Whether you are looking for a captain whose more old school, or a captain who knows all the local knowledge about “millionaires row”, we’ve got you covered! Each and every one of our captains has a masters license ranging from 25 tons to unlimited tonnage, qualifying them to drive not just our pontoon boats, but mega luxury yachts! Our captains are personable, knowledgeable, some bilingual, and have tons of experience navigating through the beautiful Fort Lauderdale waterways! 

Our Pontoon Boat has a max capacity of 10 people or 1,600 lbs.   Our Sea Ray Mini Yacht has a max capacity of 12 people or 2,300 lbs.

BYOB and food. We provide a cooler with ice and waters. We also have a great sound system on board with a Bluetooth feature so you can take over DJ responsibilities if you wish.

All Boat Party Fort Lauderdale cruises are piloted by our USCG certified Master Captain.

There is a bathroom onboard the Sea Ray mini yacht but there is not a bathroom onboard the pontoon. We recommend all passengers use the restroom prior to the departure time. If passengers on the pontoon boat need to use the restroom during the cruise we will accommodate by docking at a local restaurant.

We took the boat out to celebrate our mom's 60th birthday. There were 18 of us, including lots of small children but the boat had plenty of room to accommodate us. They were very patient when we were running a little late and had trouble with parking, and also dealing with all our requests. We would definitely rent this boat again.

Dean was on-time, brought us to the best spots, and was very helpful with restaurant recommendations (all of which were excellent). Boat was comfy, luxurious, and speedy - just what we wanted. Will definitely be going out again with Dean.

We had the greatest time ever. Captain Lloyd and crew were great. We had 11 guests and there was plenty room for everyone to sit comfortably. A cooler with ice and water was complimentary. What Safety Practices Are In Place?

The team at Anchor places  safety as one of our highest priorities . In fact, we instruct our captains to keep safety at the top of their concerns while out on the water. This means they may be limited in what they can do for you based on the safety of the situation. Essentially, they will do what they can to keep you safe. 

Besides this, we ensure each ride is safe. This includes watching out for things like occupancy limits and the weather. We also follow all relevant boating laws. 

What If the Weather Is Bad?

In many cases, bad weather in Fort Lauderdale blows over pretty quickly. You can simply wait for the weather to pass and still get the most out of your boat rental. 

If the weather doesn’t pass and we determine that you cannot take out the yacht for the day, your rental will be canceled. If this happens, we’ll issue you a voucher for the value of the experience you booked. You can use this voucher to book a similar experience within 365 days of the experience you initially planned.

We rented 4 jet skis. Our kids, all 18+, had a great time. The hour that we booked was enough time in their opinion. There was a little mishap with one of the jet skis having a bad sensor for gas which interrupted some fun while one person piggybacked the jet ski back to the dock, and the others stayed with the down jet ski., but they did what they could to make up for the time. We did have to push a little bit so that they could all be together because who wants to take their additional time all alone? But it all worked out well in the end and the people who worked there were very nice. We would use them again in the future.

One star review based on customer service. We had a 3:00 reservation for the hour-long dolphin tour with a guide. When we checked in, we were told there was a recent accident involving two of their jet skis. I overheard the supervisor talking on his phone telling the other person on the line the involved parties had been erratically driving and he thought to say something to them, but figured they would stop ... Anyway, they said our reservation was now cancelled due to limited guide availability while they sorted this out, but that the 4:00 tour was still on track. We drove two hours to be here so we asked about joining that tour... Sorry you had to already be booked on it. Our only option was to come back tomorrow . We asked if we could just rent skis to drive around. Sorry, they only have enough now for the 4:00 PM unless we wanted to go out at 5:00, but they close at 6:00 and the tide goes out at 5:30 We asked for a refund and were told that we would have to call in for it at the office as that decision was out of their hands. It was not a good experience. As we were walking out, we heard one employee tell another that they had too many people out on the water right now and this is always a problem. It makes you wonder if the prioritize profit over safety?

Money hungry thieves who randomly charge your credit card extra money without authorization because in the few days between cancellation and rescheduling, they decided to raise the price. We managed to get that $54 refunded but it is going to be a war to get the $327 returned as we refuse to do business with them and use our store credit. They won't give refunds and I was happy to reschedule as our guests weren't feeling well that day but after they fraudulently charged my card, we are not renting from them. They don't return phone calls and actually hung up on my husband. As for John W's pathetic answer, I did not "lose my mind" over the price increase. It was because of the fraudulent charge on the card! No one threatened anyone except to turn their company in to the proper authorities as is my right.

Actually we did reschedule you, and you lost your mind because the price has increased $50 as it does in any seasonal business. Our staff fielded a number of harassing and threaten emails and phone calls. You’re welcome to reschedule your reservation, but we won’t tolerate threats or unhinged behavior. You should find a better way to use your energy other then harassing a small company and their staff.

I've used Salty Water sports to go JetSkiing for my birthday with friends, and another time with my boyfriend for his first time and he loved it. The staff are super nice and my experience was great. We shared one jet ski for the hour and that was plenty of time! I definitely recommend!

Part of daddy daughter weekend we rented jet skis (she really really really did I mention really wanted to do so). I surprised her overall but also got her own to ride. The folks at Saltys were all extremely nice and helpful. We rented for the hour which was really fine for just going up and down the big area right by their docks. If you do 2 hours you can go further and explore but this was perfect for us. The jet ski's were in good/very good condition...I think mine had trouble latching the storage a bit. But fast!! I think they told me mine would hit 61/mph.....i got up to 55 and called it (I know, wuss...but it was a choppy day). We had a really great time. Thanks Salty's!

Salty's WAS one of our favorite places to rent from. Although the service was never exceptional, we always had a great time. However, our last visit is why we will never go back. We rented four wave runners. With each rental, came a deposit of $300. We had a great time on the water but towards the end as we were coming in, my son skipped a wave and bumped one of the other wave runners. When we got back it was barely noticeable. Being honest people we still decided to disclose this to the company. The man we spoke to said the owner would be in touch but not to worry. We heard nothing, and then two days later we saw $1200 had been taken from our account. When we called to enquire we were met with no response. This would mean that every deposit from each wave runner was taken. That couldn't be? But it was. The question would be, why were all deposits taken? If you put a deposit down on something it covers that. Although the damage was not noticeable, we understand that we are at fault, that isn't what is in contention. What is, is that we put a deposit down, that is what is should have been kept, and if it was different, communication would have been nice. Do not recommend.

All of our skis are less then 3 months old and 2024 models. So no they are actually awesome! Considering they are brand new, top of the line, and we always maintain a brand new fleet. I found no record of you in our system first name or last name. Can only assume, you attempted to arrive without a reservation and we’re upset to find no skis available. Please make a reservation next time.

Great service from the team and equipment is well managed! Highly recommend and will be coming back again in the future go check them out.

Great communication. Great customer service. This is definitely one of those must do things in the area. It was worth the money. We cruised the sunset tour, rode near some nice houses, restaurants, and sandbars. The water was calm for the most part. Sometimes we did hit some rough waves which made little bits of water get in the boat, maybe land on your face. No biggie lol. Maybe next time we'll try some of their other activities!
