owner. The casting deck includes large, recessed locking compartments for rod storage gear and anchors. The present owner has added a recessed locker for tackle. The boat's bow has a hand-operated Minn Kota Riptide trolling motor with 80 lb. thrust and a spot lock feature. The batteries for the trolling motor are inside a cabinet in the center console. The center console has an efficient layout. The gauges are clear and readable, and the steering wheel is stainless steel. A Humminbird Helix 9-inch display GPS-plotter-fishfinder with side imaging, down imaging, dual spectrum CHIRP sonar, and GPS is included. It also includes AutoChart, Live, and NMEA 2000, in addition to Bluetooth and Ethernet networking with the One-Boat Network. A stereo with AM, FM, and Bluetooth is also one of this boat's options. The seat in front of the center console lifts to reveal two live wells with circulating water. The console's windscreen has hand-tightening wing nuts that allow it to be removed. This allows navigation under low bridges and storage under lower ceilings. There is a sizeable leaning post for seating at the console. There is a rear casting deck with a mount for a pedestal seat. Behind the console on each end of the rear casting deck are fold-down seats with storage compartments underneath each seat. The package includes an aluminum trailer with belt buckles on the back of the boat and trailer, making it easy to connect and disconnect. The Two-12' Talons are not included in the sale but can be negotiated. With its many customized features, the 2021 Xpress H22B is ready for your favorite lake. We serviced the trailer including replacing all 4 tires & wheels and repacked all 4 wheel bearings. We also replaced the submersible trailer tail lights and 5-way connector. We also replaced the battery with a new Deka 1000 Crank.  Note:- The VHF radio does not work and was not repaired or replaced.

B-25 sailboat for sale The boat is located in Fresno California Asking $11,400

B-25 RACING SAILBOAT HISTORY The B-25 was designed by Leif Beiley in the late 1980s and produced in limited numbers (50 total) by his company, B-Boats, Inc. The design was ahead of its time, with a slippery plaining hull, lightweight yet seaworthy Kevlar epoxy over foam core construction, and a deep lifting keel for stability, ramp launching and trailer-ability. The B-25 features a simple, single-spreader rig and spartan, daysailer appointments down below. Will sleep 4 adults. The boat’s ease of handling, rugged build and fast performance make it a favorite of owners across North America.

Construction: The haul and deck are hand laminated using unidirectional S-glass over Divinycell core material with modified epoxy resin.

I am the second owner of this boat. I have all the original paperwork. The boat was sold on April 14, 1995. I bought the boat in 2002. This is haul # 48 of 50. Each boat appear to be better than the one before it and this is one of the last ones built. A very nice example of a B25.The boat has not sailed in 6 years. It also has a Sunbrella cover that works with the mast up.

Sails - Doyle Asymmetrical spinnaker, All other sails are Ullman – 2 mains one is good for cruising the other is a race main 60% life, 135 race head sail and spinnaker both bought on 2006 and used a couple of times, 155 light head sail 2006, 155 carbon 2003 good shape still, #3 jib lightly used, # 2 heavy jib, Kevlar # 2 jib and a Asymmetrical spinnaker or phone 559 341-3230

The theoretical maximum speed that a displacement hull can move efficiently through the water is determined by it's waterline length and displacement. It may be unable to reach this speed if the boat is underpowered or heavily loaded, though it may exceed this speed given enough power. Read more.

Hull Speed = 1.34 x √LWL

Max Speed/Length ratio = 8.26 ÷ Displacement/Length ratio .311 Hull Speed = Max Speed/Length ratio x √LWL

Sail Area / Displacement Ratio

A measure of the power of the sails relative to the weight of the boat. The higher the number, the higher the performance, but the harder the boat will be to handle. This ratio is a "non-dimensional" value that facilitates comparisons between boats of different types and sizes. Read more.

SA/D = SA ÷ (D ÷ 64) 2/3

• SA : Sail area in square feet, derived by adding the mainsail area to 100% of the foretriangle area (the lateral area above the deck between the mast and the forestay).
• D : Displacement in pounds.

Ballast / Displacement Ratio

A measure of the stability of a boat's hull that suggests how well a monohull will stand up to its sails. The ballast displacement ratio indicates how much of the weight of a boat is placed for maximum stability against capsizing and is an indicator of stiffness and resistance to capsize.

Displacement / Length Ratio

A measure of the weight of the boat relative to it's length at the waterline. The higher a boat’s D/L ratio, the more easily it will carry a load and the more comfortable its motion will be. The lower a boat's ratio is, the less power it takes to drive the boat to its nominal hull speed or beyond. Read more.

D/L = (D ÷ 2240) ÷ (0.01 x LWL)³

• D: Displacement of the boat in pounds.
• LWL: Waterline length in feet

Comfort Ratio

This ratio assess how quickly and abruptly a boat’s hull reacts to waves in a significant seaway, these being the elements of a boat’s motion most likely to cause seasickness. Read more.

Comfort ratio = D ÷ (.65 x (.7 LWL + .3 LOA) x Beam 1.33 )

Capsize Screening Formula
