BILGIN 263 TATIANA

Bilgin Yachts has currently built three units of the 80-metre Bilgin 263 series. The first unit of the Bilgin 263 series, Tatiana -also named as NB75- was launched in February 2020. The second hull –which is already sold- is planned to be launched in 2021 and following that, the third hull of the model will be delivered to her owner in 2022. The yachts reflect the shipyard's goal to be one of the prominent brands in the world.

Bilgin 263 yachts have sharp exterior lines and stylish interior areas offering a modern feeling. The extensive use of a contrasting combination of rich Macassar ebony, eucalyptus and plenty of marble creates a strong identity and luxurious feeling in the superyacht.

Emrecan Özgün, CEO and the Founder of Unique Yacht Design describes the brand-new 263 series as follows: "With her design and comfort elements, the Bilgin 263 is truly one-of-a-kind. We created a very attractive yacht with a sleek and sexy profile while avoiding high dosage design cliches. The increase in living areas normally result in bulky designs. The Bilgin 263 has a design attitude that will dominate the yachting sector around the world. This will clearly make her a trendsetter among steel-aluminium superyachts of today." According to Jonny Horsfield of H2 Yacht Design, the first unit of the series Tatiana has a stunning interior complementing the modern exterior lines. He says, “The client has been involved in the industry for years and has had several yachts so he knew exactly what to like and what not to like. He loves to entertain his family and friends to sit back and relax whilst cruising the Med. As a result of our works together, Tatiana appeared. This yacht is contemporary in layout with generous living areas, a huge spa and a beach club on the aft deck.” H2 had to translate the owner’s wishes into comfortable, luxurious yet usable interiors. Timeless understatement is indeed the recurrent theme on board.

Luxury 80M MODERN CUSTOM YACHT from Abeking & Rasmussen was launched in 2019 with a steel hull and aluminium superstructure measuring 80m/262.5ft. The naval architecture also comes from the shipyard, while the interior and exterior styling comes from renowned British studio Winch Design. The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 12 guests over seven en-suite cabins with a crew of 22 for expert service.

On the lower deck, the swim platform joins with the beach club to create a sizeable indoor/outdoor area close to the water, with a stairs providing effortless access in and out of the sea. Two staircases lead to the main deck aft above, where a swimming pool is placed in the centre and sunbeds line both sides, with bar seating forward.

From the main deck aft a stairway connects to the bridge deck aft, which can be shaded by a canvas or exposed to the sunshine. The layout places a sunbed and bar along the stern, a starboard seating area of a curving sofa and armchairs around a fixed coffee table, plus room in the centre for alfresco dining.

The Owner's deck is divided into forward and aft sections, the former connected to the Master suite and providing a sofa in the shade. The aft section joins onto the lounge and offers plentiful sofa/sunbeds in the sunshine, and a Jacuzzi at the centre.

The sundeck is accessed via the interior foyer and is also divided into forward and aft sections: The forward section is fitted with a generous Jacuzzi plus a forward sofa and a bar aft that curves along the Jacuzzi edge. The cosy aft section is comprised of two sofas with a coffee table in between for quiet relaxation in the sunshine or shaded by a canvas while taking in the panoramic views.

The lower deck layout contains the crew accommodation, with the beach club in the stern with fold-down side terraces.

The main deck forward contains the wellness area, complete with a gym and spa massage room, plus a cinema to port. The six double guest cabins are situated amidships, and the formal dining area and main salon are aft. The formal dining area seats up to 12 guests around a beautiful contemporary oval table, and aft two sofas and four armchairs create a circular seating area around a coffee table.

The bridge deck places corner seating in the helm station for guests to take in the forward views in sunshine or rain, and behind is the Captain's cabin and technical spaces, the foyer and then an office convertible into a staff cabin. The skylounge aft comes with sofas and armchairs placed around a coffee table in a circular arrangement, and two armchairs and a coffee table beside the large windows on both sides of the room.

The Master suite is forward on the Owner's deck for 180 degree views, and behind the bedroom is the foyer followed by crew spaces and a private aft lounge consisting of a sofa and pair of armchairs surrounding a coffee table.

The lift connects all the way up to the sundeck, where the interior provides a day head.

A pair of MTU 12V 4000 diesel engines produce a top speed of 16.8 knots, a cruising speed of 13 knots and a range of 4,400 nautical miles.

Yacht Charter Accommodation

The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 12 guests over 7 en-suite cabins: 1 Master suite and 6 double cabins. ~ The Master suite is part of an apartment measuring 136m2/1463ft2 on the Owner's private deck. Within, there is a super-king bed with a pop-up widescreen TV opposite, a desk/vanity, a chaise-lounger, two armchairs and a side table, plus an en-suite his-and-hers bathroom providing a sink, toilet, shower and bathtub. Full-height windows provide an abundance of light and excellent views, and there is access to a private terrace. ~ The 25m2/269ft2 double cabins are all located on the main deck and all have full-height windows, a super king bed with a widescreen TV opposite, a desk/vanity, plenty of storage and an en-suite bathroom containing a sink, toilet and shower. ~ The bridge deck study has an additional pull-out double bed. ~ The professional crew of 22 will take care of every little detail.

Her interior is styled by English designer design house H2 Yacht Design and she was delivered to her owner in February 2023. This luxury vessel's exterior design is the work of Unique Yacht Design.

Introducing the 80m ultimate explorer concept by Vitruvius Yachts

The London-based design studio Vitruvius Yachts has revealed the first details of its latest superyacht concept: an 80m go-anywhere explorer yacht.

With the design following closely in the footsteps of Vitruvius’ 54.9-metre Shinkai – built by Feadship in the Netherlands and delivered in 2021 – this new explorer is notable for its long aft deck which is ideal for storing a generous toy collection or even a helipad.

Designed to satisfy the most active and adventurous of owners, the explorer boasts a vast beach club and health centre below deck, enabling direct and convenient access to the sea for water sports.

This new vessel represents Vitruvius’ take on the ideal explorer superyacht. She maintains her superyacht DNA through the innovative design of her exterior, as well as through the exceptional space and comfort which are offered by her interior. She is also a true explorer through and through, and will have an exceptional autonomous range of 6500 nautical miles to take her owners anywhere in the world.

Housing 12 guests across a total of 6 carefully-designed staterooms, the naval architecture of the vessel is informed by the success of Vitruvius’ previous explorer vessel, Shinkai, with her steel hull created for optimal efficiency and adhering to the latest industry criteria for sustainability.

With performance and onboard comfort key to the new explorer vessel – she is expected to reach a top speed of 19 knots and cruise with ease at 14 knots – special care has also been given to controlling any rolling motions on board – a trait which is also key for ease of launching her onboard toys such as submarines. Furthermore, the addition of gyro/fin stabilisers is also in consideration for the vessel.

Finally, owners can also decide to choose an observatory option for the expedition superyacht, which would provide a 22-square metre space to bring those on board even closer to the beauties of the night sky, wherever they might find themselves in the world.
