Jim Memet - proprietor of Tierra Verde Yacht Brokerage, Inc. is dedicated to providing only the very best professional service to buyers and sellers of quality pre-owned vessels.

Jimmy started his career in excavating mechanical equipment. In 1990, he began work at a shipyard doing everything from operating large vessels to doing many types of marine repairs. He's gone to school to become a diesel tech and is also a Regal Marine-certified delivery specialist. Being a high-performance boat enthusiast (and formerly Mercruiser Certified) has truly propelled Jimmy's marine sales career. He is a licensed broker and USCG 100 ton Master Captain. He also has a love of aviation and all things planes! When he isn't working, you can find him volunteering at his daughter's school or hanging out with his family!

About Tierra Verde Yacht Brokerage

Charlie started out commissioning yard for new boats in 1975 and is a former USCG licensed Master Mariner. He became one of the first (#266) licensed brokers in Florida.

As of recent, Charlie has semi-retired and you can find him on his 45' Cruiser Inc!
