CAPE COD Yacht for Sale

CAPE COD is one of the finest Princess 88’s currently available for purchase and one of the last delivered by the shipyard. She is a powerful, agile and gracefully elegant pocket performance cruiser superyacht with many features borrowed from larger yacht models. At an economical cruising speed of 10 knots, she offers close to 2,000nm cruising range. With her twin MTU 2000 M96L, she will also comfortably reach 26 knots.

The interior styling and detailing are exceptional with the finest fabrics and finishes adopted throughout. She has been lightly used by her private owners whilst benefiting from a very energetic and detailed captain who has maintained and upgraded the yacht without compromise.

Her vast aft deck welcomes guests onboard. With comfortable U-shaped seating and teak folding table, it’s the perfect location to dine or relax under shade. There is also a cocktail bar with cool box, sink and storage. Twin transom gates lead to a bathing platform with electro-hydraulic raise-and-lower mechanism for easy access to the water. This swim platform features a foldaway ladder, hot and cold shower and stern docking control position.

Step through the sliding door into the main salon and dining area with seating for up to eight, finished with a timber-laid floor and inset rugs aft. The space is furnished with three sofas, two armchairs and an Hermès interior design color scheme. Forward to starboard is a sideboard unit with bottle and glass storage, refrigerator and drinks cupboard. Access to a day head, galley and wheelhouse can be found forward of the dining area.

CAPE COD offers accommodations for up to eight guests, including a full-beam master cabin, a forward VIP, a double and twin stateroom. Access to all guest cabins is via a beautiful, curved staircase with laser-cut leather accents into a central well-structured guest lobby. All have en-suite facilities as well as the latest AV and brand-new smart TVs. There is a further day head for guests on the main deck. Up to four crew are accommodated in a double captain’s cabin and an additional bunk cabin.

Above, CAPE COD’s sundeck/flybridge offers lounging, sunbathing, and dining and entertainment space. Aft, there are two sun loungers with sunpads and a recent sun awning for shade. Forward to port is a U-shaped seating area with teak table for up to eight. Opposite is a wet bar with Lavabrick barbecue, ice maker and top loading cool box. Moving forward is a centrally located flybridge help position with powered raise-and-lower console, with twin L-shaped seating, perfect for relaxing while underway. It is covered with a GRP hardtop with electric opening soft section over the dining area with great lighting throughout.

All her exterior spaces feature high quality sound thanks to an upgraded Fusion Stereo System. She has also recently had a completely new set of exterior seating and sunbed cushions and covers for all outdoor furniture.
