After completing the booking process using our secure checkout, a detailed reservation itinerary will be sent to you via email, you will also receive a text message containing a link to your own information portal. All Guests Must Agree To These terms: Sales tax will be added to the deposit & the balance due. All reservation deposits are non refundable or transferable.

Deposits are nonrefundable for canceled reservations.

Had a great time. Went at the 11am time slot. 3 hour excursion. The captain and helper were both good people. Drove us to an island where we could play in the water. Had a floating matt. Floating trampoline and some board things. Haha. Beautiful views. Awesome time. Would definitely go again.

I went with my group of 31 on a friends day out. Although the evening started out super windy and chilly. Our 3 PM charter was awesome, The boat trip took us down the intercoastal to view some of the amazing homes that were waterfront. And we did a little stent around the dark where most of the boats were docked. We then made our way over to the small cay where we spent the rest of our excursion laying out, getting as much sunlight and warmth that we could. We played music via our cellphones and took turns being the DJ of the moment. We also hang out with a bunch of cool JetSki-ers that were on the island as well. It was such an awesome vibe. I would def do it again.

Went out with a large group of friends on the boat! The staff was very friendly. Overall I had a great time with the people I was with however the boat trip is over priced for what you get. The boat is 75 per person and is supposed to include beach bbq and beer and wine, and of course the boat with jet skis and toys. The beach bbq sounds way classier than it actually was. It was just food pre cooked in foil pans on the boat. The food was a bit slim and not that great for again the price. There was no wine and the beer offered was bud light and Budweiser (who's drinking Budweiser?) the jet skis were cool but in order to ride you had to ride with someone. They didn't allow you to ride by yourself. I brought my own drink and food and thank goodness I did. This was something fun to do one time but not worth it to do it multiple times at that price. You can pay a little more and rent a actual yacht.

The overall experience of this excursion was terrible. Everything that was advertised was not available to us on this boat including the paddle boards, the trampoline, and even the bathroom which did not exist.

I absolutely do not recommend this island excursion. We ran into several issues upon arrival that made us regret booking this daytime activity: - FALSE ADVERTISING: amenities were not included as advertised. Paddle boards, a water trampoline, and a bathroom were all advertised on the flyer but not included as part of excursion. "Water toys" were supposed to be a central part of the excursion but the only equipment provided was a cheap floating mat that only fit 5 people (nearly 40 people were on the boat) - PROFESSIONALISM: manager appeared to be intoxicated when we arrived and refused to cooperate with us when we raised our concerns at the end of the excursion - SEXUAL HARASSMENT: male participants on the boat were harassing the women and company workers did nothing to stop them - DELAYED START: excursion was supposed to start at 3:00PM sharp but was delayed to 3:45PM without prior notice

The customer service isn't the best. They don't take calls and reply late with texts or you have to follow up with them. At first it seemed sketch but then other groups started showing up so it was fine. It ended up being a great time! The island we dock at is nice and the water is clean. They provide bud light but you can take your own drinks and snacks. Besides the communication it was a great turn out!

My friends and I decided to take a trip down to Miami for one of their thirtieth birthday party and decided to book with South Beach Party Boats and we were not disappointed! The whole crew was so generous and friendly. Unlimited beer and wine, a beautiful city, and good vibes! 10/10 will be back! Thank you guys for an awesome time!

THE WORST IT EVER HAPPENED TO MY CO-WORKERS, FAMILY, AND MINE!!! Stay away from this Party Boats... We scheduled for 2PM 1. They told us to be at the picking up place at 12:30pm. 2. Then it was reschedule to 1:20pm 3. Then it was reschedule at 1:45pm 4. Then it was reschedule at 2:00pm 5. Then it was reschedule at 2:30pm 6. Then it was cancelled... so, we didn't get the PARTY BUS; instead we had to PAY UBER $$$ At the boat, there IS NOT FOOD... only cookies and chips!!! Be aware that they will take you to a place filth of MOSQUITOS & BED BUGS Be aware...

I had a lot of fun with south beach party boats, but I would definitely say it's overpriced. If you are okay with paying $70 purely to get drunk with a lively group of ppl, then do it, you'll have fun! But other than that, you're money is basically going towards nothing. Food and drink selection is slim (Take your own), you're barely on the boat (they barely even have to use gas), and the "sandbar" they take you to is really a little, kind of gross shrubby area just a little bit away from the starting point. Also, the yelp offer of 20% off is no longer valid and they "can't figure out how to take it off" lol

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Owner Bobby is completely unreachable there is no customer service number me and my friends were scammed by him and his rude staff I recommend booking anywhere else there are tons of party boats in Miami

Boat Miami offers the  South Beach Lady  for corporate cruises, wedding parties, birthday parties, or any event you wish to have.

South Beach lady is equipped to hold up to 400 guests and can seat comfortably 250 guests in the large dining hall.

With full access to the audio visual equipment on board, South Beach Lady makes for the perfect yacht to charter for corporate events. With a large lounge and bar on the third floor it is perfect for a birthday celebration. And while on the top deck South Beach Lady is perfect for enjoying the scenic view of Miami and Ft. Lauderdale on the water.

South Beach Lady also offers flexible menu items created by a wonderful chef. You can choose from different salads, soups, appetizers, and every-bodies favorite dessert! You can have the option of having buffet dining or a sit down dinner, either way you can enjoy the delicious food aboard the South Beach Lady.

The South Beach Lady is USCG certified for 400 guests plus crew for day-cruises and evening parties. She has a full Bridal suite accessible by elevator. This elevator can be used for transportation between decks for any guests with limited mobility.

An extremely well-appointed yacht, built in 2008, has plenty of space for your guests. 240 guests can be seated in the large dining salon and dinners can be buffet style or sit-down. She has 4 bars over 4 decks, a DJ booth, and 8 flat screen TVs. South Beach Lady is perfect for enjoying company and over all having a great time.

Boarding deck or main deck includes an ample and tastefully decorated salon with comfortable armchairs, and a boardroom style meeting table for 6 persons. The first upper deck is the dining deck for 240 persons, the third deck is where all the action happens with a dance floor, flexible table arrangements and a large bar. The upper deck is a great place to watch the world, in her comfortable cabana style furniture. You can see the stately homes along the inland waterway, Port Everglades or the Miami city lights in the dusk and the setting sun over Biscayne Bay.

Spring break coeds brawl, total chaos on beach, spring break all-girl brawl beach, 241 3/12/2024 7:53 am pt.

11:03 AM PT -- Fort Lauderdale PD is saying this brawl has nothing to do with their city or their beaches -- so it's unclear where exactly this happened ... but it's still pretty crazy all the same.

Spring Break's looking more like a UFC match as all-out mayhem erupts on South Florida beaches ... and the good people of Fort Lauderdale are probably saying, "Thanks a lot, Miami!!!"

The annual college student getaway kicked off Monday with thousands of students making their way to FL, and it almost immediately got outta hand. Multiple bikini-clad students went toe-to-toe in the sand -- as the video shows, it quickly turned into a melee involving dozens.

No word on what exactly sparked the brawl, but we're guessing alcohol played a part.

This is exactly the kinda scene Miami Beach feared when the city imposed new restrictions ahead of Spring Break -- but, as you can see, the madness has just moved up the coast a bit to Lauderdale.

Miami's decision came after 2 shootings during last year's break, which also resulted in 488 arrests ... and more than 230 of them were felony cases.

As we reported ... the city posted a campaign video where spring breakers were urged to take the party elsewhere and informed there would be threatened curfews, bag checks, restricted beach access and DUI checkpoints.

All vibe killers, so it's no wonder Fort Lauderdale is absorbing the massive party scene.

One day in, and that city has already had to ramp up the police presence ... putting more officers in the sand to patrol beach parties, and K-9 units were inspecting sunbathing revelers.

Cops or not, one thing's already clear -- when the crowds gather, there's gonna be fighting.

If you’re in Miami, then you know that you get to start your mornings with some of the best coffee. La Colada has a tres leche coffee that can’t be beaten. From there, having breakfast at Pura Vida will make you feel refreshed and awake with their selection of acai bowls, green juices, and avocado toasts.

During the day, I love just going for a walk by the beach followed by a daytime pool party at Strawberry Moon . In my opinion, the best beach is South Beach; it simply has a little bit of everything. After a daytime hang, snag your lunch at American Social . It’s a great place to grab food and drinks while watching a game or sports event. The atmosphere has a cool vibe to it and the goat cheese croquettes are a must-try. For dinner, it’s almost a sin if you don’t finish the night off with Cuban food. Marabú Cuban Restaurant in Brickell is one of my favorite spots. You can’t go wrong with their traditional Cuban bowl as it truly gives you a taste of authentic food and flavors while not overdoing it.

Of course, Miami is known for its club scene, so you can’t go wrong heading to Club Space and Factory Town . They are run by the best teams and best programming, always.

Miami will dazzle you with sights and sounds, but due to the crush of MMW and Ultra Music Festival, most visitors to the city will be locked into Bayfront Park or the hip Wynwood district. Those are fine and lovely places but wander just a bit north into Little Haiti, and you’re going to be able to find some of the best food in the city at a fraction of the price of your typical trendy restaurants. Clive’s Cafe is a modest joint at a sleepy intersection, but the fare is head and shoulders above a lot of the Jamaican food you can get in Miami. Don’t skip the oxtails or the goat curry. Portions are at that perfect Goldilocks level; it’s not a tasting menu, but it won’t have you rolling out the door in a gurney. The generous but not table-breaking entrees are a bonus because you can sample a number of the proteins and save some room for a variety of in-house desserts.

So, I’ve been to Miami for MMW three times now and I’ve been to countless clubs/bars… all of which are vast and epic… BUT, something that blew my mind was checking out the MOCA (Museum of Contemporary Art) I’ve always found going to museums or art exhibits is extremely inspiring, not just as an artist but even for your normal day to day inspiration. I’ve also yet to try coffee in Miami and I’m a BIG coffee guy so I’ve gotten one on my radar for this week and it’s called “GROU coffee“ I shall report back on this through my socials!

When renting out blades in Miami there’s a fine line between getting it right and wrong. I’ve been up and down South Beach in some overpriced kit that’s given me a bumping ride and blisters for good measure. I highly recommend renting blades from 305 Tours & Rentals . they’re a fair price with a good quality boot and wheel bearings for a smoother glide. At most points in the day – especially following skating – I’m up for a little Tex Mex. Don Sombrero is my favourite spot and I always make sure it’s a short walk away. Their beef fajitas along with their extensive hot sauce collection is a big yes from me.

If you’re looking for great coffee, head to Panther Coffee ! It’s an amazing spot in Miami Beach. From there, Bacon Bitch SLAPS! I’m obsessed with breakfast sandwiches and they’ve got an incredible sausage egg and cheese on a croissant.

Miami is full of things to do and every day can look different. Personally, I love walking down Collins Ave and stopping in hotel lobby bars. My favorite is starting at the W and ending at Lowes. I love to make my way to Espanola Way for an aperol spritz too! They have great bartenders that make some fire espresso martini shots. Also, I like to switch up the typical Miami vibe and play pool/arcade games at Lost Weekend.

For lunch, I love snagging a bite at Sweet Liberty . It’s great for large groups and has so many good options for food/drink. It pops off at night too. Take it to-go to South Beach to get some sun rays in.

For the evening, I love having dinner at Carbone . I had one of the best meals ever here. HINT – don’t go crazy on the pasta, it is really filling and it’s best to get a little bit of everything on the menu. The bread they bring out is WILD! For evening shenanigans, everyone will say to go to Club Space…and it’s absolutely incredible but I love Toejam . It’s VERY Miami and the indoor stage is an entire vibe.

The best party of the week will be at Paraiso Estereo in downtown Miami Friday March 22nd 3pm-10pm. Why? IT’S THE HOOD POLITICS RECORDS MMW PARTY AND IT’S FREE until 6pm. Tickets and additional information can be found here .

Miami is known for its cuban coffee just as much as its music scene. Start your day at Cafecito at Enriquetas ! Their coffee gives you the jolt, plus the Cubano is a staple. Then, head to Soho Beach House patio for breakfast. That patio is a peaceful way to start the morning.

Whenever we’re in Miami, we like to spend our day anywhere on a boat, we love all invites to come spin! Also Reserve Padel Club , what a vibe over there. For a beach hang, nothing quite compares to Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne. It is great to unwind down there after a hectic Miami Music Week. Breaking news, miami beach braces for spring break weekend with ‘most bloodshed’ amid party crackdown.

This particular weekend of the spring break season has seen the “most bloodshed” in previous years, a Miami Beach city commissioner said, and will be the true test of whether the city’s attempts to distance itself from co-ed chaos have truly worked. 

Gov. Ron DeSantis dispatched at least 140 state troopers and other resources, like drones and license plate readers, to Miami Beach and other popular beach towns in a pre-emptive strike against spring break-related crime, which officials are bracing for as St. Patrick’s Day weekend approaches.

The city is attempting to divorce itself from spring breakers after making 488 arrests, including 230 felonies – and two homicides – and seizing more than 105 firearms during last year’s March madness. 

Miami Beach Commissioner David Suarez told Lawrence Jones of “Fox & Friends” that he and his fellow commissioners “proactively reached out to Gov. DeSantis and said ‘Hey, instead of coming on the last weekend when there are no shootings, there are no stampedes, we want to be proactive.’”

Suarez said last year’s calamity “completely ruined [the city’s] brand as a city” and became a primary concern for voters in last year’s November elections.

As a result, Miami Beach elected more conservative-leaning Mayor Steven Meiner and ousted former Mayor Dan Gelber. 

Former FBI agent, Miami Beach resident and Fox News contributor Nicole Parker told Jones that it makes a “world of difference” that this year’s new elected officials “back the blue” as the city battles spring break: 

“Who your mayor is and who your local leaders are make all the difference in the world how safe your city is,” Parker said on “Fox & Friends” Wednesday morning. “If you’re in law enforcement and your local officials do not let you enforce the laws and your hands are tied, you can expect crime, you can expect violence, you can expect problems.”

“Frankly, I think a lot of people’s jobs are on the line. They’re like, ‘If we have the same problems we’ve had the last several years, there will be a problem,'” she continued. “Everyone has stepped up to the line… and it’s been beautiful… We love having guests in Miami Beach. We love having people come and enjoy the beautiful beaches we have here. But trashing the city and forcing residents to have to leave during spring break because they don’t want to be here for it is unacceptable.”  

Nonresident towing rates of over $500, DUI checkpoints, restricted beach access, bag checks, curfews and a targeted ad campaign are among measures the typically quiet city has taken to keep things that way this spring. 

“This year we got it right and we are being proactive,” Suarez said. “The very first week we had FHP (Florida Highway Patrol), we had FWC (Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission), we had a Coast Guard… The reaction from our residents and voters have been 100 percent positive.”

Jones said that although the response from most business owners in the city about the new measures had been positive, others were upset that a damper had been put on one of their busiest seasons of the year. 

“You know that’s understandable – when people run a business they’ve got to make money and spring break is a hot time to make money,” Parker said. “But frankly, as a former FBI agent and law enforcement officer, safety comes first and protecting the citizens comes first… There have been entirely too many shootings, too many deaths, and it has frankly ruined the brand of Miami Beach.”

“I think that business owners, a lot of them actually welcome this because they know that the clientele coming in aren’t going to trash their hotels, they’re not going to trash their stores,” Parker said. “When people feel safe, it’s going to bring a different… group of individuals to celebrate spring break.” 

“Breaking up with spring break, it’s worked and people are heading north,” Parker said. “I hope nothing bad happens, but this weekend is going to be the true test I believe.”

Miami Beach police measures keep Spring Break's peak crowds at a minimum

MIAMI BEACH -  Police and state troopers swarmed parts of Miami Beach running checkpoints to catch drunk drivers and people with open warrants.  

The move is part of the city's crackdown on Spring Break to prevent a return of violence seen in prior years.

However, some business owners and people checking into hotels ran into trouble too.

More traffic rolled away than towards South Beach early Friday evening. 

Between the DUI checkpoints, troopers using license plate readers to find people with warrants and parking bans for visitors, the first wave of Spring Break's peak crowds barely caused a ripple.

"The goal is very simple," Christopher Bess, spokesperson for the City of Miami Beach Police Department, said.  "Our city is breaking up with Spring Break.  What that means is we're breaking up with the bad behavior, the unlawful behavior that we've seen in previous years."

Last March, gunfire killed two people on Ocean Drive. One year later, visitors saw a 6 p.m. beach curfew, roadblocks, barricades, armored police trucks and more uniforms than ever.

"This is too much," Ru Smith, a college student from Boston said.  "They're just scaring people away."

"I'm waiting to get my truck from in there and I can't get it," Michelle Smith, of Boston said of her pick-up parked in a lot on 5th Street Friday evening.

People parked in the wrong spot face towing bills more expensive than usual.

"(My) tow was $345," Sebastian Huidobro said. "They want cash. They only take cash."

A tourist from Orlando who identified himself only as Jeff said a city contractor towed his rental car as he checked into an Airbnb on Collins Avenue.

"We just saw friends and they parked," Jeff said.  "We literally went in, checked the place up, boom. Boom. Gone."

He paid $545 to retrieve the vehicle, Jeff said.

City leaders suggested visitors take Ubers to avoid expected traffic. However, Smith claimed drivers avoided her group.

"We have to walk because the Ubers can't even get to the road that we need to get to," she said.  "So we have to walk and it's not safe at night."

On the water around the Barrier Island, parties cruised. However, Party Boat Bobby said some of his customers canceled trips with South Beach Charter Tours. Those customers sounded afraid to get stuck in traffic between the charter company's dock in Venetian Marina in Miami and Miami Beach.

"I think it's important to maintain a safety aspect but to shut down all traffic patterns: people just don't want to come," "Party Boat" Bobby Dlite, South Beach Party Boats owner, said. "They're scared to come. They don't want to get caught in the traffic."

Police caught some drivers with open containers of alcohol Friday. Officers and state troopers will run the same checkpoints and security measures Saturday and Sunday evening.

The city of Miami Beach imposed a midnight curfew Friday as officials look to shut down the spring break party ahead of a weekend that has brought large crowds and shootings to Ocean Drive in recent years.

The curfew will take effect Friday after 11:59 p.m. and apply to all areas south of 23rd Street, including the South Beach entertainment district between Fifth and 23rd streets along Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue and Washington Avenue. It will also apply Saturday and Sunday nights.

“People will be asked to immediately vacate the streets and return to their homes, hotels or other accommodations,” the city said in a news release.

The nightly curfew will be lifted at 6 a.m. Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

T he city of Miami Beach imposed a midnight curfew Friday as officials look to shut down the spring break party ahead of a weekend that has brought large crowds and shootings to Ocean Drive in recent years.

The curfew will take effect Friday after 11:59 p.m. and apply to all areas south of 23rd Street, including the South Beach entertainment district between Fifth and 23rd streets along Ocean Drive, Collins Avenue and Washington Avenue. It will also apply Saturday and Sunday nights.

“People will be asked to immediately vacate the streets and return to their homes, hotels or other accommodations,” the city said in a press release.

The nightly curfew will be lifted at 6 a.m. Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

City Manager Alina Hudak announced the curfew as part of a state of emergency that will run from 11:59 p.m. Friday to 6 a.m. Monday. The Miami Beach City Commission would need to vote to extend it.

Hudak signed the order declaring the curfew at 10:30 a.m. Friday.

“In consultation with our public safety leadership, we have determined that a midnight curfew is necessary and appropriate to assist in maintaining public safety on this Spring Break weekend,’’ Hudak said in a statement. “We did not make this decision lightly, but it should not come as a surprise. We have been very clear about our intent to protect the public from the dangerous mayhem that has accompanied Spring Break crowds in recent years.”

The city is also prohibiting alcohol sales for off-premises consumption after 6 p.m.

People won’t be allowed outside south of 23rd Street from midnight to 6 a.m. Violators could be arrested, the city said. The curfew won’t apply to emergency services, delivery services, people going to and from work, and residents and hotel guests requiring access to their homes and hotels.

All others must leave commercial businesses before midnight, the city said, adding that “businesses within the curfew area shall close sufficiently in advance of the curfew in order to permit patrons to avoid violating the curfew.”

This marks the fourth consecutive year in which city officials have declared a curfew in South Beach during spring break in March. In each of the past two years, a midnight curfew was announced following a pair of shootings on jam-packed Ocean Drive. In 2021, the city imposed an 8 p.m. curfew.

This year’s announcement differed in that it came despite no shootings or other major incidents of violence occurring.

The 2024 curfew has been expected since last year. Last March, the City Commission voted to signal support for a curfew the following year. And in late January, commissioners again voted to express support for a curfew but left Hudak to hash out the details and make the final decision.

Months ago, in October, the city sent letters to business owners south of 23rd Street warning them that a curfew may be implemented during spring break.

“The curfew has been endorsed for a year now with clear communication to businesses about its possibility,” City Commissioner Alex Fernandez said in a statement. “Our safety measures have been active since March 1, intensified for the second weekend, and now further strengthened, as expected, for the historically dangerous third weekend.”

The third weekend in March, Fernandez added, “has traditionally been a powder keg and we will not wait for it to explode.”

A host of other aggressive measures have been in place last weekend and this weekend to try to deter the large crowds of college students and young adults who flock to Ocean Drive and the surrounding area.

Most public parking garages and lots in South Beach are closed entirely, with an exception for city residents and workers in the area, while a garage on 42nd Street is charging $100 for out-of-towners. Beach entrances on Ocean Drive are closing at 6 p.m. Sidewalk seating on the strip has been removed. Slingshots and other motorized vehicle rentals are banned. And police are out in force, including with license plate readers expected to cause backups on the eastbound Julia Tuttle and MacArthur causeways and a DUI checkpoint on Fifth Street.

On the city’s website announcing spring break measures , officials have warned visitors to “expect curfews, security searches and bag checks at beach access points, early beach entrance closures, DUI checkpoints, bumper-to-bumper traffic, road closures and arrests for drug possession and violence.”

Enforcing spring break curfews in South Beach has proven difficult in the past. In 2021, police drove people off Ocean Drive to enforce an 8 p.m. curfew that had been announced just hours earlier, but crowds migrated west into residential neighborhoods . The use of SWAT teams and pepper balls to disperse crowds drew criticism from Black community leaders , who have raised concerns about police treatment of Black spring break visitors.

City officials are hoping that announcing their intentions ahead of time will result in smaller crowds and no violent incidents this year. Last weekend, South Beach was relatively calm, and officials said there were no major incidents related to spring break. The city hoped to deter college students and young adults from visiting by commissioning a now-viral video announcing Miami Beach was “breaking up with spring break.”

This weekend was expected to bring larger crowds, based on recent history and the number of colleges on spring break across the country.

MIAMI – Authorities identified a man whose body was found in the Miami River near the Brickell Avenue bridge over the weekend.

According to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Trevonte C. Johnson, 23, of Coila, Mississippi, fell off of a chartered boat at around 3:30 p.m. Sunday.

“Several (people) jumped into the water from various vessels and locations in an attempt to rescue the victim, but were unsuccessful,” an FWC report states.

Officials said Miami Fire Rescue personnel recovered Johnson’s body from the bottom of the river.

“They subsequently provided CPR, but were unable to revive him,” the report states. “He was transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center.”

Johnson was with five other friends visiting South Florida from the Magnolia State, according to FWC. Authorities believe his fall was accidental.

The report states that it’s unclear whether alcohol was a factor.
