Most expenses are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA), a fund that is added on top of the charter price. The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption). You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled). The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.">Price Terms: Plus Expenses

SEA AXIS Yacht for Sale

Not for sale or charter to U.S. residents while in U.S. waters.

Heesen launched its 125-foot (38.1m) motor yacht SEA AXIS in 1986. An exceptional example of Dutch craftsmanship, this Frank Mulder-designed, pedigreed traditional-style motor yacht boasts clean, classic lines. She has benefitted from multiple refits, updates and upgrades throughout her life. Some of the many upgrades to SEA AXIS over the years include extended decks, completely revamped interior spaces, new paint, generator and engine overhauls, new stainless throughout, new carpeting, lighting, watermakers, hot water heaters, updated AV equipment, a rebuilt sundeck with a new bar, Jacuzzi and outdoor cinema, the constant maintenance and servicing of various systems and more. The yacht also completed a five-year ABS survey. Her condition is immaculate, as the owner employs an excellent crew.

The interior spaces of SEA AXIS are pristine. The yacht’s main salon is outfitted with rich woods, stunning white furnishings and bold accent pieces that create a cohesive and comfortable space with a welcoming atmosphere. The main deck layout provides abundant space and a natural flow that is ideally suited for entertaining. The skylounge aboard SEA AXIS will provide guests with incredible views. Here, guests will enjoy an entertainment area and an office space. Teak flooring and large doors that open to the bridge deck aft blur the lines between indoor and alfresco living.

Five sumptuous staterooms welcome up to 12 guests aboard SEA AXIS. The yacht features a main-deck master stateroom with a king-size bed and a beautifully styled en-suite bathroom with teak floors, granite stonework and a his-and-hers floor-to-ceiling glass shower. Two VIP staterooms and one twin stateroom with a Pullman are located amidship in the lower deck. A private staircase aft in the main salon accesses the additional twin stateroom. All guest accommodations feature en-suite bathrooms with the same exceptional finishings as the master. SEA AXIS has the ability to carry eight crew.

The on-deck areas of SEA AXIS are truly inspiring. The yacht’s main-deck aft extension allows for more space to include a shaded alfresco dining table for 12. SEA AXIS has full walk-around decks, ensuring both guests and crew can easily move about the yacht. From the main deck, a stainless spiral staircase allows guests to access the expanded bridge deck, which houses a large crane and tender, but when the tender is deployed, the space can be used for lounging in the sun or entertaining. The sundeck of SEA AXIS is truly a favorite space for all who come aboard. It offers both sunny and shaded spaces, abundant seating, a massive wet bar, a Jacuzzi surrounded by large sunpads and 360-degree views. In the evenings, the sundeck can be transformed into an onboard cinema for an alfresco movie viewing experience unlike any other.

  • Charter program in place has generated over $1,300,000 in gross revenues since December 2020
  • Significant refit under current owner

  • Accommodations for 12 include an on-deck master and four additional lower cabins

River Cruise on Luxurious Radisson Boat

Equipped with ice-breaking technology, these huge fancy yachts are the only river cruisers running all year around. The round trip journey takes two and a half hours and floats past all the big sights like the White House, Novodevichy monastery and the Kremlin. There’s a large open air observation deck up top, while the main body of the ship houses a restaurant with a dance floor for a romantic post dinner dance. For a particularly romantic experience take one of the evening boats and admire the bright lights of the city skyline at night.

The most relaxing and picturesque tour that Moscow can offer: a great way to see the city center and its main attractions. This is a perfect alternative to exploring the city by car, if you only have time to do sightseeing during weekday rush hours.

Your English-speaking guide is eager to share every bit of their knowledge about the surrounding landscape, the architecture and historical details.

We conduct Moscow river tour on Radisson Flotilla boats all year around!  It’s warm inside during winter months, while there’s air conditioning during hot summer days. You may also treat yourself to drinks, lunch or dinner on board (drinks and food are not included in tour price).

Ratings and reviews, location and contact.

Pleasantly surprised, service is good so is the food. Great selection of Fusion food, a mixture of Italian, Japanese, European, Asian etc. A pleasantly nice dining experience, highly recommended, a must try!

Thank you for your feedback and invite you to have lunch or dinner again aboard the ship in an atmosphere of high standards of yacht hospitality.

everything was perfect - the food, the service, the desserts were the best, nice atmosphere and the location - magical

Best food, best view in Moscow. absolutely faultless from arrival to finish. Best risotto i had for many years absolutely perfectly cooked. The view on Ukrainian hotel and the white house by night is amazing

Had to wait for the food for 1.5 hours and then another 20 minutes for the check. Finally called for the manager and he offered... a 10% discount as a compensation. Simply pathetic! The food is mediocre at best. Not bad per se, but one... would expect something better considering the prices. There are many places to eat in area that are much better. Avoid this one at all costs. Hello, Alexander Your comment is extremely important for us, thank you a lot for it. We are terribly sorry for your time that you`ve spent waiting your order and we have already taken actions to improve quality of our service and it would be realy... More

Food is very expensive, very pretentious, doesn't worth that money. Portions are very small. We ordered ravioli and there were 4! Four raviolis! For almost 15 euros. Then we asked to bring us dessert menu but nothing, they didn't even bothered, so we payed and left... without dessert. Very poor service for that price. More

This is a very good restaurant. The food is really good, maybe the best in Moscow. The service is also good. The view from the restaurant is great. The prices are very high.

I often visit this restaurant and must say it’s one of the best in Moscow in terms of quality and service. Staff really try hard to make sure that you are happy and satisfied. Customer service is a huge problem in Moscow but Chaika sets... a great example for others in the industry! Food is delicious and the menu has lots of options for everyone! Atmosphere is great and view is beautiful on the embankment. Special thanks to German & Oleg! More

Thank you for your feedback! Again aboard the yacht restaurant "Chaika" in accordance with the high standards of yacht hospitality.

Highly recommended, great location in the city center of Moscow with a superb atmosphere. Too many menu choices, though all delicious!

Thx a lot for your review! We are looking forward to see you in our restaurants.

Visited this lovely restaurant with a friend of mine. It was relaxingly warm August evening - so the place on the river seemed like a good idea. We came quite early and the restaurant was not full. The hostesses kindly offered several places to sit... and we chose to sit on the sofas. We had some wine, which was good. We struggled a bit when deciding about the food as few options (scallops) were not available. Fish on ice on display did not look very fresh. To be honest it was an unusually hot August and it is probably understandable that some see food options were not available. However, we did manage to order something and sat waiting and looking onto the river. My long-legged friend struggled sitting at the low sofa and the manager noticed that, offering as a very good, proper table beside the open window. It was nice touch and I was very pleased by their polite observations and immediate reaction to solve the problem. Food was quite good and presentation was perfect. Perhaps I can something about the food, but 1 visit is not enough to criticize or make a definitive opinion. Overall, quality place, which of course, does not come cheap. I would recommend this restaurant without hesitation. More

Good afternoon! Thank you for your detailed feedback! We are looking forward to seeing you again, we are sure that you will be delighted with our dishes!

I've been here several times during two business trip in Moscow. The overall quality for both service and food is absolutely top-notch, plus the location is very unique.

Hello! Thank you for your feedback! We are looking forward to visiting again!

Located on a boat at Krasnopresenskaya River Bank this 5 Star Restaurant transforms into a party location due to multiple groups hosting events. Impressive wine selection, Asian and European kitchen...

Good location. Nice views. Good choice of food and drinks. European and Asian menu. Nice service. Pricey enough.

Had a large group dinner here. Food was above average and service quite good. The real attraction is the view of Moscow from the river on a nice night. Great place for a larger group dinner. More

Middle East latest: Netanyahu must go, says top Democrat and highest ranking Jewish official in US

The US senate majority leader launches a major attack on Benjamin Netanyahu, saying the Israeli leader must go. The UN, meanwhile, hits out at Israel after a strike on a food distribution centres - and the EU's aid chief says parts of Gaza are already suffering famine.

The European Union's top humanitarian aid official says Israel has not provided any evidence to back its accusations against staff from the UN Palestinian refugee agency, UNRWA.

Israel alleged 12 members of the agency, which provides aid and services, were involved in Hamas's 7 October attacks, prompting donors to pause UNRWA funding.

Janez Lenarci, head of humanitarian aid and crisis management at the European Commission, said he nor anyone else at the commission, nor any other donors, had been presented with evidence by Israel.

"Even if those allegations, at the end of the day, prove to be true, that doesn't mean that UNRWA is the perpetrator," he said.

In that case, Mr Lenarcic said individual accountability would be in order rather than summary justice - and the "irreplaceable" agency would be asked to clean up and carry on.

"UNRWA has of course a critical role to play here because it has unmatched infrastructure, warehouses, shelters, logistical capacities."

He said the agency had reacted to the allegations "properly, immediately, effectively" with an investigation and review.

Benjamin Netanyahu's Likud party has rejected a call for the prime minister to go by one of America's most senior politicians.

US Senate majority leader Chuck Schumer said the Israeli prime minister had "lost his way" and called for new elections, adding the Israeli people were "stifled right now by a governing vision that is stuck in the past".

In response to the Democrat's speech, the Likud Party said Israel was "not a banana republic".

"Contrary to Schumer's words, the Israeli public supports a total victory over Hamas, rejects any international dictates to establish a Palestinian terrorist state, and opposes the return of the Palestinian Authority to Gaza," the Likud statement said.

"Senator Schumer is expected to respect Israel's elected government and not undermine it. This is always true, and even more so in wartime."

By Mark Stone, US correspondent

The first reaction has come in on the comments made by the majority leader of the US Senate, Chuck Schumer (see 15.06pm post).

Israel's ambassador to the US, Michael Herzog (who is the Israeli president's brother), tweeted:

Blunt language, given it came from a diplomat.

The White House has commented too.

The spokesman of the National Security Council, Admiral John Kirby, said the White House had been given advance notice Mr Schumer would make the comments.

"He did give our team advance notice... we did have advance notice that he was going to deliver those remarks," Admiral Kirby said, adding: "This wasn't about approval, or disapproval or editing in any way.

"We fully respect his right to make those remarks and to decide for himself what he's going to say on the Senate floor. He obviously feels strongly about this. We understand and respect that.

"We're going to stay focused on making sure that Israel has what it needs to defend itself while doing everything that they can to avoid civilian casualties."

The White House has called for a swift investigation into an Israeli airstrike on a UN food distribution facility in Gaza.

Israel said the strike killed a Hamas commander, while the Hamas-run Gaza health ministry said it killed four more people including a UN worker and wounded another 22.

The UN has also denounced the strike (see 9.03am post).

White House national security spokesperson John Kirby told reporters the US is very concerned about the strike and called for a swift investigation by the Israelis into exactly what happened.

Chuck Schumer's strong criticism of Benjamin Netanyahu and his call for the Israeli prime minister to go is a "significant development" in the Israel-Hamas conflict, a former US ambassador has said.

The Senate majority leader said Mr Netanyahu has "lost his way" in the war in Gaza and said "Israel cannot survive if it becomes a pariah" (see 3.06pm post)

Patrick Gaspard, who served as US ambassador to South Africa under Barack Obama, tweeted to say the speech was a "major shift that should lead to immediate review of unconditional weapons support that pours from US to Netanyahu govt every 36 hours."

Alistair Bunkall, Sky News' Middle East correspondent, said: "Although Chuck Schumer is not a member of the White House administration, he is a senior politician, but I suppose he's gone a lot further than the White House has done.

"But the idea that US politicians, certainly on the Democratic Party side of things, are unhappy with Netanyahu, is something that has been growing in recent weeks."

However, Mark Stone, Sky News' US correspondent, said that even if Mr Netanyahu were to move on "there's no suggestion that the way the war is being prosecuted would change much."

He said the IDF was "the most popular institution in Israel" and that other leaders "while perhaps slightly more moderate than Netanyahu has been, would broadly prosecute the same war."

He added: "What they may differ on is the way after, and they may find that they are less beholden to the far right of Israel's government as well."

The US has imposed sanctions on a group of three extremist Israeli West Bank settlers who are accused of harassing and attacking Palestinians in an attempt to pressure them to leave their land.

The US State Department announced its sanctions would block the men and their outposts from using the US financial system and bar American citizens from dealing with them.

State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said "there is no justification for extremist violence against civilians or forcing families from their homes, whatever their national origin, ethnicity, race, or religion."

Last month Joe Biden issued an executive order targeting Israeli settlers in the West Bank who have been accused of attacking Palestinians and Israeli peace activists in the occupied territory.

So far nine people and their properties have been sanctioned under the executive order, according to Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control database.

One of the most senior figures in US politics has said Israel's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has "lost his way" in the war in Gaza and urged Israel to make "significant course corrections" to achieve lasting peace with the Palestinians.

Chuck Schumer, the most senior Jewish politician in the US, will strongly criticise the Israeli leader in a speech on the Senate floor, the Associated Press reported after having seen his prepared remarks.

"Israel cannot survive if it becomes a pariah state," the Senate majority leader will say.

Mr Netanyahu "has put himself in coalition with far-right extremists" and "has been too willing to tolerate the civilian toll in Gaza", he will say.

The intervention will be seen as a significant one.

Mr Schumer has so far positioned himself as a strong ally of the Israeli government, visiting the country days after the brutal 7 October attack by Hamas and giving a lengthy speech on the Senate floor in December decrying "brazen and widespread antisemitism the likes of which we haven’t seen in generations in this country, if ever".

But he will say the "Israeli people are being stifled right now by a governing vision that is stuck in the past."

Mr Schumer will say Mr Netanyahu, who has long opposed Palestinian statehood, is one of several obstacles in the way of the two-state solution pushed by the US, before going on to blame right-wing Israelis, Hamas and Palestinian Authority President Mahmoud Abbas.

Until they are removed from the equation "there will never be peace in Israel and Gaza and the West Bank," he will say.

He will add that while the US cannot dictate the outcome of an election in Israel, "a new election is the only way to allow for a healthy and open decision-making process about the future of Israel, at a time when so many Israelis have lost their confidence in the vision and direction of their government."

In response, Israel's ambassador to the US, Michael Herzog, said such criticism was "unhelpful" and "counterproductive to our common goals".

Displaced Palestinians in Rafah have staged a protest about the ongoing lack of food in Gaza, banging spoons on empty plates as they gathered under the slogan "without food in Ramadan".

A man has been stabbed and critically wounded in a militant attack at a highway rest stop in southern Israel, Israeli police said.

Police said the attacker was subdued, but did not provide information on his condition or identity.

It came amid heightened tensions between Israelis and Palestinians during the Islamic holy month of Ramadan, which began this week.

Hamas has called on Palestinians to attack Israelis during the holy month and yesterday a Palestinian stabbed two security forces at a checkpoint south of Jerusalem before being shot and killed.

Yemen's Houthi rebels claim to have a new, hypersonic missile in their arsenal, Russia's state media is reporting, without providing evidence.

RIA Novosti cited an unnamed military official close to the Houthis as saying a missile that travels eight times the speed of sound has been successfully tested and the Houthis intend to begin manufacturing it for attacks in the Red Sea, Gulf of Aden and Israel.

A hypersonic missile could pose a more formidable challenge to the air defence systems deployed by US and European warships, and those in Israel, which have so far been largely successful in attempts to intercept rockets and drones.

The Houthis have for weeks hinted about "surprises" they plan to bring to their attacks off Yemen's coastline.

Leader Abdul Malik al-Houthi boasted about the rebels' weapons efforts in February: "We have surprises that the enemies do not expect at all."

Then a week ago he said: "What is coming is greater."

The Houthis have attacked ships in the Red Sea it deems affiliated with Israel and its allies since November, saying they want to force Israel to end the war in Gaza.
