Le superbe pont solaire dispose d’un grand bain de soleil en forme circulaire à l’avant et de plusieurs chaises longues à l’arrière, ainsi que d’un espace abrité pour prendre les repas, avec un bar complet.

Le pont passerelle est équipé de plus d’installations pour enchanter les invités : un espace de détente, une table à manger protégée pour 12 convives et un magnifique jacuzzi avec un jet de nage, pour garder la forme et se rafraîchir.

Le pont supérieur extérieur offre d’autres options pour prendre les repas et se divertir. Il est aménagé avec une grande table à manger et des canapés qui s’ouvrent sur la salle à vivre lumineuse du pont supérieur, elle-même équipée d’un piano électrique, d’une table de jeux ingénieuse faite sur-mesure et du salon d’observation aux vues panoramiques.

Le Beach Club du pont inférieur correspond à un salon décontracté. Il contient les équipements de sport-nautique et il permet d’accéder facilement à la mer et d’observer au plus près toute l’action sur l’eau.

Laissant découvrir une palette rafraîchissante de teintes marines, en harmonie avec l’utilisation du bois et de l’osier, le yacht BATON ROUGE possède des intérieurs spectaculaires, qu’il doit à Redman Whiteley Dixon, avec la caractéristique d’avoir de nombreux éléments personnalisés et innovants.

Conçus sur le thème des maisons de plage ultraélégantes, les espaces communs dégagent une ambiance fraiche et confortable, qui convient parfaitement à la détente et aux divertissements.

Dans la salle à vivre principale, le système de divertissements audiovisuels, Kaleidescape propose aux invités de la musique et des films à la demande. Votre location de yacht à bord du luxueux BATON ROUGE peut héberger jusqu’à 12 invités dans sept spacieuses cabines somptueuses, dont deux cabines VIP qui s’étendent sur trois niveaux du yacht.

La belle suite principale de 100m², située à l’avant du pont principal se compose de deux bureaux privés, d’un dressing avec une coiffeuse séparée, ainsi que d’une énorme salle de bains, avec douche à effet de pluie en verre dépoli et d’une baignoire en marbre bleu. L’immense fenêtre en forme de hublot offre une vision sur la mer à couper le souffle.

Les deux suites VIP se situent sur le pont supérieur, tandis que le pont inférieur accueille quatre cabines doubles, dont deux convertibles en cabines à lits jumeaux.

JOUETS NAUTIQUES & TENDERS

Les invités de croisières n’auront pas le temps de s’ennuyer à bord du yacht BATON ROUGE. La salle de gym bien équipée comprend un mur d’exercices Technogym, un banc de muscu avec des poids, un vélo stationnaire, un tapis roulant et des poids libres.

Martin Bouygues s'offre un yacht à 65 millions d’euros

L’empereur du BTP voulait garder l’info confidentielle. Las. Capital révèle que Martin Bouygues, patron du groupe de BTP, vient de prendre possession de son dernier joujou : un yacht de 62,5 mètres de long.

Ce samedi 25 septembre, dernier jour du Salon nautique de Monaco, la foule déambule sur le port Hercule, où flottent une centaine de yachts de luxe. A quelques encablures du quai Rainier-Ier, le «Baton Rouge» ne laisse pas indifférent. Avec ses six ponts et ses 62,5 mètres de long, ce yacht flambant neuf est l’un des cinq plus grands amarrés dans la principauté. Mais les curieux restent sur leur faim : impossible de connaître le nom du propriétaire.

Normal : le pacha n’est pas du genre à s’exhiber. Il s’appelle Martin Bouygues. Et pourtant, depuis qu’il a pris possession, début septembre, de ce monstre à 65 millions d’euros, l’empereur du BTP et des télécoms jubile. «Ces derniers mois, il était excité comme un gamin chaque fois qu’il partait suivre le chantier en Hollande», raconte un proche. Certes, depuis des lustres, l’amiral Martin avait pris l’habitude de louer un yacht l’été pour naviguer en famille. Mais posséder le sien, comme Bernard Arnault ou Vincent Bolloré, c’est devenu incontournable dans la panoplie du multimilliardaire.

Selon nos informations, le P-DG a commandé son bateau de plaisance il y a deux ans auprès d’Icon Yachts, un chantier installé à Harlingen, dans le nord des Pays-Bas. Jen Wartena, son directeur, refuse de confirmer. Pourtant, au mois de juin, ce sont bien Martin Bouygues et son épouse, Melissa, qui sont venus assister à la bénédiction du navire, donnée par un prêtre du coin.

Madame avait ensuite coupé le ruban rouge, avant de lancer un magnum de Moët & Chandon sur la coque. C’est à elle, il est vrai, que le yacht doit son nom : épouse Bouygues depuis juin 1982, l’Américaine Melissa Larguier est en effet née à Baton Rouge, capitale de la Louisiane, où elle exerçait le métier de mannequin.

Avec ce palace flottant, le couple a de quoi impressionner ses relations, à commencer par leur fidèle ami Nicolas Sarkozy, dont le dernier fils, Louis, est le filleul de Martin. Le design extérieur a été réalisé par une grosse pointure britannique, Tim Heywood, et l’aménagement intérieur par un cabinet londonien réputé, Redman Whiteley Dixon. Marbre, bois précieux, cuir, nickel brossé… Rien n’a été négligé pour personnaliser les luxueux salons et les sept cabines, pouvant accueillir douze passagers. Sur le pont principal, la suite des propriétaires, au style contemporain, fait 100 mètres carrés.

Quant aux autres ponts, ils sont assez vastes pour accueillir un solarium circulaire transformable en piste de danse, une piscine, un Jacuzzi et un bar. Bien entendu, le «Baton Rouge» a aussi sa salle de gym, son home cinéma et sa flottille d’annexes et de Jet-Ski. «Les coûts d’exploitation d’un tel yacht frisent les 6 millions d’euros par an», précise un professionnel. Martin Bouygues a donc prévu de le louer lorsqu’il ne navigue pas. La société spécialisée Burgess, installée à Monaco, le propose, à partir de l’été 2011, au prix de 455 000 euros la semaine.

Entre deux locations, les Bouygues pourront toujours rejoindre leur navire, quel que soit son lieu d’escale. Car Martin, décidément prodigue, vient aussi de commander au canadien Bombardier un Global Express. Ce jet haut de gamme, qui a également séduit Bernard Arnault et Vincent Bolloré, a l’avantage d’avoir un très long rayon d’action.

Le prix catalogue tourne autour de 46 millions de dollars, mais le grand patron aurait obtenu une importante ristourne pour ce jet qui devrait lui être livré au printemps 2011. L’avion d’affaires appartiendrait au château Montrose, la propriété viticole de saint-estèphe que Martin et son frère Olivier ont achetée à titre personnel pour 140 millions d’euros en 2007. Pratique pour acheminer des dizaines de caisses du cru classé lors des croisières.
