Designed by Rémi Tessier, the interior of the Moonrise yacht is nothing short of luxurious. Rémi Tessier, known for his elegant and minimalist designs, has worked on the interiors of 26 other superyachts.

The Moonrise can comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests within eight extravagant staterooms. Additional accommodations are available for up to 32 crew members. The specifics of the yacht’s interior are undisclosed, but with Tessier’s reputation for quality, they are undoubtedly lavish.

Moonrise Yacht Specifications

The Moonrise yacht has a length overall of 99.95 meters (328 ft). Her beam is a broad 15.5 meters (50.9 ft), and she has a gross tonnage of 3945.0 GT. She runs on two MTU diesel engines that give her a top speed of 19.5 knots and a cruising speed of 16 knots. The yacht’s hull is made of steel, with a superstructure of aluminium, and decks of teak.

The exterior of Moonrise was collaboratively designed by Rémi Tessier and Studio De Voogt, a pair known for their seamless integration of elegance and innovation. The yacht is one of the 33 motor yachts in the 90-100m range, and its speed and volume are both above average for yachts of similar size.

Currently sailing under the flag of the Cayman Islands, a popular flag state for superyachts, Moonrise has been actively cruising. She was most recently spotted near Sint Maarten.

Superyachts in Gustavia Harbor, St. Barths

The port of Gustavia in St. Barths is getting crowded this holiday season as the legendary superyacht showdown begins. The season started early, with the wealthiest men in the world and their celebrity friends (Jennifer Lopez, Heidi Klum) anchored outside of Gustavia and neighboring St. Maarten and Antigua. Many will stay through Christmas, taking glamorous day trips to nearby islands, and then party with the traditional fireworks show above St. Barths Fort Oscar on New Year's Eve.

Jonny Dodge, CEO and Founder of My Ocean , handling superyacht sales, charters and management, says, "More billionaires congregate on this tiny rock in the Caribbean than anywhere else in the world at once. Last year, we went to the UNICEF Gala with clients at a $300,000 table, followed by an after-party on the billionaire owner of superyacht VAVA II . There are more celebrities than you can count in St. Barths, and it's really like they picked up St Tropez and transported to the Caribbean."

New this year, Bagatelle Group opened their second St. Barts location, iTA , a disco-jungle themed restaurant and bar located in Gustavia overlooking the harbor, and the famed Le Ti cabaret club, open since 1995, was recently purchased and reopened under new ownership.

Superyachts in the area for the holidays will send their guests in via tender to numerous exclusive parties and host their own private celebrations on board. Among the high-profile New Year's Eve events this year, Gala One from AAB Productions threw one of the most exclusive parties on the island prior to New Years Eve at the famed Eden Rock. With performances by Bebe Rexha and Saweetie, as well as a thrilling live auction, the evening benefitted several charities dedicated to protecting children, biodiversity and the waters and lands of the Caribbean.

A new star has been born into the Feadship firmament with the launch of the 99.95 metre Moonrise , the largest superyacht by waterline length built in the Netherlands to date. Unveiled by the Feadship yard in Makkum, she successfully marries sleek sensual lines with a modern masculine profile. In addition to her imposing length, Moonrise has a very impressive volume thanks to a 15.50-metre beam. This has generated some fabulous interior space for sixteen people in eight staterooms. There are also exceptionally high-end crew accommodations for up to 32 crew, which are bathed in natural light and designed to ensure a premium standard for those living and working on the yacht. Feadship has taken one giant leap with the launch of its latest megayacht , Moonrise . Unveiled on February 7 , the epic 328-foot vessel is now the biggest to be built by the Dutch shipyard and boasts a ton of star power.

Designed by Studio De Voogt , Moonrise marries sleek lines with a modern masculine profile. She features a striking vertical bow, an elegant grey hull with a glass-clad superstructure and expansive hull windows that reinforce the modern feel of the vessel.

The naval architecture has been optimized to provide maximum levels of comfort and efficiency: Her propeller and appendages have been designed to ensure minimum noise levels, while a streamlined hull and Quantum stabilizers allow her to cut through the seas with ease. Powered by twin MTU engines, Moonrise has a top speed of 19.5 knots and her cruising speed is 16 knots.

Thanks to her impressive length and 50-foot beam, Moonrise boasts a generous interior. Penned by Rémi Tessier Design , the “sophisticated yet minimalistic” space features high ceilings, flush decks and eight oversized staterooms to accommodate up to 16 people. The luxurious crew quarters can fit up to 32 staff and promise a premium standard of living for those working on the yacht. Of course, she’s also fitted with all the luxury amenities one would expect, including a helipad on the foredeck, a large beach club aft and top-notch gym and wellness areas.

Like every new Feadship vessel, Moonrise champions sustainability: Exhaust gas treatment has been fitted to the main engines, while a heat recovery system installed on the generators allows the jacuzzi water to be warmed up using far less electrical power.

Over the past 70 years, Feadship has been credited with dozens of launches and has grown into an undeniable superyacht powerhouse. Last year, the shipyard launched the 253-foot Syzygy 818 , the 190-foot Najiba and the 305-foot Lady S . And the latest star, Moonrise , with its incredible 328 feet, will clearly carry on that legacy.

After completing sea trials in the North Sea, 99.95m/327.9ft luxury yacht MOONRISE has been successfully delivered to her Owner.

She was first seen in early February at the Makkum facility before she was launched in March, when the world got to see her sleek and strong profile from De Voogt . An abundance of glazing creates continual bands around each deck, while the exteriors are flush to provide uninterrupted views from within. There is an outdoor gym and wellness centre, a generous beach club, and a helipad on the foredeck.

The interiors by  Rémi Tessier Design are cavernous thanks to high ceilings throughout and a beam of 15.5m/50.8ft, and the light-filled interiors include eight en-suite cabins to sleep up to 16 guests. The crew accommodation is also fitted to premium quality and accommodates up to 32 crew and staff.

The engineering has taken into account sustainability and efficiency, and the Jacuzzi uses less electrical power due to the heat recovery system. The Dynamic Positioning System (DPS) that keeps MOONRISE in place without dropping anchor is ECO certified, and the propeller is designed with as little noise emission as possible while in use. The twin MTU engines give a top speed of 19.5 knots and a cruising speed of 16 knots.

Feadship's 99.95m (328ft) luxury yacht MOONRISE has been handed over to her Owners and is currently undertaking her maiden voyage to the Mediterranean . 

Showing off sleek lines and sharp angles, Feadship's latest superyacht MOONRISE has been captured on her maiden voyage en route towards the Mediterranean, with Gibraltar as her first port of call. 

It comes after the motor yacht made waves when she first hit the water on February 7 as Project 1008.

The yacht's exterior styling was penned by de Voogt, and it's made quite the buzz in the yachting industry. Her interiors are yet to be seen, but it's known they come from the drawing boards of Remi Tessier and they are expected to be contemporary and minimal. 

The 4400 GT yacht is the Dutch yard's second-largest megayacht in terms of gross tonnage.

Her high-volume decks play host to a spacious beach club, a sundeck dip pool, and huge windows that allow in plenty of light and air. She also features a foredeck helipad. 

The yacht's exterior styling was penned by de Voogt, and it's made quite the buzz in the yachting industry.

Megayacht MOONRISE marks the second Feadship delivery of 2020 so far, following in the footsteps of 75m (246')  charter yacht ARROW . This elegant superyacht is currently turning heads around the coastlines of Capri . 

The yard has been busy recently, with 73m (239') motor yacht PODIUM  currently on sea trials and also expected to be delivered presently. 

It is not yet known whether M/Y MOONRISE will become available for private luxury yacht charters .

Feadship launches the 99.95 meters Moonrise

Moonrise is the largest superyacht by waterline length built in the Netherlands to date. Just off the Feadship yard in Makkum, designed by Studio De Voogt.

Moonrise is impressive not only for its length but also for its volume, given by a beam of 15.50 meters . So much so that the interior space guarantees the possibility of accommodating 16 guests in the 8 cabins available . In addition, the crew quarters can accommodate up to 32 people.

Noteworthy, outside, the superstructure entirely covered in glass, the helipad on the foredeck and the large beach club aft, complete with gym and wellness areas. The interiors create a welcoming but minimalist environment, in the style of Rémi Tessier Design .

The twin MTU engines allow Moonrise to reach a top speed of 19.5 knots , and its cruising speed is 16 knots.

Great attention is paid to the environment , through the treatment of the exhaust gases of the main engines, and the cleanliness of the generator exhaust gases, thanks to a solution developed by Feadship already implemented for years on all models. A heat recovery system installed on the generators allows heating the water of the jacuzzi, saving electricity . An ECO certified system for dynamic positioning facilitates the use of the generator with maximum energy saving.

Watch: Feadship Superyacht Moonrise Spotted in Gibraltar

The 99.95 metre  Feadship Moonrise has been spotted in Gibraltar weeks after she was handed over to her owner.

The yacht was delivered following successful sea trials in the North Sea and hit the water for the first time back in March.

Unveiled at the Makkum yard on February 7,  Moonrise  sports exterior design penned by  Studio De Voogt . Key features include “sleek, sensual lines” with a “modern masculine profile,” according to the yard.

Other exterior details include a superstructure clad in glass, a helipad on the foredeck and a large beach club aft, complete with a gym and wellness area.

High ceilings are present inside and out, while  Moonrise  also features striking flush decks.

The interior by  Rémi Tessier Design  has been described as “instantly welcoming” by the yard, providing accommodation for 16 guests in eight staterooms.

The “high end crew accommodation” is illuminated by natural light and offers a “premium standard” for all 32 staff living and working on the yacht.

Moonrise  features a 15.5 metre beam and is powered by a pair of MTU engines for a top speed of 19.5 knots and cruising speed of 16 knots.

Sustainability has been championed throughout the built, with a heat recovery system allowing _Moonrise’s_jacuzzi water to be warmed using less electrical power.

Elsewhere,  Moonrise  an ECO-certified system for dynamic position and a propeller designed to provide minimum noise levels underway.

Feadship Launches 100m Superyacht Moonrise

This morning marked monumental news for the world’s largest superyacht fleet, as Feadship launched their highly anticipated Project 1008 – now known as Moonrise . 100M Moonrise was spotted leaving Feadship’s Makkum facility early this morning, marking a momentous occasion in more ways than one as she represents the largest superyacht by waterline length built in the Netherlands to date.

The latest jewel in the Feadship crown, the launch of Moonrise marks the second remarkable entry into the world Top 100 this year, following Lurssen’s launch of Project Hawaii a few weeks back. The last we heard from this exciting project was in August  last year, when the hull was spotted leaving the Slob shipyard for Feadship’s Makkum facility.

Today the world was afforded a glimpse of her dashing completed profile, which successfully marries sleek, elegant lines with a masculine appeal. Studio De Voogt on the exterior design have befitted Moonrise with the fine details and features befitting of a superyacht of this stature, complete with long hull windows, a striking vertical bow and a superstructure entirely composed of glass. A helipad on the foredeck and spacious beach club aft, complete with gym and wellness areas, complete the luxurious appeal of Feadship’s latest flagship.

Interior, remarkable accommodation for up to 32 crew ensures a stay in unparalleled luxury for guests onboard Moonrise. Meanwhile, painstaking efforts have been taken to ensure minimal noise while cruising – even by Feadship’s notably conscientious standards. On the same strand, there is no shortage of technological and design innovation to be found in the build. Examples of such include her exhaust gas treatment on the main engines, or heat recovery system on generators allowing for Jacuzzi water to be heated using significantly less power.

Moonrise is a Feadship in the most classic sense, and by the same token a superyacht unlike any other.
