However, with most large catamarans and boats in Tenerife you can expect to find up to 190+ other people on board which can be a bit of a squeeze let's be honest. With our Tenerife Catamaran the capacity is significantly lower (around 70 passengers). There's plenty of space to move around and watch the wildlife.

Friendly cetaceans populate the natural reserve between Tenerife and La Gomera so they appear very frequently close to the coast. This makes it possible for tourists to go an a boat trip and have an unforgettable experience.

DESCRIPTION

Trip explanation, so first of all we have to say that the catamaran tenerife is one of the best boats on the island. it departs from ” puerto colon ”  the main harbour in the south..

At the beginning of the trip the boat leaves the dock and travels a couple of kilometers away from the shore. Here it is very easy to spot pilot whales and dolphins happy and free in their natural environment. The Canarian government protects and preserves their habitat with strict laws.

After this amazing experience with the catamaran Tenerife we head to the coast. Then we stop close to the waterfront for approximately 1 hour. During this time you can have a swim, relax and eat. In case of the 3 hours trip the place where we have the break is Playa Diego Hernandez; this is a fantastic beach in the area of La Caleta, Costa Adeje. For the 4,5 hours excursion the location is the Masca Bay; from this spot you can perfectly contemplate the majestic cliffs of Los Gigantes.

Once we have anchored the boat near shore we provide you with food and drinks. for the short trip you get sandwiches, whereas for long one we offer rice with chicken and tomato salad. as drinks we have water, beer, wine and soft drinks. at this point of the excursion with the catamaran Tenerife you can jump into the pristine water!

Finally when we are sure everyone has fully enjoyed the break we leave and get back to the harbour. After the excursion we bring you back to your accommodation. Of course we take you to the same pick-up point where we collected you. To sum up the catamaran Tenerife is definitely one of the best trips you can do when visiting the island!

The catamaran Tenerife offers a VIP Sunbed zone. Sunbeds are not icluded in the price, it is possible to book and pay for them during the boarding.

This is the amount you pay to reserve your private Abrazo charter. The deposit, in this case, is a portion of the total amount to be paid and therefore will not be returned after the activity.

The remaining amount to be paid is noted as Arrival. You will pay this on the day during boarding the Abrazo Catamaran. This can be done in cash or via card unless your ticket states otherwise.

Your paid down payment, and the amount to be paid on arriving, will be listed on your E-ticket that you will receive after you place your order.

Abrazo catamaran charter Tenerife

• Do not forget your Club Canary ticket. You can have it on your phone or printed out.
• To make a reservation you only pay a down payment. When we have received the down payment we will book your preferred date.
• Make sure you carry some cash and a credit card with you, as the tour requires final payment before it begins.
• If you want to travel with the private catamaran to Los Gigantes and Masca you have to rent the boat for at least 5 hours.
• Bring for this boat excursion: sunscreen, sunglasses, camera, swimwear.
• The crew of this boat speaks several languages.
• A maximum of 11 participants can board the Abrazo catamaran.
• On the boat, there are sunbathing spots and sitting areas in the shade.
• Please note that due to lack of space, wheelchairs are not allowed onboard.
• You will be asked to take your shoes off. Shoes and flip-flops will remain stored until the boat’s return to the port.
• Try to not eat anything 2 hours before departure.
• It is advisable to take a travel sickness tablet 30 minutes before departure.
• Smoking is allowed only at the back of the boat.

• You should attend at least 15 minutes before departure time.
• The guide will pick you up in front of the gate, and then escort you to the boat.
• There are spacious parking areas in the port of puerto colón. The hourly rate is approximately 1.20€.
• Open the location on google maps , find here the departure location and the office of Club Canary.
• If you come to the departure point by yourself and want to use the drop-off service afterwards, indicate it on the order note.

Abrazo charter policy

• The private Tenerife catamaran trip requires good weather. If it’s cancelled due to hazardous weather conditions, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
• You may cancel or reschedule the private boat trip for free up to 8 days in advance. Send us your request by email: [email protected]. 
• PLEASE NOTE: Abrazo charter bookings cancelled less than 72 hours prior to departure time are subject to an additional penalty of 300€ in addition to the deposit paid. This is to compensate for the preparations for your trip and the staff already hired. This rule will also be stated on your E-ticket.
• Should you not show up for any reason, and you have not contacted us regarding this (at least 5 hours before departure time). Then you will lose the deposit paid and get a fine of 600€. This is because the crew and prepared food for you is already arranged and waiting for you.
• If you get sick or want to end the trip earlier, you won’t get refunded.
• Should you be late on the day of your boat trip, it will be deducted from your hired time. Should the boat leave late (which is not your fault), the lost time will be added to your trip.
• Should you come with less or more persons than indicated. Contact us up to 12 hours before the departure time. You will then either get a refund of the extra amount paid or we will send you a payment link to settle the deposit for the extra people.
• Allergies and important food wishes have to be passed on to us in the order note.
