Built by the prestigious Italian shipyard Benetti, motor yacht ALEGRIA (hull BV 14) is a beautiful Benetti Vision 45 vessel, launched in 2010. Superyacht ALEGRIA has been magnificently penned by bespoke Stefano Righini. Up to 12 guests can remain on board while cruising, and the accommodation sleeps a total of 10 guests in five en-suite staterooms, with a crew of nine to keep everything running smoothly on board.

The main deck aft provides a sofa along the stern with a table and two armchairs to create a casual lounge shaded by the upper deck overhang. Two stairways lead down to the lower deck swim platform for access to the tender and water toys.

The upper deck aft is lined with sofas and has two drinks table to make it an ideal outdoor extension of the skylounge and dining area. The bow can be accessed via the Master suite and is a private outdoor terrace providing a sunbed and C-shaped sofa and drinks table for alfresco meals taking in panoramic views.

The sundeck provides a forward C-shaped sofa and two drinks tables in the sunshine, while amidships in the shade is the wet bar followed by the alfresco dining area to seat all 10 guests. The aft section in the sunshine is furnished with curving sofas on both sides that merge into the sunbed along the stern, and the port side also has a drinks table while a large circular Jacuzzi is positioned in the centre.

The lower deck layout places the crew accommodation, mess and laundry forward, followed by the guest accommodation amidships, the engine room aft and the tender garage with water toys storage in the stern.

On the main deck the Master suite is forward with the galley and main foyer amidships, then the large main salon separated into two areas. A forward-facing sofa and armchairs are placed around a coffee table for an intimate conversation area, while the larger gathering space aft consists of two sofas, two armchairs and a coffee table where guests can unwind together and plan for the day ahead or watch a film in the evening on the widescreen TV. The aft starboard corner has a chess table and two chairs to pass the time throughout the cruise.

ALEGRIA Specifications

The upper deck places the helm station forward followed by the Captain's cabin and then the skylounge, the hub of entertaining. Within, there is a wet bar forward and centre, an L-shaped sofa and drinks table to port and an aft-facing curving sofa, armchair and a drinks table to starboard. The formal dining table is aft and consists of a circular table to seat 10 guests, surrounded by glass sliding doors for excellent views and lighting and the chance for a more alfresco dining experience.

Built in composite, luxury yacht ALEGRIA is ABS classes as well as MCA compliant. She can achieve a top speed of 15 knots and a cruising speed of 14 knots, using twin Caterpillar C32 Acert diesel engines, with a range of 4,000 nautical miles.

Yacht Charter Accommodation

While up to 12 guests can remain on board while cruising, the accommodation sleeps a maximum of 10 guests over 5 en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite, 2 double cabins and 2 twin cabins. ~ The Master suite is placed on the main deck forward and comes with a king-sized bed, a widescreen TV, a sofa to port and a desk/vanity to starboard. There is forward access to the bow for a private outdoor terrace. The aft en-suite bathroom has a sink, toilet, bathtub and shower. ~ The amidships section on the lower deck hosts the double cabins and twin cabins, which are aft and forward of each other respectively. The double cabins have a queen-sized bed, a widescreen TV, desk/vanity, plenty of storage and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. ~ The twin cabins have two single beds, a widescreen TV, desk/vanity, plenty of storage and an en-suite bathroom with a sink, toilet and shower. ~ The expert crew of 9 will ensure that all guests are well taken care of throughout their time on board.

Characteristics

ALEGRIA is Hull BV014 of the highly acclaimed Benetti Vision series. Owner and guest accommodations are designed for twelve in five ensuite staterooms. The owner's suite is on the main deck forward with 180 degree view with a forward door to a private exterior lounge and sunbed area. There is his and her separate bathrooms finished in Italian marble, large walk-thru wardrobe, second walk in wardrobe, entertainment system, king sized bed, private office, and numerous storage areas.

The lower accommodation deck is accessed by the central staircase where you will encounter four staterooms for guests. Aft of the lower staircase lobby to port and starboard are identical VIP suites with queen sized beds, entertainment systems, large port lights for natural lighting, and bathrooms finished in beautiful Italian marble. Forward of the lower staircase lobby to port and starboard are identical twin bed suites, each with a pullman bed, entertainment systems, bathrooms finished in wonderful Italian marble and large port lights for natural lighting.

Captains Quarters are starboard side of the bridge deck and aft of the pilothouse with a queen size bed, bathroom and shower, and A/V entertainment system.

Crew Lounge is accessed by descending the staircase from the ship's main galley. To port is the crew galley and to starboard is a J-shaped lounge for crew meals and relaxing. Moving forward are four crew cabins each with over under berths to accommodate up to eight crew members and crew bathrooms with showers.

As many as eight guests can be accommodated in four cabins. Her fullbeam master cabin features a walk around centerline bed, settee, desk/vanity, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom. Located forward, the V.I.P. cabin also offers a walk around bed and en-suite bathroom. Additionally, there are two twin guest cabins, each with en-suite facilities.

The light-colored woods are enriched by the white soft goods and marine life art in the interior spaces. Floor to ceiling sliding doors lead from the main salon to the aft deck where there is al fresco dining with great views. Al fresco dining is also offered on the flybridge.

Steps descend either side of the aft deck to the fullbeam swim platform. Watersports offered include a Williams tender, jet ski, two tubes, water skis, standup paddleboard, snorkeling equipment, and two SCUBA motors.

The price of a Fountaine Pajot sailing catamaran varies according to the size of the model chosen and your sailing project. Innovative, high-tech composite materials constitute most of the structure of our sailing catamarans: hulls, flybridge, decks, bulkheads and more. Fountaine Pajot has perfected a resin injection and infusion technique, an advanced technology that gives our boats all their robustness. Thanks to this expertise, we can make our catamarans considerably lighter while maintaining consistent quality . Injection also makes it possible to meet the most stringent environmental requirements, in line with the commitments of the Fountaine Pajot Group.

Sailing catamarans from 40 to 50 feet are built at the Aigrefeuille headquarters, a few kilometres from La Rochelle. Catamaran yachts from 51 to 80 feet are built in La Rochelle, France, where they benefit from a slipway.

It is essential to define your sailing program: define the size of the crew on board, the level of sailing knowledge, the sailing project and the target sailing area. Every project is different. Whether you want to enjoy a large Owner’s suite, invite many friends and family on board, or telecommute during your voyage, the Fountaine Pajot cruising catamarans can be adapted to suit your needs. The ergonomics of Fountaine Pajot catamarans have been designed to facilitate manoeuvring at the helm, enabling a small crew (2 persons) to manoeuvre the boat easily, both in port and at sea. The unique design of the helm station allows good communication between the aft cockpit and the Fly relaxation areas. Of course, your level of navigation will determine your ability to sail with two or more persons!

Our electric catamarans now feature a large surface area of solar panels, up to 2000 WC, perfectly integrated into the design of the coachroof. Combined with equipment such as wind turbines or hydro-generators, they compensate for the energy consumption generated by on-board use during cruising. The 37.95m/124'6" motor yacht 'Alegria Y' (ex. Duchess) was built by Sanlorenzo in Italy at their Viareggio shipyard and she was delivered to her owner in October 2018. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Francesco Paszkowski Design.

Alegria Y has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 suites. She is also capable of carrying up to 6 crew onboard to ensure a relaxed luxury yacht experience.

Range & Performance

Built with a GRP hull and GRP superstructure, with teak decks, she benefits from a semi-displacement hull to provide exceptional seakeeping and impressive speeds. Powered by twin diesel MTU (12V 2000 M72) 1,469hp engines, she comfortably cruises at 16 knots, reaches a maximum speed of 18 knots with a range of up to 3,000 nautical miles from her 34,200 litre fuel tanks at 11 knots. Her water tanks store around 4,000 Litres of fresh water. She was built to RINA (Registro Italiano Navale) C ✠ HULL ● MACH classification society rules.
