Yacht Charter Rijeka

Rijeka is the main commercial sea port and third largest city in Croatia. It lies at the head of the Kvarner Bay, on the eastern side of the Istrian peninsula; due North of Krk and Cres islands. It is a deep-water port and a major shipbuilding and maritime transport centre. A pleasing city with many points of interest and charming Hapsburg-era architecture, there are also a number of festivals held here in the summer if you are after a cultural fix.

Domestic and international train lines run from Zagreb, Trieste, Ljubljana, Vienna, Munich and Salzburg. Rijeka is also connected by catamaran to the islands of Cres, Lošinj, Pag, Rab, Unije, Susak, Ilovik. The nearest vehicle and passenger ferry is on the island of Krk which is connected to the mainland close to Rijeka. These ferries travel to Cres Island and Rab Island.
